• anne (8/5): - Location is stunning, perfect position in Rovinj Old Town. Comfortable beds and very clean. Cleaner changed towels etc 2 days in of 4, very nice, and immediately brought us beach towels, when requested. We didn’t cook at all, but there was sufficient facilities to do basic meals. No microwave, no toaster, but 2 rings. Bathroom has no window, and is quite small and basic, but it had a ventilation fan. The position of the apartment is such that you wouldn’t mind these smaller things, it is quite perfect.
• wanda (8/5): - This residence was located in a very central walkable area of old town. We very much enjoyed exploring Rovinj. The residence hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made our check in very easy. Overall we would recommend staying here, but a few things to note: 1. the room did not have full blinds. While the harbour view was wonderful during the day, it was quite bright at night. Bring an eye mask. 2. If you’re coming by car, parking is quite a distance to walk in. We managed fine and had backpacks which made the cobblestone hill streets easier to manage. The parking was quite expensive for one. night, but the area was safe and secure.
• Karin (8/5): - The Residence Carera was a great location. Super close to the harbor and many restaurants. The apartment was adequate. We happened to be there during their St. Euphemia Festival, which meant loud concerts from Friday through Sunday, but when the windows were closed, it kept most of the sound out. The music was good, too! The only issue is no black-out curtains, so bring a sleeping mask.
• Wendy (6/5): - The property is quite dated, the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The shower never drained properly and it smelled funky. Someone entered our room without knowledge. The host was attentive and gave us some quick knowledge on area and restaurants.
• Annette L (10/5): Fantastisk beliggenhet! - Flott og romslig leilighet med god aircondition, veldig greit med kjøleskap og vannkoker. Beliggenheten er veldig god med nærhet til både gamlebyen og strand. To min å gå til båten som tar deg ut til Katarina og den fineste stranden etter vår mening. Det eneste som ikke fungerte var at dobbeltsengen besto av to enkeltsenger som skled fra hverandre og dette blir enda mer uheldig når man deler på et dobbeltlaken.
• Lori (8/5): Great location! - Very small room and very small bathroom which is probably typical in rovinj given the age of the buildings. Great location near everything. Kitchenette came in handy to make breakfast. Host was great. Noisy at night unless you close windows and turn on the fan.

The residence is right in the centre and just a couple of minutes from the sea. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Despite its central location, the room was quiet at night which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return.

• Laura (6/5): Great location - Residence La Carera was ideally located in the old town. There was pedestrian traffic on the street our rental was located on but it was always quiet in the evening and at night. There was no sea view as the listing implied. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of room to spread out in the bedroom. On the negative side, the bedroom was on the floor above the sitting area, bathroom and very small kitchen eating area. The steps to the bedroom were somewhat narrow and turned and they might be difficult for someone who can’t climb many stairs. Having the bathroom on a different floor from the bedroom might be an inconvenience for some people. We did run out of hot water on the first shower taken. The building itself was nice and the manager, Claudia was very friendly and helpful. The areas in which to pay to park are about a five minute walk away.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - You walk out your door and you see see most beautiful cobblestone streets combined with antique buildings yet upscale stores shopping and restaurants were excellent You should stay here if you want a nice clean place and in the heart of everything i rented a bike and took a beautifully paved bike path along entire coast i will definitely return i miss you already Ravinj!

• MARIA (10/5): Wonderful stay - Beautiful place. Truly comfortable beds. Easy to get to the place. We were very lucky since parking was free due to holidays. We did not have problems to find a place to park. Claudia’s recommendations were perfect. We went to Puntalina Restaurant, which she suggested, and it was delicious and with a great view. We had a great stay at Residence La Carera. If I could say something to improve, maybe the only thing could be that the refrigerator is a little nosy at night, but nothing major.

It showed a view of the bay. There was absolutely no view. The apartment was very crowded for three people. There was no space to put away clothes. One dresser in the living room held cooking utensils. My son, who is 6‘1“ and 195 pounds referred to the shower as his shower ”coffin”. Very very small. Impossible for a lady to shave her legs. If you’re looking for a good location I would recommend this place. If you’re looking for comfort, keep the game looking.

