• Nataliia (10/5): Спасибо всем в отеле! - Очень довольна отелем. Еда просто превзошла ожидания, каждое блюдо было продумано и очень вкусно. Персонал помогал решать любые вопросы. Уборка в номере была каждый день, уборщица улыбчивая и приветливая. Мы жили в номере с видом на море, не пожалели что чуточку доплатила за него, вид как в сказке. Напитки в баре тоже понравились, я вообще не пью, все коктейли бармен делал без алкоголя если попросишь. Очень вкусно и красиво. У меня в номере не работал один выключатель света, но мы сообщили на ресепшн, надеюсь ее подчинят. Это абсолютно не мешало и не испортило впечатления, потому все равно ставлю максимальную оценку всему.

• JULIEN (10/5): Détente et repos sans imprévu. - Super hotel, all inclusive la nourriture est de bonne qualité et en quantité, certains plats changent tous les jours. Proche du centre ville avec le bus, piscine plage artificiel en bois surveillé par un sauveteur. Activité plongé sur plage. Centre de soin et de musculation. Le personnel est souriant et très serviable. Il faut faire attention car on a tendance à beaucoup manger 😅
• Norhain (9/5): Très bon séjour globalement. - Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Le cadre est incroyable, entre mer et montagne. Le buffet est vraiment super en terme de quantité et de qualité. L’hôtel est très propre et beau. Le personnel est vraiment serviable. Également, comme nous l’avons remarquer un peu partout en Turquie, l’hôtel est très respectueux des animaux et notamment des chats et c’est très appréciable. Honnêtement nous recommandons cette hôtel si vous souhaitez passer une semaine full repos car tout est fait en sorte afin que vous ne manquiez de rien. 1) Les soirée animés avec des chanteurs/musique beaucoup trop forte et qui finissent à 23h… Honnêtement ça été assez contraignant car nous étions pas mal fatigué avec des vols de nuits et donc pas vraiment reposant. Donc pour les personnes qui souhaite dormir tôt c’est pas l’idéal.

• Iwona (10/5): Polecam ten hotel bo było wspaniale!!! - Było czyściutko , pani sprzątająca dbała abyśmy mieli czyste ręczniki , wodę a nawet zmieniała nam pościel. Obsługa barów i restauracji bardzo uprzejma , Kaan , Aisha i reszta dbała o nasz komfort. Jedzenie zróżnicowane , pyszne!!! Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie bo wybór ogromny!!!

Моя семья очень хорошо отдохнула. Однозначно вернёмся ещё. Нам сначала выдали номер классом ниже, чем мы бронировали. Однако после нашей жалобы - это быстро исправили.

• Agnes Laura (8/5): Prachtige ligging, personeel heeft hart voor de zaak. Ze zijn hardwerkend en beslist niet lui. Lief voor dieren. - De ligging en het vriendelijke personeel. Iedere dag na het ontbijt al een schone opgeruimde kamer. Hele kleine kamer met weinig kastruimte. De deuren van de kamers klappen keihard dicht waardoor je ‘s morgens wakker werd als iemand wegging. Het doortrekken van een wc en douche hoor je ook heel goed.

• Hadiseh (7/5): Nice for a short holiday, but could have been better - Steff were trying to help but sometimes it was hard to communicate with them. The food options were nice but it got repetitive after a few days so some sort of creativity in the meal option could be nice. The view from the room was pretty too. The decoration in the room was weird. There was only one chair and one bed side table. So for a couple it was not handy and I had no space to charge my phone next to the bed or sit down with my partner. I understand the room is very small but having two bedside tables is necessary in a hotel room and there was some space for it actually. The wardrobe was also very small. When we checked in, the fan and the phone were not working which means they had not checked the room properly before our arrival. But when we mentioned these, they fixed them. However you cannot control the AC as it is connected to the whole building. So we had to open the window to get some cold fresh air. For the all inclusive options, its better to have some sort of better planning for example there were a couple of times that it was so busy that you had to wait or just roam around to find a space. It wasnt nice to stand there and watch for people to empty their tables.

• Tor (3/5): - Frukosten var helt okej och hotellets läge är bra, särskilt om man reser hit under sommartid. Det ligger nära shoppingcenter och inom gångavstånd till flera bra restauranger. Vår upplevelse av Hotel Falcon i Antalya var tyvärr mycket dålig. Vi hade bokat tre rum, och samtliga var smutsiga vid ankomst. Städningen höll en oacceptabel nivå och gav ett väldigt dåligt första intryck. Bemötandet från personalen var också långt under förväntan. Eftersom rummen var smutsiga, den så kallade “all inclusive”-upplevelsen var bristfällig och möjligheterna att bada var starkt begränsade — utomhuspoolen och badbryggan var avstängda och endast inomhuspoolen var tillgänglig — ville vi checka ut redan efter två dagar. Hotellet visade dock ingen vilja att vara tillmötesgående eller försöka hitta en lösning. Servicenivån på hotellet var generellt mycket låg. Vid ett tillfälle hade min familj åkt iväg för att shoppa medan jag stannade kvar på hotellet för att arbeta inför ett viktigt möte. Jag upptäckte då att min fru råkat ta med min iPhone-laddare. När jag frågade receptionen om jag kunde få låna en laddare i en timme fick jag som svar att jag kunde stå i receptionen och hålla mitt möte där om jag behövde ladda telefonen. Ett väldigt oprofessionellt och nonchalant bemötande. Tyvärr kan jag inte rekommendera detta hotell. Det finns betydligt bättre alternativ i Antalya.

