- Geoffrey (6/5): Clean and family-friendly apartments near a lake far from activities - The apartment was very clean. The indoor pool is great ( though I imagine it will be very crowded once summer sets in, we were on the off season), the outdoor pool is nice but unheated Ttmhe staff is pleasant. Blackout curtains were great. The apartment terrasse is nice and set up in a way that you don't see your neighbors. The bar (sadly closed two days a week) is nice and the pizzas were good. A concert on premises was fun. The lights in the apartment were insufficient. Tmm The bathroom was damp. Getting extra towels is a surcharge, despite it being necessary because the bathroom is damp. The bath itself had plumbing issues, which were partially solved during the stay. The kitchen is under equipped - the combi-microwave is nice but there's no plate that can go in an oven, the cookware isn't anti stick. There's no AC, the radiators are undersized for the living room. The cleaning fee is weird - they say they clean the apartment but you must clean kitchen, bath, toilet, and put the beddings outside - so in short they mostly vacuum the floor... The location is weird. Plan for 30 minutes car rides to go do anything from visiting, museums, Aquariums, accrobranche, or even just walking around.

- Francis (10/5): - Très reposant, beau cadre : lac, pins et amenagements... très agréable. Les piscines du cottage, également très agréable. C'est un séjour qui fait du bien! Peut-être le manque d'accès, proche du cottage, pour la restauration. Et juste un sauna! Un SPA, aurait été plus sympa....

- anne (8/5): Séjour très agréable qui sent les pins avec de bonne rigolades dans la piscine - La piscine est vraiment top car il y a un espace pour s'amuser et pour nager. Les petites lumières colorées sont géniales aussi à la tombée de la nuit! Le logement dans sa globalité est agréable. Cool le petit sèche cheveux! Le sauna est aussi un plus surtout que nous pouvons y aller qu'entre nous. Nous avons pris cette location en automne et un four pour cuisiner aurait été bien. Je ne comprends d'ailleurs pas pourquoi il n'y a jamais de four dans ce genre de location. La table du salon était pour 4 personnes alors que le logement est de 6 personnes. Heureusement nous étions 4 mais nous devions être 5.

- Lucie (10/5): Un séjour calme et ressourçant - Nous y avons séjourné pour un weekend hors saison. C'était parfait. Les appartements sont spacieux et bien équipés. Le lieu est calme, à quelques pas du lac, et la piscine couverte est un vrai plus pour les jours plus frais. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

- marie-laurence (8/5): C’était très agréable mais nous avons été déçus et n’y retournerons pas - Le logement, très bien équipé, belle déco, lit strès confortables, l’équipement à tous les niveaux , le calme , proximité piscine et lac Le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement Forte odeur d’urine dans les wc Il restait des choses dans le tiroir de la table de chevet dans une chambre ( que je ne nommerai pas mais je l’ai signalé à l’accueil) La piscine nous a déçue, pour nous il y a 2 piscines mais pas 4 Mais c’est surtout que les dalles aux abords de la piscine ne sont pas stables et cela est dangereux Apparemment le moteur de la piscine extérieur était en panne car l’eau était trouble , personne ne nous a mis au courant Pas de wifi mais le wifi gratuit est de très mauvaise qualité ( ça a la limite ce n’est pas grave)

Le calme :) Dans les appartements, j'avais parfois l'impression que mes voisins mangeaient sur ma terrasse tellement j'entendais leurs conversations. Il n'y a aucune animation même pas un concours de pétanque. L'organisation du service restauration. Les pizzas sont bonnes mais l'organisation n'est pas au top. Discussions entre cuisine et bar interminables, incompréhensions, etc. Apparemment le lac était fermé la semaine précédente. Le lac de Parentis est plus sujet aux mauvaises bactéries.

