Guest Reviews
- Ruben (2/5): Disappointed!! - No breakfast The cost it started a 7? On the same booking was raised to 8? Really then at check in I asked about extending my stay after looking up the cost was outrageously raised to 14?.?? Was told it’s because of the weekend I was told. Very disappointed. At this. To rent a room with nothing t l have stayed in other motels. In which at lease my stay would in clued two bottles of water and coffee maker “a small one one cup”. And one look at breakfast not appealing what so ever. Honestly I’ve stayed in these motels in the past this one is no were near 3 stars. The room I stayed in you couldn’t adjust the air flow and the bathroom floor boards around the toilet were loose meaning urine has gotten between and under those boards. that’s why there was extremely strong odor of bleach to cover up the urine smell. The worst part of my stay was the bleach activated my asthma causing me to having to hitting my rescue inhaler. So yes I was very disappointed with my stay. I booked at another hotel not far from there at the basically at the same price at 8? Per night so being lied to is very unprofessional to scam someone out of money by raising the rates up on extended day.

- Ty-Onna (6/5): Small town motel - I like that there were rooms available I didnt like the size of room. It was really small. And didn't like that at 9am house keeping was knocking on door tryna get us out and she ended up coming by again and checkout says 11am. So we just left after second time of her coming by
- Alfred (1/5): -
- Bettyjean (5/5): - I found the front clock to be very rude toward local people that rent room there he stated so that local people were a problem and that his worker people weren't and he was just being very rude Then because I said something to him that told him I was not a troublemaker he's stuck me in the room next door to the door so it's slammed all night
- Danniel (1/5): The smell gave me a headache - Nothing My room smelled like Bo. The sheets and pillows smelled. The towel smelled. It’s like they never changed the sheets just fixed the bed. So gross I left my stay early.

- Kathy (4/5): Booking.com, I want my money back you got your money back - Everything was wonderful except for one major problem. There was a door in our hotel room that went into another hotel room. We arrived three 4 o’clock in the afternoon to screaming and hollering and cussing and we told management about it. They talked to them and it quieted down for about 10 minutes. After that, it just kept going all night long. At some point in the middle of the night we called the front desk to complain again they said they had already been down there a couple times. These two women had no consideration for anyone else they were the center of their universe. Well at 6 AM after hearing them screaming and hollering and using the N word which is very offensive seeing that I’m biracial. I went to the front desk. She was very helpful and said there was really nothing. She could do about getting the ladies out of that room. She offered me a refund because she said nobody should have that kind of night. I have contacted Booking.com multiple times attempting to get my refund and I haven’t heard from anybody so $90 I spent that Booking.com got reimbursed for I never. She above statement
- Michael (1/5): Don’t waste your time here - Absolutely nothing!!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in absolutely filthy rooms the stairwells smell bad and are beyond disgusting turn around and run away from here Everything the room was disgusting the neighbors are loud and annoying I called management and nothing was done about it mold growing in the room, boogers on the walls, dirty hand prints on the walls

- Gregory (3/5): we stayed there 2 years ago and 3 years ago and since then it's gone downhill! - no breakfast The property out side had dog poop in every green area. People sitting on their vehicles smoking pot. The managers sitting out side amongst the pot smokers. Bathroom was not overly clean. Front desk attendants were extremely nice!

- Tony (1/5): Same as above - It was not clean hair on floor in the room a used qtip in bathroom trash and bathtub looked like it had simply just been rinsed out hair in that too Same as above
- Maness (6/5): Convenient overnight budget stay in Marble Falls Tx. Thank you. - Clean room. Clean shower with good pressure and hot water. Plenty of parking and a nice staff. A/C heater didn’t work but I got an extra blanket and was fine.
- Ladd (1/5): -
- Jim (3/5): -
- Dawn (1/5): Not a safe property or professional business app and will never return - I had safety concerns in the property, lied and said that they refunded the money due to the safety concern, and I have never seen it in between the app and the property. They shut the responsibility off on the other person. I had safety concerns in the property, lied and said that they refunded the money due to the safety concern, and I have never seen it in between the app and the property. They shut the responsibility off on the other person.
- Jeremy (6/5): -
- Divina (3/5): - Room was super small. Bad environment.
- Lucas (3/5): Last time I will stay at this location - The door would not close correctly and this prevented some of the safety features to function properly. The ground was sticky and the bathroom smelled of mold. The counters were not clean and had rings from previous occupants drinks on them. The pillow was very lumpy and thin.
