- Stefanie (10/5): Tolle Zeit in einer herzlich und freundlich geführten Anlage, in der einem das Gefühl gegeben wird, als Gast zu kommen u - Die Anlage liegt angenehm ruhig, man hört keinerlei Straßenlärm oder Ähnliches. Die Apartments sind gut isoliert, so dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Türe (zum Gebrauch der Klimaanlage notwendig) wenig von draußen oder aus den angrenzenden Apartments hört. Es wird regelmäßig gereinigt, alle Mitarbeiter sind großartig und immer ansprechbar. Vorzeitiger Check-In wurde möglich gemacht, beim Check-Out können Sachen stehen gelassen, Handtücher genutzt werden und man kann noch bleiben. Die Ausstattung im Apartment ist funktional aber ausreichend, da man sich dort eh nicht lange aufhält. Die Chefin und ihre Mitarbeiter sind jederzeit ansprechbar und machen alles möglich Es gibt nichts Negatives!

Les repas sont simples mais bons : une spécialité grecque est cuisinée chaque soir. Les appartements sont de bonne taille et très propres. La vue de l'hôtel et de la piscine sont incroyables Merci pour votre accueil Les petits déjeuner sont un peu succincts pour les français que nous sommes. La partie sucrée pourrait être améliorée mais nous avons réussi à y trouver notre compte malgré tout

La tranquilidad. Está a 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Se echa de menos una sombrilla en la terraza. Aunque no llegamos a utilizarla, el equipamiento de la cocina era un poco escaso. Los fogones de la cocina son eléctricos y portátiles (no son fijos) para aprovechar mejor el espacio..

- Pierre (8/5): Excellente vilégiature pour un séjour en famille - Maria veille a ce que tout soit parfait, elle a été très attentionnée pour faciliter l’accès à la chambre de ma mère de 80 ans. Le problème du flux de la douche a été réparé dans l'heure suivante. L'ambiance détendu de l'accueil et du bar autour de la piscine, la tranquillité du lieu, et la disponibilité du personnel sont des tatous pour une détente en famille à Mariamare Apt. J'aurai apprécier d'avoir France 5 et non pas 8 des chaînes de nos amis germanophones.

- orkan (9/5): - Κατά τη γνώμη μου, το ξενοδοχείο έχει όλα όσα θα περίμενε κανείς. Η κυρία Μαρία ήταν πολύ ευγενική και μας βοήθησε σημαντικά να νιώσουμε άνετα. Χρειαζόταν να αγοράσω ένα βιβλίο από την Ελλάδα και ήθελα να παραδοθεί στο ξενοδοχείο. Δείξανε μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον και το παρέλαβα χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Τα φαγητά σερβίρονται σε μπουφέ με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Είναι εξαιρετικά νόστιμα! Αγοράστε το πακέτο με πρωινό και δείπνο χωρίς δισταγμό. Υπάρχουν σίγουρα διαθέσιμα παραδοσιακά πιάτα, οπότε δεν χρειάζεται να επισκεφθείτε κοντινά εστιατόρια. Τα προϊόντα είναι πολύ υψηλής ποιότητας. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι άνετο, καθαρό και ήσυχο, και η θέα είναι απίστευτη. In my opinion, the hotel has everything you would expect. Mrs. Maria was very attentive and helped us a lot to make us feel comfortable. I needed to purchase a book from Greece, and I requested it be delivered to the hotel. They were very accommodating, and I received it without any issues. The food is served buffet-style, with a wide variety of options. Everything is extremely delicious! Don’t hesitate to book with both breakfast and dinner included. Traditional dishes are definitely available, so there's no need to visit nearby restaurants. The products they use are of very high quality. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and quiet, and it offers an incredible view. τίποτα

- Monica (9/5): Very good value for the money stay in Stalis! - Very good value for the money! Highly recommended! Even if it is not very new and some improvements may be necessary, we loved our 10 days stay in Stalis. We loved the pool, it was pretty clean and the water was always warm. The food was pretty decent (we had the breakfast included/free thanks to our Genius level). Not many options but enough to get you going. We ate dinner also at the location once and we payed 20 euro per person. There were enough options to satisfy anyone but not enough vegan or vegetarian options. We found our studio clean. The air conditioning worked just fine and managed to cool the whole house in an hour or two. We didn’t use the kitchenette at its potential, but it had many facilities to cook some basic foods if necessary. All in all we don’t regret our stay and would definitely recommend the location to anyone, even if it’s not recently renovated, it’s position, view and staff makes it worth. Maybe the breakfast could be with more vegan and vegetarian options and maybe changing the menu daily so you don’t eat each day the same thing. Otherwise we don’t have anything per se to complain about.

