• Alfred (4/5): Nie wieder - Das Personal war sehr freundlich Ich habe ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht im Erdgeschoss bekommen, es war ein Behindertenzimmer, nur Licht von oben. Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit zu tauschen ich habe noch nie so ein Zimmer gehabt und werde da nicht mehr hingehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber die Location war unterirdisch Note 6 das schlechteste. Alles sehr sauber aber nur Licht von oben, , ich habe mich sehr schlecht gefühlt

Forse che non è prevista la prima colazione, e più in generale, che prima delle 8 (orario di apertura del mercato La Boqueria) non è possibile fare colazione da nessuna parte..

• Kalutskyi (8/5): Отдых удался! - Хороший, доброжелательный и чуткий персонал. Номер конечно маленький , но убирали каждый день. Главное , что отель находится близко к центру. До пляжа далековато идти, но для экскурсий супер расположение. И главное , что метров 35-40 от главной улицы. У нас на много тише было, чем в тех отелях где рядом с Рамбла. Маленьки номер и отсутствия включенного в цену бронирования номера завтрака. А все остальное супер. Лифт есть, ходить пешком не надо.

• Tomas (8/5): - Fantastic location, ok staff, adequate room for the price. Wifi was strong, bed comfortable, room was generally clean - it was cleaned, the sheets and towels were changed daily. The room and the balcony were oriented into a courtyard with not much of a view, but that is preferred considering how busy and noisy the streets are. Rating our stay in the Superior double room. Bathroom tiles and the shower cubicle were very worn, but the bathroom seemed clean in general. At times, the bathroom was a bit smelly, I guess the waste pipes could use some overhaul. We didn´t have any excessive noise from the neighbouring apartments apart from when a group of drunk girls were returning from a night out early in the morning and struggled with the card keys, but that´s not something the hotel can do much about :)

La via su cui affaccia non delle migliori ma comunque in ottima posizione. Camere decisamente poco pulite. Arredi vecchi e rovinati. Nel bagno la ventola non funzionava. Camera davvero piccola, con una valigia grande non ti muovi. Assistenza e risposte da parte del responsabile dell’hotel inesistente (il personale ha fatto quanto nelle sue possibilità). Nonostante sia successo un fatto poco piacevole all’interno della struttura non ho avuto alcun riscontro.

Banyonun içindeki duş alanı pisti. Konum itibarıyla çok merkezi olabilir ama yan kesicilerin en çok faaliyet gösterdiği bölgede bulunuyor bu nedenle ortamı çok güvenli bulmadım hatta otelden çıkıp havaalanına gittiğimizde o bölgede Bir Türk vatandaşının çok değerli olan kol saatinin 15-20 kişilik bir grup tarafından çalındığını öğrendik.

• Κατερινα (10/5): Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! - Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο. Όλοι στην υποδοχή ήταν ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν ανά πάσα στιγμή. Οι οδηγίες που μας έδωσαν για ξενάγηση ήταν εξαιρετικές. Η τοποθεσία άψογη!!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!!
• Garcia (8/5): Atención y ubicación privilegiada, baño no tanto. - La atención del personal, te sientes super bien, adicional tiene una ubicación estupenda, todo está cerca. El metro está súper cerca. En el baño se percibió deterioro en espejo, techo (rastros de humedad) y olor a tubería. Considero que deben corregirlo. Adicional el aire acondicionado solo funciona para calefacción, para bajar la temperatura debes abrir puertas o ventanas.

Obwohl das Fenster geschlossen war, war es laut. Die Klimaanlage war auch laut. In der 2. Nacht hatte ich eine Karkalake im Waschbecken.

Готель потребує реставрації і більше зусиль зі сторони персоналу - Чисті рушники кожного дня заміна, розташування рамбла, поруч метро, ціна нижче ніж в інших Запах коноплі кожен день в номері, у коридорах Погана подушка низька Брудна подушка Брудне дзеркало у ванній Фен погано дув, дуже старий Немає йоршику для прибирання туалету Темно в номері Взяли залогову страхову суму і при виселенні на ресепшині про це забули чим поставили в незручне положення Погана англійська Немає питної води Брудно в спільних коридорах