J’ai été très déçus par apport à la piscine chauffée , une piscine chauffé en hôtel et surtout hôtel 4 étoiles doit avoir une température de 27/28 degré normalement , la piscine étais froide , on nous dit quel est à 20 degré .. J’avais choisit l’hôtel pour pouvoir me détendre dans une piscine chauffé avec mon fils , ce que je ne peut pas faire en France , et j’ai pas pu en profiter car c’était trop froid pour un bébé.

Logistycznie, hotel jest bardzo przyjemny. Jest czysto, personel jest bardzo miły i pomocny. W tym temacie napiszę maila ;)

La qualité de la chambre était irréprochable : propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée, avec une vue magnifique qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. • Justyna (7/5): Nigdy więcej tam nie wrócę ze względu na bezczelną obsługę. Jedynymi uprzejmymi osobami były panie sprzątające. - Lokalizacja Większość obsługi jest bardzo nie uprzejma. Pani serwująca śniadania bardzo obrażona gdy miała umazanych świeże jajko to samo poprzedniego dnia gdy był na tym stanowisku pan również był zniesmaczony że został poproszony o usmażenie jajek. Obsługa recepcji niekompetentna trzy dni z rzędu byliśmy odsyłani bo przerastalo ich zarezerwowanie wycieczki którą mieli w ofercie. Nie potrafili się komunikować z panią od wycieczek która dla nich pracuje. Pani która zorganizowała wycieczkę do land of legend nie poinformowała nas że wszystkie starcie są nieczynne w godzinach w których zorganizowała dla nas ten wyjazd więc pojechaliśmy tam na marne jedynie mogliśmy chodzić po sklepach a iluminację świetlne nie były aktywne- strata czasu i pieniędzy . Obsługa jest w miarę miła dopóki dostaje napiwki jeśli im nie dasz napojów krzywo na ciebie patrzą. Jeśli w mniemaniu obsługi napiwek jest zbyt mały wyśmieją cię osobiście miałam dwa razy taką sytuację że gdy dałam napiwek w lirach pani z baru poszła do swojej koleżanki i to wyśmiała. Żenada i niesmak . Wybrałam ten hotel ze względu na zejście na klify a to było w remoncie i przez większość wyjazdu nie można było z tej atrakcji korzystać .

• Virág (9/5): Bátran ajánlom bárkinek aki szereti a cicákat, a választékos ételeket és aki pihenni és töltődni menne. - Nagyon szép a kilátás, kedves a személyzet, mindenki kedvére találhat magának olyan ételt amit szeretne. Szuper hely a pihenésre és a regenerálódásra is. Több helyen is ki van téve borravalós doboz, viszont nem a személyzet kapja meg. Azt gondolom, hogy a borravaló igen is a személyzetnek jár, a munkájukért!

• arzu (4/5): Teleurstellend - Vriendelijk personeel, ruim opgezet, voldoende ligbedden Het zwembad was ijskoud. Daarnaast heeft mijn man voedselvergiftiging opgelopen. We dachten eerst dat het toeval was, maar in het restaurant serveerden ze ineens soep voor “the gastric patient” dus ik vermoedt dat er meer mensen klachten hadden. Daarnaast leek het hotel wel een verzorgingshuis voor mensen na een neusoperatie. Ik zag binnen 1 week zeker 15-20 patienten. Op zich geen probleem natuurlijk, maar wel opvallend. Wij zijn hier eerder geweest, maar het is helaas achteruit gegaan

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Отличный отель по системе “все включено». Мы отдыхали с младенцем, и было очень приятно, что не пришлось напоминать про кроватку и при заселении уже все было в номере. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Местоположение отеля просто отличное. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, магазинов и тд. Вид на горы и море. Тихий район

• ruhail (7/5): - location and facilities are good. Good view of sea and mountain. This was our Second time staying in this Hotel and Kids really like it. Too noisy at night, the sound proofing of rooms is not good . AC was still giving warm air even though the outside temperature was 28 degree

• Enyedi (10/5): - Nagyon kedves személyzet, finom ételek, italok, tisztaság. Tematikus vacsorák is voltak. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom. Esténként zene szólt, lehetett táncolni. A homokos tengerpart hiánya.
• Askin (10/5): Super Urlaub - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Die ganze Atmosphäre und die Anlage waren top. Nicht zu aufdringlich und sehr gut organisiert. Es fehlt einem an garnichts. Wir waren das erste Mal da und werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen und können es jedem empfehlen.