- Hryhorii (8/5): - There was a very unpleasant smell, and it was impossible to open the window.
- Zamorano (10/5): - Atención
- Roger (8/5): -
- Sandy (2/5): - I guess you get what you pay for, but the proerty is old, has very little parking, the room was very small and the bed was terrible. I was feeling unwell and we only stayed 1 night. It was worth saving money. The neighbors were loud and there was a barking dog somewhere. I am disappointed
- Mark (2/5): - No one at desk to check in. Waiting half an hour at midnight after a 16 hour travel day.
- Charles (4/5): - No house keeping, sheets no changed and no new towels for 2 day stay. Needs to be updated
- Kimberly (1/5): Awful! - The location Everything else about it….smelled like weed from the moment you walked in, down the hallways & even in the room. And the multiple dogs barking for the one hour we were there.
- freddy (10/5): - All good
- Latasha (8/5): - safe
- Juan (8/5): Good location up on the hill, but curtains need to cover more light from outside. - The room was good, but the curtain let in the parking lot lights.
- Pamela (4/5): - Roaches!
Found a live one. Found 7 dead ones on the floor. The bathroom floor had something red stuck on it.
The woman who checked us in at night was very kind.
- Steven E (10/5): - The price was right for our one night stay in the area. The hotel had what we need for our stay and it was clean.
- carolyn (6/5): - This was by far the worst one I have ever stayed at the entry and hallways rinks of nothing but cigarette and marijuana smell that once we got out side we was very thankful to get the air we needed to smell the room the bed was nice to sleep in but the bathroom was not cleaned and there was hair on our floor and our pillow cases was not changed out they had was nasty looking we decided not to sleep with the pillows
- Benito (4/5): -
- Perez (1/5): - Nothing It smelled bad very dirty like disgustingly dirty
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Jeanie (1/5): Won’t stay here again. - Close to everything Roaches all in the room. Marijuana smells strong in hallway.
- Manuel (2/5): No service, can hear everything all around.light directlyat windows - Location only Everything
- Kay (6/5): - Hotel was clean, staff responsive and attentive. My room smelled like men's cologne and fabric softener. The bathroom door was closed and smelled like sewer gas, so I just kept it closed. That sewer smell didn't go away, but it stayed in the bathroom with the door closed. It was pretty overpowering. The room was cool and very moist. It felt like the cooling unit was a swamp cooler and not an actual air conditioner. It was not comfortable due to the humidity, but I was only there for one night so it was fine. The smell was worse than the dampness.
- Theresa (9/5): Nice visit - Close proximity to activities but not in the city, exceptional view from the 4th floor. Very friendly staff and dog friendly! Not the motels' fault, but there were guests smoking in their rooms. You could smell it in the hallways. It is a non-smoking building.
- Angela (10/5): We travel with our own night lights and alarm clock both which we used for our stay. You need to leave lights on inside - Easy layout and reasonable prices Hidden from the road, the signage helped.
- John (4/5): - No hot water ,blood on the wall ,hallways were dirty
- Daniel (10/5): - Very nice and very clean.
- greg (6/5): - Very old rundown property.
- Kevin (9/5): -
- Emanuel (2/5): Filthy and loud - Room was very dirty. Coffee, juice and spit on the walls. The floors had dirt and grease balls on them. Woke up to people screaming. Dogs barking next door. Floors and carpet in the staircase was absolutely filthy. Ice machine was broken had to go to different floors to get ice. If you want a clean comfortable place... DO NOT STAY HERE. Who ever rated this hotel highly is absolutely clueless of what a hotel should be. You know it sucks when they have to post on the door to make sure you lock your doors when you are inside!
- Ben (4/5): - Within 5 days we didn't get clean linen, we had to ask for towels. The room was never clean properly. Laundry room was very dirty and the hallway had dogfood a long the baseboards and didn't get picked up by anyone. Swimming pool was murky.. The shower vent was missing and the shower head leaked a lot of water while showering.
- MARIE (2/5): - Place smelled and no restrooms available before check in. And was not allowed to check in early!
- Khiden (10/5): -
- Ritz (1/5): - nothingto to much money for what we got . no breakfast, room was not clean, towels were wet.