Mais directement sur la rue ! Si vous n'êtes pas allemand à fuir !
- Veronique (5/5): - L'emplacement, la piscine Pas de clim dans la chambre, elle ne fonctionnait plus car trop vieille, on a dû dormir sur des petits lits pour avoir la climatisation dans le coin cuisine. Pas de plateau bouilloire, uniquement la bouilloire, pas de petite bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Le repas du soir avait un créneau de 19h à 21h00, nous y sommes allés pour 19h45, il n'y avait presque plus rien au buffet....et même plus d'eau dans le distributeur d'eau dans le resto. Accueil très moyen. Il faisait très très chaud dans le logement à notre arrivée et la clim de la piece cuisine n'arrivait pas à la refroidir.

- julien (7/5): bien mais très sportif - le personnel agréable l'hôtel est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique la piscine et le petit-déjeuner = super parking devant l'hôtel sécurisé - les 124 marches pour monter à notre chambre ! L'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur, je recommande cet hôtel aux personnes ayant une bonne condition physique car c'est très difficile pour une personne ayant des difficultés à marcher (peu importe la chambre choisie ce sont des appartements en flancs de colline) - le manque de séchoir - le repas un peu cher pour le soir (20e pour un petit buffet par personne)

In più avendo l'aereo la sera tardi, ci hanno peresso di cambiarci e di fare la doccia dopo la giornata di mare. Scale per salire per persone poco atletiche. Ma fanno bene due scale dopo mangiato
- Gunta (9/5): What a view! - The best thing was the view. It was fantastic, it was a pleasure to sit on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the view! The whole town and the see bay from above! Or swim in the pool and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. The beds were comfortable, there was a little lack of chairs in the room, 2 for 3 people... There was also no stove, but for us it was ok because we had booked it with dinner. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic, lots of greens, different dishes every night, also Cretan national, our thanks to the cook! Everything was mostly nice, sometimes there was no warm water in the shower in the evenings, our terrace was almost next to the neighbor's balcony. If you don't have a car, you have to walk 15 minutes to the bus stop on a steep street, but we didn't have a problem with that! It is also almost 1 km to the beach with sand, but we love walking.

Reinigung, Handtuch- und Wäschewechsel alle 2 Tage. Preise an der Bar moderat, aufgeweckte Barfrau bzw. -Mann. Die Aussicht in die Bucht ist schön; ausreichend Liegen am Pool im Juli. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sind effektiv. Aussicht, Klima, Essen, Bar und Ballspiel im Pool machen gute Laune. Die Strände zwischen 1-5km Entfernung waren im Juli recht voll; so gut wie keine Zone ohne Strandliegen (wer's so mag, ok, Preise zwischen 6-10€/set/Tag). Das Poolbillard könnte mal ersetzt werden. WLAN nur an der Bar gut. Der verglaste Speisepavillon heizt sich stark auf, für die Außentische wäre mehr Schatten schön. Über 50 Treppenstufen für die oberen Appartments. Kaltes Wasser kommt offenbar aus keiner Leitung, aber das steigert das Urlaubsgefühl.

Le buffet est généreux, de qualité et varié, cependant il vaut mieux ne pas si présenter trop tard, sinon moins de choix Il y a tout de même beaucoup de marche pour aller jusqu'aux chambre, i vaut mieux être en forme et ne rien oublier dans sa chambre. Pour notre appart qui était presque tout en haut 106 marches.
- Kwiecień (10/5): - Fantastyczne miejsce na Krecie. Świetna lokalizacja, lekko na uboczu ale za to jest cisza i spokój oraz przepiękny widok na góry i morze. Do plaży około 10min spacerem. Apartamenty bardzo wygodne, i przede wszystkim czyste i zadbane. Hotel mie za duży a przez to nie ma tłoku czy to przy basenie czy w czasie posiłków. Obsługa rewelacyjna, zawsze pomocna. Świetna sprawa jest bar przy basenie z fantastycznym barmanem. Jedyna niedogodność to schody do wyższych apartamentów ale przy fantastycznych posiłkach może być to okazją do spalenia kilku kalorii.

