• Tim (8/5): Kleines Hotel nah am Strand - Kleines gemütliches Hotel mit guter Lage. Nur der Service ist nicht so überzeugend. Ich Es gibt nur eine Auswahl von drei Gerichten zum Frühstück. Abendessen war nicht immer möglich, da wohl kein Koch oder kein Essen da war. Bei Buchungen wird man nicht wirklich unterstützt, aber an sonsten ist es ein schönes Hotel mit sauberen zimmern!

Huone päällisinpuolin siisti ja huonesiivous joka päivä. Huoneenovissa ei riittävää tiivistystä, joten etenkin sateella huoneessa runsaasti kosteutta. Ilmastointi hyvä ja toimiva. Kalusteet huoneessa epäkunnossa. Tallelokeroa ei ollut. Ainoastaan yksi puinen pieni lipasto, jonka sai lukittua omalla lukolla. Yksityinen wc + suihku ulkotiloissa, joten varaudu hyönteisiin. Sängyssä hyönteisverkko. Aamupalalla valittava kolmesta kokonaisuudesta, joko leipää, pannukakkuja tai omeletti. Virvokkeita saatavilla ympärivuorokauden. Kauppa lähellä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Rannan läheisyydessä, jossa myös ravintolat.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Simple accommodations that was affordably priced. The location was phenomenal-only a minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and a port you can hop on a boat back to the mainland. The hut was great, had a lovely pool! Would stay again!

• Monica (8/5): Well house - Great location and helpful staff. The power went out 2 times during our stay for 2 days but only 30 minutes each time. The aircon didn’t work that well - but very cute rooms and nice outdoor bathroom :)
• YuHeng (6/5): - Not sure where the problem originated (hotel or Expedia), but the hotel was fully booked when we arrived, hence we had to accept an alternative arrangement by the manager in another hotel, which is below the condition and amount that I am willing to pay for to stay for 1 night, before moving into the room 1 booked the next day. I was denied a compensation/refund for the troubles not due to my causing, which left a sour taste. However, with regards to the actual hotel, the room was clean and beds very comfortable. I'll stay there again if I were to travel to NL. It is right beside the beach where ferries come and go daily to Sanur, so there isn't a need to arrange pickup or whatever when you are arriving or leaving.
• Laura (8/5): Good location, pleasant hotel. - Good location just a short walk from Mushroom Beach with a nice pool. The accommodation is quite basic but the open air bathrooms are a nice touch. We found the air conditioning did not get the room very cool but otherwise it was a nice stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
• Simon (4/5): Buche niemals das Family Zimmer. (Deluxe) - Die Lage des Hotels ist eigentlich richtig gut, denn es liegt nur 100 Meter vom Mushroom Beach entfernt und die Mitarbeiter sind nett und sehr bemuht, ABER das wars auch schon mit den positiven Sachen. Wir reisten zu zweit, hatten aber das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, da kein Standard Zimmer mehr frei war. Es sind quasi 2 Standardzimmer mit einer Verbindungstür. Obwohl wir für beide Zimmer also bezahlt haben, hat man einfach die Verbindungstür abgeschlossen und 3(!) weitere Gäste im anderen Zimmer einquartiert. Wäre eigentlich kein großes Problem, aber man stellte sich zunächst quer die Hälfte des Geldes zurückzugeben und die Zimmer sind dermaßen hellhörig, dass uns jeder Schlaf geraubt wurde. Zudem leben riesige Geckos und andere Tiere direkt über einem, die nachts eine Party veranstalten, dass man das Gefühl hat, die Decke stürzt gleich ein. Es war unfassbar laut. Das Badezimmer war zudem Mega dreckig und hat gestunken. Die Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf das Familienzimmer (Zimmer 8 und 9) da die anderen Einzelbungalows andere Dächer haben und vielleicht keine Tiere beherbergen, aber unter den Umständen Rate ich jedem von diesem Hotel ab.

• Louise (10/5): - Great location very close to beach rooms had everything you need except a jug (this maybe because water no good to drink out of tap) hotel was great at getting us hot water though. Love everything about this little place, clean and tidy including exceptional grounds, good pool, good breakfast one down fail was no hot water in the showers but actually didn't really matter.
• Joann (8/5): Great location! - Our stay at the well house was great. It is located very close to the beach and the service was amazing. The only one negative thing about the well house was the drainage in the bathroom but it wasn't a problem and everything else made up for it. I would stay again!

