• Steven (1/5): Unfriendly and not worth a dollar. - Nothing Everything was poorly handled. Never was able to stay…they canceled before my arrival but not on booking.com (by email). Then I saw a mouse running through the lobby and they were rude about the cancellation so I left.

Breakfast was very good too. I think the elderly man at the reception could let the younger staff to manage customers. For example he shouldn't be interrogating customers, like where you coming from now or stayed last night etc. Simple question could be what country have you come from and what date you entered the country.

I travelled with elderly couple and they faced a big challenge in going to the rooms. This is really bad.

Price for dinner was bit high at the hotel, but one can order that from outside through online apps. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would surely recommend this place.

The hotel is not ideal for people with disabilities, the aged or if you just dont want to climb stairs and this place does not have an elevator. Breakfast: The breakfast was great for the room price and had one of the better buffet spreads in Delhi for a budget hotel. Location: It is located in Karol bagh and is at a walkable distance from the metro station. So it can be a great location depending on what your plans are. Value for money: This place is great for the price you pay. Good place for a short stay. Service: The service is friendly. They did have staff to carry our luggage. Was disappointed that our room was not ready when we got there and had to wait even though we had arrived at 3pm.
• Jordan0701 (6/5): Ideal for short stay - My husband and I stayed here as part of a trip. We stayed two nights the first time and one night in return to Delhi. The location is good, in walking distance of lots of places to eat. Lots of rickshaws available to take you to see the sights. The hotel will book these for you. The rooms are basic, they do have a fridge and bottles of complementary water. The bathrooms on both stays smelt, and the hot water was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was extra but reasonable and the staff were always very polite. I think all in all it was what is to be expected in Delhi for the price range.