Wir waren fast ganz oben, die Treppen waren bei dem vielen Essen und chillen ein gelungenes Fitness 😅 und die Aussicht traumhaft 👍 aber dieser Aufstieg ist kein Grund diese Appartements zu kritisieren. Zimmer sehr sauber und schön und auch die Anlage ist gepflegt! Wichtig!! Die Inhaber und ihr Personal sind Mega nett und freundlich. Sie machen den Aufenthalt zur bleibenden Erinnerung und Zufriedenheit! Ehrlich muss man sein. Daher ein Kritikpunkt, dass Frühstück. Jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. Wir haben uns dann zb. die Wurst aus dem Supermarkt geholt. Es gab jeden Tag, jeweils immer nur die gleiche Sorte an Käse, Salami und Mortadella. Nur diese gleich bleibenden Art und Wurst. Auch sonst fehlte die Abwechslung. Zum Abendessen können wir nichts sagen, da wir immer außerhalb essen waren. Lecker sah es jedoch aus 😉

Zu Gast bei Freunden.... ...aber nur, wenn der Umsatz an der Poolbar stimmt! Von der in anderen Rezensionen oft positiv erwähnten familiären Atmosphäre haben die Gäste profitiert, die sich täglich abends in das Herz des Barkeepers getrunken haben! Nachdem wir uns nicht dazugesellt haben, wurde uns eine eher verhaltene Freundlichkeit bis Ignoranz entgegengebracht. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Die kostenpflichtige Klimaanlage (8 Euro pro Tag) wurde zwar im Buchungsvorgang vorab bei booking.com aufgelistet, was wir allerdings in einem südlichen Land mit Temperaturen bis zu 40 Grad im Sommer nicht nachvollziehen können! Dass man die Klimaanlage tagsüber nicht laufen lassen kann, könnte man noch akzeptieren, jedoch kann man sie darüber hinaus nur in Betrieb nehmen, wenn der Schlüssel in den dafür vorgesehene Licht-Slot eingesteckt wird. Im Klartext: Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt und die Apartmenttüre schließt, ist die Klimaanlage aus. Man kann die Türe aber auch nicht mal einen kleinen Spalt geöffnet lassen und den Schlüssel in den Licht-Slot stecken, da dann auch keine Klimaanlage mehr lief. Im Rahmen des Insel-Hoppings warwn wir auch auf anderen griechischen Inseln zu Gast und hatten in keinem anderen Hotel eine kostenpflichtige Klimaanlage. In Kombination mit dem Verbot eigene Getrânke mit an den Pool / in den Poolbereich zu nehmen, wirkte es auf uns so, als möchte man hier bei jeder Gelegenheit noch einen Extra-Euro verdienen. Unser Apartment an sich war in Ordnung, das Bad war sauber. Jedoch erfolgte die erste Zimmerreinigung erst am dritten Tag. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war begrenzt: Toast, Bacon, Ei, Marmelade, immer die zwei gleichen Sorten Wurst und als Käse nur Feta. Vielleicht als kleiner Tipp: Man sollte Butter, Milch, Joghurt u. ä. bei Temperaturen von schon morgens knapp 30 Grad, nicht direkt an der offenen Glastüre der Sonneneinstrahlung aussetzen!