• Rusty (8/5): Good position in a great location - Had a great stay. Staff were excellent and helpful with regard to organizing extra activities and transport when required. A very short walk of 2mins put you directly at the Mushroom Beach which was stunning. WILL be coming back to Lembogan and staying here again. 👍
• amanda (2/5): - Hotel had no record of our booking even though it was paid for previously. They could not supply the same quality of room and did not offer any compensation. When my friend had a fall on the steps from the room because they were slippery the staff were very unhelpful finding a doctor and were in no way apologetic. Then they tried to get me to pay a bill for 4 drinks as my friend ws loaded into an ambulance!
• S. (4/5): Nice Pool, But nothing else. - As we came here the room looked quite nice at the First Look. But the sheets do have stains (a lot of them), no handsoap and the bathroom door as well as the toilet are definately renewable. The scooters are cheap but they are really unsecure (breaks are loose, no mirrors). The price they gave us for an extra night was firsf very cheap and lat

• sue (10/5): Tranquil - So happy I found this hotel and stayed 2 nights, we had such a relaxing time I wish we could have stayed longer. Great location,lots of bars ,restaurants nearby,small pool but was always empty and sun beds available,had lunch at the hotel a few times which was very tasty at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful ,they even drove us on motorbikes to the yellow bridge for a pick up to our next accommodation. The banana pancakes offered for breakfast were the best we ate in Bali. I would highly recommend this hotel.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Good Hotel for the low price. - The staff is really very nice and helpful. They couldn't find the key for the safe (I didn't notice I had it already with the room key) so they immediately brought me a new safe (the safe is just the bedside table with a lock on it). Unfotunately the water is salt water so you can't use it for brushing your teeth. We didn't have warm water and after telling the staff they also immediately got a new gas bottle for us. Just perfect service :) The breakfast is good, too :)
• Sam (10/5): Perfect stay on Lembongan - The Well House was exactly what you would expect for a stay on Lembongan Island. The staff were all so friendly, the rooms were kept immaculate and the air conditioner worked a treat at keeping the room cool. I can't wait to return!

The room itself was clean with a comfortable bed, the bathroom was semi outside which made it hot and had bugs, the air con in the room was weak. The pool area was nice although the pool could have been cleaner. The local area is good, there are several restaurants 1 minute walk away at Mushroom Bay and is close to the ferry arrival point. The staff were very kind and helpful and scooter hire was easy.

• Donna (8/5): Cute spot for a quiet getaway - Down a quiet little street minutes walk from Mushroom Bay - one of the nicer beaches. Great restaurants walking distance on waterfront. Rooms a little tired but clean and tidy. Pool did need a good clean. Overall quiet retreat in lush well kept grounds.

The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful and it is only steps away from Mushroom Bay! We also rented a scooter from the Well House! We were sad we only had time to stay there for 1 night. Ketut and staff are fantastic and so helpful. Ketut organises everything including snorkelling, ferry, fishing and motorbike hire. The food was great and pool was well maintained.

• jiefu (10/5): perfect for me - The location was questionable when it took a long time to arrive from a packed truck of eight people and multiple stops. Found out later that was just bad luck of being the last to get dropped off. Hotel staff was incredible. Needed cash and a owner's brother n law took me on motorbike to the only ATM on the island ... at least 30-40 minutes round trip and then refused to accept ANY payment. When was the last time that happened? Said we wanted to go on a snorkel trip. He asked with which group, I said I thought you had one and he said we do. (not pushy and trustable TWICE!!!) SO THE BIG BENEFIT WAS AN UNBELIEVABLE 3 1/2 trip to five great spots, including manta rays, at better than market prices) wish I had spent my entire trip here. Never tried the massage and rarely used the pool, food was pretty good and good prices. Only one minute walk to a small beach and pubs/restaurants and 15-20minute walk to sunset and dream beaches which were much nicer.

Pros: -Mushroom Bay is literally a 1 minute walk -The service is awesome (Ketut was a huge help in navigating the island) -Hotel provides a snorkeling package and is very accommodating -Room was clean -Outdoor pool and hammocks were perfect -Price of the hotel -Great place to get away from everything and relax Cons: -Most rooms have an outdoor bathroom (still private per each room, however it was a just different and by no means a deal breaker--this place is amazing while staying in Lembongan) -Power and A/C randomly turned on and off for a couple of days (maybe it was just an off day?) -It is a little bit of a ways from the surf, however the hotel allows you to rent motorbikes or they will gladly call you a driver
• Kristina (10/5): Relaxing Retreat in Comfort - We thought the hotel was WONDERFUL!!! The staff all work together seamlessly and are always available to assist and provide service. We felt like part of the family and were very comfortable. The food was delicious and they offered a buffet Baliense meal each night. Also provided day trips snorkeling, renting motorbikes and village tours. The cost was more than fair for the services and we left wanting to return soon.

• Steve (10/5): Just right - Great location just back from Mushroom Beach, about 50m. Staff very friendly, especially Ketut the manager. He was very prompt in replying to email enquiries re transport arrangements and providing information about places to see on the island. Only seven rooms in the hotel, three of which are separate bungalows (in which we stayed). While they don't have a fridge or TV they are very comfortable. Pool very nice and very clean. More than adequate for a relaxing few days on Lembongan.

Beautiful garden and well maintained swimming pool. There is a restaurant in the hotel and few restaurants nearby the beach. They also provide scooter for rent in case if you want to visit other parts of island.Had a great time at the hotel.
