• Rina (6/5): Just not satisfied with the room - Near the airport I chose a non-smoking room but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes which was unpleasant Cleanliness is not satisfactory. Bed sheets, quilt , pillow cases still have dirty stain and should be replaced with new ones. The original white color has turned gray. Very disgusting. The toilet smells bad. The swimming pool is also not cleaned.

• miranda (7/5): - Staff was very friendly. the room smells musty/sewage-like, and not just the room but also the general toilets near the terrace/restaurant, so it must be a general problem. they tried to fix it but nothing helped. the bathroom has an entire glass door facing directly to the beds which makes it impossible to sneak to the toilet without waking the other person in the room. the bedlinnen looks dingy. the swimming pool water didn't look too clean, not very inviting - nor does the swimming pool has sunbeds.

• juan (4/5): - El hotel está descuidado no encienden los aires acondicionado en el restaurante y en el lobby con lo que si quieres estar fresco no puedes salir de la habitación hay pocas opciones para comer en el restaurante no prestan atención a la hora de preparar las cosas por ejemplo pedí un smoothie de fresa y durazno y me trajeron un vaso de leche con sirope de fresa en general he quedado muy decepcionado de mi estadia

Unexpectedly it was quiet here eventhough the location was just in front of the airport. Staff was nice especially Ahmad, who is really helpful during my stay here. Keep up the good work !

The paid buffet breakfast quality and taste were generally not up to standards expected of a Novotel hotel branding. Staff were generally friendly but in need training for better customer service experience. Lastly, the towels provided in the rooms smells awful. Much improvement needed.

The variant of the food in the breakfast corner was suitable. The hotel staff was also lovely. The landscape of the hotel is remind me to the hotel at Bali. Swimming pool was also good.