- Azad (10/5): Great place, good views, amazing staff - WONDERFUL MARIA We stayed in Mariamare Apartments for 5 nights, and we must say the service extended to us by the staff was exceptional; unlike any place we have ever stayed in before. Being a Muslim family, we were happy to eat vegetables and fish, and definitely didn't expect any halal meat. On the first night we arrived, however, we found only a couple veg options and were a bit disappointed. The next day, on the other hand, Maria, the owner, approached us and was really making an effort to find out what we eat and what we don't eat, our preferences etc. From then on, the dinner options were truly amazing, with a lot of both meat and veg options, as well as calamari and fish. We also got a taste of some delicious traditional Greek cuisine, with Maria making a separate vegetarian moussaka for us to enjoy, as well as some special pies only made in Crete (apologies, I'm not sure of the name). One of the staff, Ralle (I'm not sure how to spell it, sorry) was also extremely friendly and was charming to talk to. In fact, all of the staff were very sweet and considerate and attended to our every need. The views from our balcony were also outstanding; we were able to see the coastline and the full moon, which rose from behind the mountains! At night, it was wonderful to enjoy a drink whilst admiring the stunning landscape. The pool was also an enjoyable experience, with plenty of sunbeds surrounding it. The rooms were big and clean, and it was a comfortable stay. Overall, this property was truly amazing and we loved our stay here.

- mei yan (6/5): Bien mais avec quelques défauts - Le personnel est tout de même assez agréable et souriant Lorsque vous prenez la climatisation, vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir les vitres à cause d'un mécanisme magnétique situé au dessus des portes/fenêtres, par dessus tout, la clim est située dans la chambre ce qui est assez inconcevable alors que celle-ci est sensée refroidir le logement entier. Résultat, il est difficile de refroidir l'espace à vivre. Les repas ne sont pas variés, ce qui pause problème lors de longs séjours.

A vista do hotel era espetacular embora fosse necessário subir muitas escadas para chegar ao apartamento. Piscina muito boa Comida saborosa embora pouco variada. A única coisa que tenho a apontar é que é necessário pagar 8€ extra por dia para ter Ar condicionado e é apenas no quarto. A área comum aquece muito e não se consegue dormir.

Πολύ καθαρό κ φιλικό προσωπικό!ι Μας ζήτησαν έξτρα χρέωση για το air condition , είναι κυρίως για τους ξένους τουρίστες που θέλουν να τα έχουν όλα μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο ! Με όσους μιλήσαμε είχαν κλείσει με πολύ χαμηλότερη τιμή! Αν είσαι Έλληνας δηλαδή πληρώνεις περισσότερα!!!!!

- Knut (8/5): - Freundlicher Service. Gutes Essen, (das Frühstück könnte allerdings vielseitiger sein) extrem gute Aussicht, saubere Zimmer. Das Appartement-Hotel ist an einem Hang gebaut. Verfügt über einen familienfreundlichen Pool. Barrierefrei ist die Anlage wohl nur im EG. Wir hatten das Zimmer 404, das ist fast das höchst gelegene Zimmer. Der Aufstieg (117 Stufen) ist entsprechend. Nimmt es als Workout. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe entschädigt alles. Die ideale Unterkunft für Menschen mit Mietwagen. Ohne Auto hätte der Unterpunkt "Standort" nur 3 Punkte von mir erhalten. Da die Beschreibung exakt dem entsprach, was wir vorgefunden haben, gibt es von unserer Seite aus nichts zu beanstanden.
- Marek (10/5): Překvapivě nad očekáváním. - Překvapivě se nám líbilo všechno. Přijížděli jsme s malým očekáváním, realita předčila vše. Těžko popsat, to musíte zažít. Ty výhledy, na moře, na hory, úchvatná panoramata, a to třeba přímo z bazénu. Hotel je výše položen a v kopci, kaskádovitě postavený. Má už své roky, ale to mu na kráse neubírá, spíše naopak. V okolí jsme nenašli tak malebné a stylové bydlení. Trošku dále od rušných ulic, ale to nevadí. Po vydatné, chutné snídani či večeře pár kroků navíc neuškodí. Ubytování je v soukromých rukou paní Marie, kterou určitě potkáte v místě a bude s Vámi mile komunikovat. Stejně jako ostatní personál je k hostům velmi ochotný. Doporučuji si pronajmout auto. Místa k bezplatnému parkování je tu dost. Ač velmi chutná kuchyně, snídaně jsou až moc šablonovité. Chtělo by to občas změnu. Na večeři jsme postrádali rybu. Ani jednou nebyla. Pro nás ze středu Evropy by ryba byla vítanou změnou. Vepřové a kuřecí maso u nás máme. Kréta je u moře a tak lze očekávat, že se ryba na talíři bude objevovat často. Žel tak tomu zde nebylo.