- Elia (9/5): Parentis con familia y mascota - Las instalaciones. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien equipado. La terraza genial. La piscina y las zonas deportivas muy bien. Hay una zona de playa habilitada para perros. Hace 2 años era diferente. En mi opinión la de este año es mejor. El suelo de la habitación cuando llegamos estaba muy sucio. Habíamos estado otra vez hace 2 años y eso no había pasado. Suponemos que fue un fallo puntual.
- Champion (8/5): Séjour agréable - La résidence est très très bien située dans la région, au bord du lac et à proximité de la mer. Beaucoup d'activités accessibles. Le personnel au top qui a réglé notre problème de logement très rapidement et avec le sourire. La résidence est en pleine nature, les espaces verts sont très agréables. Commerces à proximité. Le lieu est vraiment très bien. Un petit couac à notre arrivée, on nous a donné le mauvais logement (pas premium), le ménage n'était pas fait et présence de cafards des bois. Mais nous avons été surclassé donc le service client était vraiment top au final nous étions très satisfait. Piscine trop froide pour les bébés. Crottes de chiens sur les pelouses non ramassées pas terrible pour les enfants qui jouent. Restaurant pas très dynamique (fait des pizzas qu'on ne peut pas emporter par exemple il faut réserver a l'avance).

Pouvoir se promener dans les environs. Accès à la plage privé. Le fait de ne pas avoir la clim. Les jours de canicule ça a été difficile.

Le côté pratique des lieux pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants : proximité de la piscine, du lac, des activités (accrobranche, centre équestre, karting,…). Proximité du parking (devant notre logement) qui facilite vraiment la logistique Le logement, spacieux et agréable (le petit jardin partagé était un plus). La piscine couverte et chauffée était pratique par mauvais temps RAS. Tout était vraiment très satisfaisant.

Cleaning could be a bit more thorough.

- Zischka (10/5): Für uns mehr als nur ein Urlaubsziel, wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! - Unser Urlaub in Cottage du Lac war perfekt. Wir waren bereits mehrfach in der Anlage, gemeinsam mit unseren drei Kindern und seit ein paar Jahren zu Zweit - und jedes mal ist es wie eine Nachhause kommen. Die gesamte Anlage ist ein kleines Paradies - liebevoll gestaltet, gepflegt bis ins Detail und eingebettet in eine atemberaubende schöne Umgebung. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Ruhe der Gegend - fernab von Trubel, ideal zum Abschalten und Auftanken. Der nahegelegene See und das zwitschern der Vögel, war Balsam für die Seele. Wer Aktivitäten sucht wird direkt vor der Türe idyllische Rad- und Wanderwege finden, die sich durch die malerische Landschaft schlängelt. Ob gemütliche Spaziergänge, ausgedehnte Radtouren oder ein erfrischendes Bad im See - die Region bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man spürt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Wer Natur, Komfort und echte Gastfreundlichkeit sucht, wird hier sein Urlaubsglück finden. Für uns ist Cottage du Lac mehr als nur ein Urlaubsziel - es ist ein Ort zum Auftanken, Genießen und Wiederkommen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

- LEGRAND (9/5): Établissement agréable pour leur logement au calme et spacieux - Le calme Nous avons pas apprécier que les gens à la piscine réserver leur transats en mettant leur serviettes dessus mais venez plus tard les récupérer. Le serveur à lunette cheveux mi long qui mettait à chaque fois longtemps pour venir prendre notre commande et idem pour nous servir malgré que nous étions seul sur la terrasse.

Porter son son sac de linge qui doit bien faire 15 kg, après 7 h de route, c est médiocre

