- DINA (7/5): Great location and friendly staff, but the hotel needs better internet and room maintenance - Excellent location with many restaurants, shops, and nice places to walk nearby. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. We visited in March, so although the outdoor pool was open, it was too cold to swim. However, the indoor pool was available, and we really enjoyed using it during our stay. The room was also very well equipped with everything we needed: bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap), dental kits with toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hairdryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. It was great to have all these essentials available The main issue was the internet connection. The Wi-Fi in our room barely worked, and mobile internet was also extremely poor. We use Turkish SIM cards (Vodafone and Turk Telekom), but neither worked properly inside the hotel. Whenever I needed internet, I had to go down to the lobby and stand closer to the exit to get any signal. Overall, internet access in the hotel building was very unreliable. The room also felt a bit worn and in need of maintenance. Some furniture and fixtures looked outdated and damaged, the bathroom door needs repair, the bed frame had visible damage, the curtains appeared to be hand-stitched, and the bathroom could use some renovation as well. This was disappointing considering the hotel’s price. We also paid extra for a marina view room. Since we checked in quite late (around 6–7 PM), we were given a room on the second floor. While the marina was visible from the window, the view was partially blocked by trees, and we could clearly hear noise from the restaurant below. We were told that all higher-floor rooms with this view were already occupied, likely because we arrived late.

Das Hotel hat einen Sportraum, Schwimmbad, Sauna, Hamam und Dampfbad, das wir inklusive nutzen konnten. Ein Parkhaus steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Hafen mit einem tollen Blick dahin. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Essen im Hotel-Restaurant war soweit ok.

- Alison (8/5): Beautiful hotel would stay again, some improvements needed - The spa area and pool is beautiful very relaxing and clean. The massage is out of this world. The beds are clean and comfy except when third person in room there is a fold up bed which is very bad quality and extremely uncomfortable. The rooms are clean comfortable and the view is great with a good size balcony. Third person fold up bed very uncomfortable and sore. Bathroom is very dark for a bathroom. There is some general repair needed such as wallpaper torn on some walls, tiles broken on balcony floor , no milks for with tea tray in room. Some staff weren’t very friendly (night time reception). The hotel bar is very expensive for example €16 for one glass of wine €65 for a bottle , I think more people would avail of the hotel bar as the surroundings very nice if the price was a little better.

- Büsra (7/5): Super Lage, gutes Stadthotel - Die Lage des Hotels ist top, direkt an der Hauptstraße und gegenüber vom Hafen gelegen, so dass man eine sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon hat. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstück ausreichend gut und ausgewogen, alles was man braucht war verfügbar. Der Poolbereich ist klein, aber für ein Stadthotel ausreichend, der Wellnessbereich dafür sehr groß. Ein Highlight ist die Rooftop Bar direkt über dem Hotel, ein Muss für jeden Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden, insbesondere die Ausstattung im Bad und die Möbel im Zimmer entsprechen nicht mehr dem Standard. Auch der Poolbereich, sowohl Innen- als auch Außenpool, sollten unbedingt aufgewertet werden, um dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu entsprechen
- Karl (6/5): - The Location was excellent close to all amenities , The view from the Room was beautiful The Room needs a bit of an overhaul, when sunbathing at the Pool the cats were everywhere, and they were also inside the hotel, had to leave the pool area as it was so uncomfortable, went for a Turkish Massage in the hotel, the younger girl at the reception of where you book your massage was very rude, would of booked more only for her attitude, the girls that did the Massage were laughing and speaking to each other in their own language which we found very uncomfortable, but apart from this we had a lovely massage, the roof top bar was closed, would probably not stay in this Hotel again