Appartamento per 2 molto grande dotato anche di cucinino bagno aria condizionata e TV. Ottima la vista sul mare.
• Peter (8/5): Good value, good location, mid-range property. - Very well located, and a reasonable value. It' s a "3-star" property for a reason. A bit tired, adequate (but not great) bed, small (old style) espresso maker provided (though you must supply coffee, etc.). There are exposed pipes in the shower where the hot and cold water blend together. One of us got a significant burn from the hot pipe. Still, overall a pleasant stay, good view, well-located.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely boutique B&B with view - We love this lovely boutique apartment hotel with sea view. The room is a little bit small but very comfortable with a little kitchen. The best thing is the location just a few minutes walk from the bus station and all attractions.

• Johan (8/5): Bra! - Jättefint och stor lägenhet. Rent och fint med utsikt ut mot hamnen. Vi fick parkera några hundra meter från huset, men blev hämtade med golfbil av trevlig personal.
• negin (10/5): Amazing time in Rovinj - We actually got an offer from the hotel check in to upgrade and stayed at another location, Sister hotel close by. We got to have a look at this room and hotel before hand and I think the room with ocean view is nice but the view has a big ugly roof top of some other house in front. These rooms are so great for a nice relaxation with a kitchenette. We got some local wine and hung out in the room one of the night. The check in people were so so friendly and helpful.

• Mariella (8/5): Ottima sistemazione nel centro di Rovigno - Ottima posizione nel centro di Rovigno. Non si vede il mare ma è molto comodo per raggiungere in pochissimi minuti tutti i posti interessanti del paese. Appartamento pulitissimo, molto grazioso. Personale gentile e disponibile.
• MASAHIKO (8/5): チェックインは21時までです。 - 会議で6泊しましたが、街中にあるのでとても便利でした。窓を閉めると外の音はほとんど入って来ないので、週末のお祭りのときも静かでした。レセプションは港に近い別のところにあるのですが、建物入口に地図が書いてあるので問題ないと思います。到着が23時くらいになり連絡する手段がなかったのですが、レセプション近くのお店の人に電話してもらい、チェックインすることができました。船やバスが到着する度にわざわざ探しに来てくれていたようで、クラウディアさんには大変感謝しています。

• Marianne (10/5): Fint hotell rett i nærheten av alt. - Fint hotell rett i utkanten av gamlebyen. Alt er lett tilgjengelig, kort avstand til bryggene hvis dere skal ta båt enten ut til noen av badeøyene eller til Venezia. Bodde der i juli måned og ikke noen problemer med støy om kvelden/natten.

• Anja (10/5): Mkt trevligt och centralt - Otroligt bra läge, mitt på en gå/shoppinggata och bara några meter till hamnen med alla restauranger och båtar ut till öarna. Fräsch och fin lägenhet, trevligt inredd. Städning varje dag. Vi bodde här 3 nätter - för en längre vistelse hade vi behövt ett större kök. Observera att det inte är tillåtet att köra bil till hotellet eftersom det ligger inne i centrum som är bilfritt. Man parkerar utanför centrum, och sen får man gå eller ta en specialskjuts från parkeringen - det gjorde vi med all packning, och det kostade ingenting.
• Jan (2/5): Bad management - For personal reasons I could not stay at the hotel and asked for a cancellation in April. The hotel manager refused and they only had this room left, how hard can it be to sell that room in prime vacationtime i Rovinj? I asked kindly several times but it was no, and not even opening up for a discussion. Very unprofessional! So so lost the pay for my two night for nothing

• Elena (8/5): Ci tornerei ma.... - Appartamento di buon gusto e pulito, ottima zona un lato negativo è la mancanza di parcheggio se non a pagamento o con i tiket, lasciando l'auto parcheggiata più giorni è stato un disagio. Consiglio di trovare soluzione in merito. (Magari convenzione con il parcheggio per gli ospiti dell'hotel . Non ce servizio colazione ma ci si può organizzare con la cucina a disposizione nell'appartamento.
• Calvin (6/5): Great location - Super reception upon arrival. Best location if you are looking for simple pension style room. Lacking shampoo, no control for air conditioner which meant window had to be open, but then bar patrons noise went on until 5 AM, and only one coffee pouch for two guests. I think it is just lack of attention to detail.

• Greg (8/5): Nice stay in Rovinj. - Claudia checked us in at the main office which was nearby at the main hotel. She was very helpful and tried to find us some free parking, as parking in the main lot can get expensive. After she escorted us to our sea view studio apartment, she provided us with recommendations on food and drink in Rovinj. The sea view of the harbor is wonderful and accurately protrayed in the photos on Expedia. The room was small, but adequte. Overall, our stay was nice.