- Brenda (10/5): -
- Stephanie (1/5): - The staff, and pool One of our rooms had blood soaked sheets my grown kids didn't tell me. I was wondering why the sheets were on the floor. It says No smoking, but reaked of cigarettes. My room wasn't clean because I didn't have cups or an ice box. The towels and bedding smelt of cigarettes. I don't smoke, but my hair smelt like cigarettes when I woke up. I got one key for my room and two for the other. The bed was hard and flat pillows. My daughter took pictures of the sheets and stuff. It was a horrible experience.
- Smith (1/5): Bad -
- Sin (10/5): - Great,👍
- Denise (2/5): Think Twice - Property was very dirty.
- Michael (6/5): - I was there for 3 days. When I left my room for the 1st day I COMPLETELY open the bathroom door against the entry door into the room. So the entry door wont open with out hitting the bathroom door. When I returned that evening. The bathroom door was completely shut. Somebody was snooping around in my room. I did not notice anything missing. The second day I called the front desk and specifically asked for NOONE to enter my room during my stay. The second day I did the same situation with the bathroom door while I was gone, and again someone had entered my room and closed the bathroom door and snooped around.
The State of Texas says that they are NOT allowed to enter a occupied room unless there is a emergency, Maintenance reasons, or for illegal activity in the room. No entry was necessary by management.
I know this is long , but I wanted to explain how I knew someone was snooping in my room. The front desk said room service had come. BUT, the bed was not made, the trash was not taken out, and no towels were replaced that were dirty on the floor. :-(
- Juanita (10/5): - Good
- Aron (4/5): Disappointing - Paper thin walls Paper thin walls
- Gary (10/5): - Nice people.
- Marilyn G (6/5): -
- Cindy (6/5): - There was too many homeless people outside. People were living in their vehicles and parked outside. AC didnt work and room smelled like cigarettes. Front desk lady was really nice though.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not clean or professional - The check in process was not professional. No lobby restroom. I had to use the staff restroom and it had urine all over the floor. Front desk staff brought their dog to work. During the check in process they tried to give me a room I didn’t reserve and then proceeded to tell me the floor they were going to put me in was exterminated for roaches. When I got to my room it was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were uncomfortable. We checked out super early the next day because we didn’t want to stay there any longer than we had to.
- Adame (4/5): Disappointing - Location Upstairs noise all night. People talking loud loud all through the night. Didn't get much sleep. Won't stay there again
- ANDREW (10/5): - Clean
Hospitality
- Brenda (6/5): - Furniture was sticky & smeared looking. It smelled of cigarettes yet non smoking was chosen. There were no bathroom essentials but maybe that’s why so cheap. I simply did not feel welcomed! Lesson Learned!
- Nancy (5/5): Passable -
- Vonetta (4/5): - After arriving at 1am there was blood droppings on the toilet, the towels were dirty, and due to exhaustion I tried to ignore the discomfort because after this three hour drive I needed to get up for work at 6am
- Bill (6/5): - Stayed two nights 1st night was fine except only the ice machine on the 3rd floor was working. Arrived for second night and there was no cleaning of the room. Picked up only the dirty towels. Left nothing. Front desk apologetic gave us towels. I’ve machine on 3rd floor quit so no ice. Never again.
- Felipe (10/5): - like the property, quiet, clean, great staff. could use a better
mattress.
- Romero (8/5): Very good -
- william (2/5): - If you love the smell of saturated SMOKE in the halls, rooms and front desk this is your place to stay. Canabis and Marlboro smoke everywhere. After my stay I need to wash and throw some colthing items away. Also, if its hot out the halls are cooler than the actual room. Beware befor you stay here.
- Bradley (4/5): - Roaches
- Robert (8/5): - Good value for the money. It's a Motel 6, not the Broadmoor, but it was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked, so no complaints.
- Frank (8/5): - Some kind of breakfast would have been nice. Nothing fancy just something more than coffee.
- Charles (10/5): - Only minor concern was the smell in the hallways. Not sure why they were stale and had a hint of tobacco smoke. Otherwise the room was clean and the hallway smell did not affect the room. It was just a bit of a surprise and my first reactions was hoping the room did not have the same odor. But all in all, pleasant.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Sad but True - Gives Motel 6 a bad name. Gives the town a bad name. Don't know who or what had been in the room before, but it smelled like a barn = wet straw, manure and animal sweat. The whole building was run down with signage defaced, broken faucet, and the humidity was dripping. Properly trained clerk should stand and not sit during customer interaction.
- Manuel (4/5): Nasty - The last time I stayed here I was actually impressed, But they reminded me why they're a Motel 6 this time. Hair all over the bathroom, repair to the flooring made by duct tape, very unclean.