Essen und Service war topp :) aber etwas zu teuer ;) Tolle Zentrale Lage :) Bei dem Namen by Hilton erwarte ich schon mehr Pflege! Empfangshalle sehr schön, Rest war nicht mehr so schön. Auch alte Häuser kann man pflegen. Zimmerbalkone waren die Scheiben sehr dreckig. Im allgemeinen war es nicht sauber und am Frühstücksbüffet waren das Geschirr noch voller Ei vom Vorgänger. Echt schade für solch ein Hotel :(

Internet was patchy, bathtub had multiple holes that had been patched roughly, other room furnishings and plumbing were old, light switches in the room functioned erratically. L'hotel offre molti servizi tra cui una palestra ben attrezzata, una piscina all'aperto mai affollata e una piscina al coperto, oltre a sauna e trattamenti spa.

Uitermate goed personeel die voldoen aan de standaarden. We hadden ontbijt op kamer en het brengen en ophalen was goed geregeld. De rooftop bar sluit om 0.00 uur. eigenlijk viel weinig tegen de omgeving van het Hotel is in ontwikkeling. De prijzen voor eten en drinken is bovengemiddeld maar de service maakt het goed.

- Junaid (7/5): Although a good venue, I would not stay at this hotel again. - Location was fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfasts were substandard especially for a Hilton hotel brand. Language was definitely an issue as there were probably three staff who could speak and interpret English. Multiple issues with Room service getting orders incorrect. Internet was very slow and unusable.

- Susan (7/5): Great staff but poor ac - The staff was excellent. Very warm and helpful. Conveniently located across from an Avis car rental. Short walk into town and a great coffee spot next door. Also a dental clinic next door. The AC is weak. Staff did try to help but it never got cold enough for my liking. Rooms are a bit outdated.

- Malee (10/5): When in Kusadasi, Double Tree is the only place to stay. - The rooms are exceptional, and the Marina view is breathtaking. The staff on duty were fantastic, competent, and extremely helpful. Samit was on duty and helped us throughout, and the nice lady at the front desk helped us book a taxi to Ephesus and back. The beds will have you staying in.

Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos.
- Mohammad (8/5): Highly Recommend, - overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. The balcony was spacious with an amazing marina view perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was a typical Hilton standard, so no surprises there. Its location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to all the nearby restaurants. the only downside was the construction site across the street, which created some noise and was a bit of an annoyance. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

- Baltekin (8/5): Very good - Great view and location. Rooftop restaurant is a wannabe restaurant. Not actually tasty. Tapas is much better. Main issue with the hotel: One of our rooms was full of cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room and floor. Unfortunately staff "solved" it (not) by spraying perfume and claiming it coming from the ventilation. We had the other room right next door and that was completely Ok. So in short, staff just ignored our complaint and did nothing to actually solve the problem. That was not expected from Hilton. Since we had this additional room few day after our actual room, we know that the previous tenanta smoked in the room. So obviously the smoke alarms in the room is also dysfunctional. This is probably more serious problem than their incompetence to offer another room.
- Imelda (10/5): - ovia mobile We recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops along the street. It’s just a 15 to 20-minute walk to the cruise terminal and the Grand Bazaar, where you can find lots of great items at affordable prices. We loved walking by the seaside every day and watching the cruise ships come and sail away. We arrived after an overnight flight from the UK, landing in Izmir at 5 a.m. and reaching the hotel in Kusadasi around 10 a.m. We were so grateful that they allowed us to check in early, which gave us much-needed rest. Our return flight was in the evening, and they also let us check out late, which was much appreciated! The room was well-equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, though the conditioner was empty throughout our stay. We didn’t bother mentioning it since I had my own, but it’s worth noting. We also had bathrobes, which was a nice touch, although they were taken away a day before checkout, which wasn’t ideal. We didn’t use the TV as it only had one English channel—BBC News. It would have been great if the TV was a smart one so we could connect our devices and watch Netflix or Prime on a larger screen. Our room was on the ground floor with access to a small shared pool, which we loved. We used it frequently and enjoyed the privacy since we never ran into other guests. The room was quiet, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we slept well.
