The staff are all very friendly, especially those who work in the lobby. They greeted us every time we walked past and were especially lovely to our toddler. They even gave him a bag of snacks when we checked out.

The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. The breakfast staff were very generous and attentive in serving us. The room facilities were also excellent — the shower had strong water pressure, the heater worked well, and the air conditioning was very good. Special thanks to Ms. Chloe for helping us at the front desk and assisting us in arranging our ride to the airport. Also, thank you to Mr. Christian for carrying our luggage and being very helpful throughout our stay. They both speak English very well. I highly recommend this place. The management has done a great job in providing excellent service and hospitality. Its just road closure on weekends but it happens to all neighboring hotels

Breakfast was also very varied, from Vietnamese food to European options. And the hotel is located perfectly, central and near the lake. The room was very clean, but facilities, included the bathroom, could use a bit of refresh to look a bit more modern.

Its central location is another highlight, conveniently close to the lake and perfect for exploring the area. The room itself was spotless and clearly well maintained. That said, the facilities, especially the bathroom, felt a little worn and could do with an update to feel more contemporary. There was also a noticeable sewage odor at times, which was a downside during the stay.

- Nagda (10/5): Amazing - The people and service was excellent. The day we reached (Sunday), interior roads were closed for cars, so the staff came to outside road to pick us up. Everyday each staff members starting from reception staff to security To dining staff were amazing. The lady serving at breakfast had so much patience and understood our needs inspite of language barrier. Last day hotel staff went beyond their capacity to accommodate us to reheat and eat our vegetarian food in the lobby. We forgot passports in room locker. We remembered it after reaching the airport. In evening traffic hours they sent a guy to deliver us the passports with a very minimal fee just so that we don’t miss our flight. Really this hotel staff and overall experience was amazing to stay here. Location is so close to all restaurants and the lake.

- Roth (9/5): Excellent séjour à Hanoï, de beaux musées de belles découvertes. - Très bel emplacement dans quartier historique mais chambre au calme, de bons restaurants à proximité la jeune femme dans la salle du petit déjeuner est adorable serviable souriante et fait tout son possible pour notre confort. le bureau de réservation pour les visites est très compétent nous avons réservé la sortie pour la baie d' Ha long et Lan Ha c'était un émerveillement, le catamaran était très bien équipé (jacuzzi Kayaks toboggan) et un très bon lunch, à faire absolument. La salle de bain, la baignoire profonde et difficile à enjamber, il faudrait mettre une douche ou un escalier en dur et des appuis. Comme il faisait chaud et on transpirait donc c'est un point essentiel en vacances. Surtout qu'à notre arrivée ils nous ont proposé cette chambre pour plus de confort, bien entendu avec un supplément que nous avons payé, nous avons été déçu par la salle de bain.