- Fanny (8/5): Très bon séjour. - L’appartement était bien orienté, fonctionnel et agréable. Le kit d’accueil dans l’appartement ainsi que les éléments à disposition pour le nettoyage étaient vraiement trop minimalistes.
- Ismael (9/5): Un sitio muy agradable para estar en familia - El alojamiento está muy bien. Muy tranquilo. Las piscinas ambas muy bien, una de ellas cubierta por si hace mal tiempo. Perfecto para ir con niños. La ubicación al lado de la playa del lago, muy bien también. Cerca hay un montón de actividades acuáticas que se pueden hacer, senderismo, cicloturismo,etc. Y el apartamento también bien, amplio con una terraza grande para poder estar al ire libre. Pues sin llegar a empañar mi estancia, ni mucho menos. Creo que hay cosas que se pueden mejorar: - El check-in no se puede hacer hasta las 17:00, mientras que el check-out es a las 10:00. Teniendo en cuenta que casi te obligan a dejar la habitación recogida y limpia como la encontraste (que, sin estar sucia, tampoco es que estuviera reluciente) me parece que el check-in podría ser antes. - Según haces el check-in tienes que ira a una caseta contigua en el que te dan un macuto, como en la mili (literal), en el que te dan las sábanas, toallas de varios tamaños, etc. para cuatro personas que pesa como un muerto, y llevartela a tu apartamento. Así que al llegar al apartamento, además, tienes que hacer todas las camas (incluida la litera). Que de la misma manera, tienes que desahacer y volver a guardar en el macuto a la salida. - Tienes que llevar tus productos de limpieza. Te dan, por ejemplo, una pastilla de lavavajillas, una! pero si estas varios días y la vajilla está justa para una comida de 4-6 personas, te van a hacer falta más pastillas. Es un ejemplo. - Y por último, hubo un problema con el pago de la estancia. Un problema que no fue mío. Yo seguí los pasos de booking a rajatabla. Es cierto que yo sabía que no me habían cobrado, pero faltaban un par de días para acabar el mes y supuse que me lo pasarían en la tarjeta al final de mes. Pues bien, sin un contacto previo, sin consultarme ni preguntarme, me mandaron un mail amenzante de que si no abonaba la estacia urgentemente iban a "emprender acciones legales". Cuando hablé con ellos me dijeron que era política de Booking. Yo no lo sé, ni me importa, pero la dirección del mail era del alojamiento. Me sentó muy muy mal que me trataran como un delincuente. Luego es verdad que hable con el chico de recepción y fue amable, me pidió disculpas, y todo se soluciono muy rápido.

- SONIA (7/5): - Ubicación. A 2 min andando de la piscina y 5 min del lago. Vistas preciosas. En el lago estaba prohibido el baño por cianobacterias. Las sábanas y toallas te las dan el primer día y tienes que hacer tú las camas. Sólo se incluye un móvil en la conexión WiFi que te dan y llega un poco mal la señal. La televisión sólo tiene canales franceses. Es normal encontrarse insectos (arañas) en los apartamentos.

- Stephan (7/5): Schöner Ort mit Einschränkungen - Die Anlage ist ein schöner Rückzugsort, die Hütten liegen zwischen Bäumen und sich überwiegend gegenseitig sichtgeschützt. Man kann die Zeit im Liegestuhl oder am Pool genießen. Auch das Restaurant in der Anlage könne wir sehr empfehlen. Ein Ausgang führt direkt an den See, wo Baden und verschiedene Wasseraktivitäten möglich sind. Allerdings war der See während unseres Aufenthaltes wegen Cyanobakterien gesperrt. Für weniger Geld haben wir in zwei vorherigen Quartieren zu höheren Standards gewohnt: die Betten mussten selbst be- und abgezogen werden - das kenne ich sonst nur von der Jugendherberge. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein - Tassen und eine Stempelkanne haben wir nachgekauft. Das WLAN in unserem Cottage war ausgesprochen schwach, die Geräte haben ständig das Netz verloren. Das ist umso ärgerlicher, da die Inhalten des Fernsehers über die Handys via Chromecast eingespielt werden sollten. Man sah meistens drehende Kreise. Ich habe das mehrfach an der Rezeption nachgefragt, es gab außer der Zusicherung, jemanden vorbei zu schicken, keine Reaktion. Nun gut,, wir waren ja nicht zum Fernsehen da :-) Unsere Hütte lag mit Blick zum See. Das war tagsüber sehr schön, mit Einbruch der Dunkelheit begannen aber allabendlich Partys am See. Und Bluetoothboxen sind sehr leistungsfähig....
