- Patrick (6/5): - Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für Pariser Hotel-Verhältnisse war auch das Bad "groß" genug. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher für Teezubereitung. Das Personal war beim Empfang freundlich. Etwas bitter ist aufgestoßen, dass man uns ohne Hinweis ins kleinere Zimmer einchecken lies, obwohl Deluxe gebucht war. Als es uns auffiel und wir nachfragten, kam dann die Entschuldigung. Da es für die erste Nacht kein Deluxezimmer mehr gab, bot man uns als Entschädigung ein Frühstück an, was wir fair fanden. Allerdings ist dieses sehr einfach und die Bedienung nicht gerade zuvorkommend. ;) Der unnötige TV im Frügstücksraum wurde auf Bitten widerwillig leiser gedreht. Was deutlich negativer war: die Fenster haben keinen Schallschutz, obwohl sich das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße befindet. Schlafen war dadurch leider kaum möglich. Wir haben schon oft in Paris genächtigt und wissen: das geht besser!
- Affronti (3/5): Una estadía no esperada. - La ubicación y el personal de recepción solo fueron lo bueno. El primer día que llegamos el hospedaje no era como lo imaginábamos, habitación muy chica. Abrimos la caja fuerte y encontramos ropa interior femenina sucia, lo que ya nos dio indicio de que no limpiaban. Empezando a observar vimos telas de araña, reja de ventana sucia (con mugre de años, a mí parecer), colchón viejo, incómodo y con manchas de dudosa procedencia, lo cual nos pareció asqueroso. Durante toda nuestra estancia NO SE REALIZO EN NINGUN MOMENTO LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACIÓN (esto lo evaluamos al seguir observando los mismos pelos y papeles en el suelo) solo armaban la cama, lo mismo con el baño la suciedad del mismo permaneció durante toda la estancia. Por otro lado, además de ser chica la habitación y el baño era muy incomodo ya que por encima del lavamanos había un estante que imposibilitaba su uso. Es un hotel que dice ser 3 estrellas pero para nada lo cumple. Recomiendo no reservar aquí. Al menos nosotros, no volveremos.

- Polyxeni (10/5): Ολα ήταν άψογα! - Ηταν όλα τέλεια ; Η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική, δίπλα σε μετρό και στάσεις λεωφορείων. Είχε αρκετά μαγαζάκια για φαγητό και καφέ, πολύ κοντά από την Μονμαρτη. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά άνετο με ωραία θέα στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Definitivamente, precisam melhorar a limpeza dos quartos, muita poeira, teias de aranha, impossível abrir a janela porque além da sujeira já mencionada, acrescenta-se dejetos de pombos. O hotel é antigo e necessita de reparos estruturais. Mas, se pensa numa boa localização, aí ele atende bem. Os funcionários foram gentis nas interações que tivemos.

- Elise (9/5): - Nice spacious room in Mont Martre. Very close to metro station and easy to access from Gare du Nord. Very friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel is in a lively neighbourhood but the room is very quiet at night.
- Tatjana (7/5): Хороший чистый номер с удобным расположением - Кровать чистая, белье свежее. Есть шкаф, сейф, стол (чай/кофе/сахар) и чайник. В ванной достаточно полотенец, есть гель, бумага, фен. Вода ОЧЕНЬ горячая, если нужно :) Метро буквально через дорогу. На первом этаже в этом же здании маркет. А на этой же улице полно ресторанов и сувенирок. Ни в какую не согласились заселить раньше (только с 15:00, хоть мы просились с 11:00), но разрешили оставить чемоданы, чтобы могли гулять налегке. Очень слышно соседей со смежного номера. Ванная комната уже подуставшая.

Alan, from reception, was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful, assisting us with some questions. The towels were not changed on any of the days. Even when I left the used, wet towels indicating they needed to be replaced, I had to keep using the same ones. I used a glass in the room and it remained dirty throughout my stay; it was never cleaned. The bathroom trash was not emptied on the first day. The air conditioning was not working. A staff member at reception tried to assist, but informed me that maintenance would need to check it during the week, with no immediate solution. Overall cleanliness was below expectations.

- Elenize (6/5): PÉSSIMO CUSTO-BENEFÍCIO - Tamanho do quarto e a limpeza O valor é caro para o tipo de hotel. Estrutura antiga, roupa de cama áspera, ar-condicionado funciona mal. Visivelmente falta treinamento aos funcionários. O único que realmente fez de tudo para tornar a hospedagem boa foi o moço que me recepcionou (acho que Naiuli, algo assim). As moças do café são despreparadas. Tomei apenas 2 dias (em DOZE diárias). No último café, uma de cabelo comprido conversava tão alto com a outra que parecia briga. Falta tomada no banheiro, chuveiro (apenas ducha de ficar segurando o banho todo). Fiquei hospedada DOZE dias, no quarto LUXO (o mais CARO), e queriam me cobrar até a água que pedia. Fica num bairro mais simples, zero glamour. O hotel não é péssimo, mas NÃO é “fabuloso” como estava no Booking quando reservei (aliás, o site Booking precisa rever as avaliações). Jamais vale o tanto gasto. Se as avaliações fossem condizentes, escolheria outro, ainda que pagando mais. Me hospedaria novamente? JAMAIS!

- Kamelia (6/5): - À notre arrivés le lavabo était boucher . Nous l’avons signaler au monsieur de la réception mais rien n’a été fait pendant 2 jours!!! Jusqu’à ce qu’une autre personne soit à la réception et à qui j’ai refais part du problème . Il a immédiatement pris les devant et déboucher le lavabo avec un simple produit . La personne avant ne c’était vraiment pas fouler . De plus la femme de ménage passait tout les jours mais le problème était qu’elle nous changeait nos serviette mais n’en mettait qu’une seule… nous étions 2 !! Et enfin je trouve que les chambres était mal isolé , on entendait tout ce qu’il se disait dans la chambre à côté pas de chance pour nous un groupe de personnes qui sortait en boîte qui parlait et riait fort jusqu’à 23h et bien entendu retour très bruyant à 6h le matin 😫
