A family friendly environment with easy walking distance to everything you need. Bed was not the best, but I know they are upgrading so I appreciate the ongoing process. For a few nights stay, the deals are very fair prices.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Super attentive service, super clean premises. Bed was very comfortable. Recommended for both short or long stays. Safe/nice and quite neighborhood, many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staff (Felix) extremely helpful , fully service oriented. I did not have breakfast so no comment on that. In room kitchen and mini bar were excellent. For noise sensitive ones at night there was this noise of a pump going on and off and one neighbor turned TV on like at 3.40 am. No lift but no problem , staff were always there. Internet must be improved. Overall it was a perfect one night stay in Santa Cruz. I would certainly book again without a doubt.
- Agnieszka (10/5): 4 super comfortable nights at this place. - We stayed 4 nights in an apartment with a terrace in this great hotel and thought it was one of the most comfortable stays we have had during our long trip in South America. The place was super clean and spacious, we had separate bedroom and a large living area with kitchen and dining table. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The view from the terrace was great. The staff working there was more than helpful, they met all our requests very quickly and had a great service-minded attitude which only added to the feeling of comfort we have had there. The hotel is located close to some nice restaurants and quite near - shopping centers. It is not in the city center so one probably would need a taxi there. The area feels very safe.

O transfer também não é gratuito e custou 22 dólares (ida e volta). Existem outros hotéis com custo beneficio melhor que esse, com transfer incluso e café da manhã por um valor um pouco maior.

My son left his nice headphones in the room when we checked out. We called the same morning asking that they save them for us, as we would be coming back the next day. The headphones never showed up.

- Andreas (10/5): Hübsches Hotel in schönem Stadtvirtel (Equipetrol) - Das Hotelpersonal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut eingerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal hilft wirklich bei jedem Anliegen weiter. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass man die Waschmaschinen des Hotels benutzen kann. Dadurch spart man sich Geld und vor allem Zeit. Die Zimmer im oberen Stock haben eine großzügige Terrasse mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Das Hotel befindet sich in Equipetrol, das ist ein schönes und teures Viertel in Santa Cruz. Die Lage ist gut, es befinden sich sehr viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und das Einkaufszentrum "Mall Ventura" ist sogar zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar.

Excellent for someone who wishes to stay for a week or longer and can use the kitchenette as an advantage.

The made to order room service breakfast is stellar. One caution, all stairs but not so bad as was only 5 flights up and the room 4A is worth the climb.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Friendly, Clean, and Nice - This hotel cost half as much as the swanky hotel we stayed in the night before, but it was clean and nice and met our needs. The WiFi connected right away (it didn't at the swanky place), there was a fully equipped kitchen and a nice little living room in our little suite (and a supermarket around the corner, thus making this perfect for longer stays), and the bathroom and shower were the best I experienced in all the places I'd stayed in in Bolivia. There was a water cooler with bottled water in the lobby, so I could refill my water bottle. (Again, don't expect that in the swanky places with mini-bars.) But best of all, the staff was super friendly and helpful. THey acted like making sure we were comfortable was the most fun activity they could think of. The hotel is an easy taxi ride to the airport (which they arranged for us), but it is not in a tourist area. It's cool to be able to walk around a real neighborhood, but the restaurant choices were limited.
- Jim (10/5): Best Value! - I certainly got more than I expected based on the price. This quiet, clean, friendly locale was perfect for some down time. The room was a spacious suite. It's in a quiet neighborhood, though not as convenient as I expected. There is a supermarket down the block to stock up on snacks or meals you could prepare in the little ensuite kitchen. Free wireless, good water pressure, a/c, cable tv, nice towels, super friendly and helpful staff. Someone was at the airport to pick me up ($10 transfer which is about standard for the area). This is my new "go-to" place in Santa Cruz.

- Lesley (8/5): - A lovely quiet place to rest after 2 days of travel. Shower was lovely and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was more than sufficient but at an extra coat of 25bs so it should be. Staff were all well dressed and presentable. A nice first impression.
- Brian (8/5): Comfortable and Good Location - We stayed at one of the studio apartments for one week. It was clean and comfortable, nothing too fancy, but definitely a great spot. Our room was right next to the door so we would have preferred to be somewhere a little farther away from the foot traffic coming in and out, but otherwise no complaints and would definitely stay there again if we return to Santa Cruz.

- Ralph Hoch (10/5): Peaceful and nice neigborhood - Better than expected, nice little Apart Hotel, nestle in the middle of a quiet neigborhood. Bad internet speed, no restaurant, but, great ones nearby. Great rates too.
