• Irina (10/5): Excellent and comfortable stay - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has a hallway, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace. It has a parking space in the garage. Friendly host. The location is nice, close to centre and to the promenade by the sea, good restaurants, cafes, parks, children’s playgrounds, bus stations. Warmly recommended!

Spacious apartment with a terrace (though no direct port view like in the picture). 3. Supermarkets around for groceries. 4. Well-furnished, 5. Parking space available. 1. Owner's attitude. There was a broken kitchen door that kept bumping and making noise during a stormy night. When we informed the owner, she refused to believe us as if we were lying! Very rude, never had that before from a property landlord. 2. It takes a while for the water to heat up for taking shower. It will take some time for a big family / group staying there. 3. While we found it easy to get a but to Dubrovnik old town, returning from the Old Town to the apartment was a bit tricky as buses are infrequent and often very crowded. 4. Also the day-tours we took, we were the first ones to be picked up at about 6 am and last ones to be dropped.

Do apartamentu dostać się można zaliczając dość wysokie schody, dlatego będzie to uciążliwe dla osób, które mają problemy z poruszaniem bądź małymi dziećmi.

El microondas lo enchufamos en la sala porque en la cocina no había donde. La entrada y escalera sin luz. La limpieza regular en general. El parking gratis es aparcar en una plaza muy difícil de la calle. En general apartamento incómodo, almohadas incómodas y bañera para escaladores

• Marilena (2/5): Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 famiglie (4 adulti e 4 ragazzi 10-16 anni) per 3 notti e non ci siamo trovati a nostro agio. Al - La vista dal terrazzo Bagni (pulizia scarsa, doccia rotta, cattivo odore), cucina troppo piccola per 8 persone, arredamento interno ed esterno con macchie di sporco. Segnalo in una camera in particolare lavori di muratura non terminati.

• Pieter (8/5): Good place in respect of price-quality, 6 min walk from busstation, nearest restaurant-bar. - Located close to ferry harbour and near to various bakerys to heve fresh bread in the morning or even take breakfast at bakery. Cleanlyness under the beds should be done better.
• Yunnam (6/5): The host was very kind and nice but the facilities need to be improved. Those tiny ants should be go - The host met me to hand over the keys. The facilities (such as coffee machine) are not in good shape, and some need to be fixed. For example, the coffee machine was broken. Plus there are lots of tiny ants on the floor. I don’t know what bit us, but we were bitten by something on the legs and arms for sure it was not bedbug, neither mosquito, but don’t know what it was. It could be those tiny ants. If you don’t have a car, it wasn’t convenient to access to this accommodation due to quite many stairs.

• Radek (8/5): Nice spacious apartment close to shops, restaurants, and bus station - Clean spacious apartment in a good location. The apartment is close to stores, restaurants and bus stops. Easy access to Dubrovnik old town. Walking distance is about 40 mins. Quiet neighbourhood. Overall it's a nice place and we would come back. The Owners is friendly and met us at check-in. The beds are not the most comfortable but it is an Airbnb. The parking situation is tight. We had to maneuver a little but to park but the Owner kept the spot open for us and it's right by the building so overall it's convenient. There were some who mentioned that you had to go up a few stairs to bring your luggage up but this is Dubrovnik. Wait until you walk anywhere in the old city or do the walls. The steps up to the apartment are not a problem at all. Last word of caution, the roof top terrace (great views ) is for the 4 bedroom apartment. The walk out terrace (not so great views) is for the 2 bedroom apartment but on booking both apartments are shown for the property however once you book you will see the pictures specific to your apartment.

• Riad (10/5): Perfect for a family - Spacious apartment and huge terrace, pictures don't really show how big terrace is , full equipped with all needed. In a calm area well connected to the old town by bus. Very clean. Lots of towels. The property was very nice and gave us some tips about activities,etc, and they can organise airport transfers. She left a welcome pack. We loved our stay and enjoyed the Croatian Christmas atmosphere. It was winter,I bet the coldest period of the year in Dubrovnik, so it was a bit cold at night as the climate was only in the living room.. Mediterranean apartments don't use to have heating.

Host helped keep a parking spot for us. You actually have to climb a few steps because the hse located on a sloop. May not be user friendly with huge luggage and disable person.

Air conditioning is good. The air conditioning condensation seems to be creating an issue for the fourth bedroom so we closed the door and didn’t use it. The laundry facilities were rustic but got the job done.

The apartment is big, we could fit everyone with space and the location is also good, very close to the port and to go to the Old Town you can take a 15min bus. The checkin was supposed to happen at 3pm, but our flight got delayed and we arrive around 5pm and they were still cleaning it. We could enter and get changed, but when we left they were still there

• Shelwin (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is Spacious and at a spot to enjoy the views. The area was so quiet and tranquil and the owners were quick with their responses. We had everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed. The flat is fully air-conditioned bar 1 room but this wasn't too much of an issue as the ac in the living room cooled the room. There is a supermarket close by. A short walk down the cobbled steps will lead you to docks (not old town. 10 mins away via uber) These are just an FYI and wasn't a problem for us. The property is uphill and cars won't reach the doorstep. So if you have mobility issues or hates walking uphill then it might be not for you. But it is worth the view from the property The kitchen unit is under a slant so if you are taller than 6ft you will need to hunch to use the unit

• Steven (4/5): Disappointing on many levels. Could not recommend this property. - This was a disappointing apartment. Air conditioning was efficient. Insufficient glasses (only 2 wine glasses and 3-4 water glasses), doors to balcony did not shut properly, bathroom and master bedroom windows did not shut properly, bathroom light did not work, bath was not clean, insufficient seating in main room (1 very hard, uncomfortable sofa, plus 6 dining chairs), few power points in kitchen (1 not working), microwave had to be lifted from above oven to sink area to plug in.

The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfy. The apartment is not accessible for wheelchair users and the air conditioning units were quite noisy and made rattling noises often.

• Shyam (10/5): Great place - It is not a hotel but is an apartment. So make sure you reach out to the Luke (Owner) before you reach. Luke is an excellent person, very friendly and is of great help. Feel free to ask him question. - There is a Washer/Dryer there. Unfortunately, there were no instructions so we couldn't use it. - The house/apartment has most basic things like cups/plates/mugs etc. - It is a little farther away than the old town but is very close to the harbor.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Decent rooms a little far away - Well presented and spacious and comfortable accommodation only let down by: • seater in living room falling apart • kettle, microwave and toaster need moving to a socket before they can be used, on the sink? That aside we had a great week in an amazing city, so ate out and only went back to sleep for which the air-con was essential.

• Dorthe (10/5): Super fin lejlighed! - Super fint ophold. SKØN lejlighed med dejlig stor altan. Den ligger højt oppe ca. 5 min. fra havnen som er et meget dejligt sted at gå tur.. vær dog opmærksom på at det tager ca. en halv time og gå til stranden, men det er en smuk gåtur forbi den skønne havn. Der går også busser til stranden. Vi boede i lejligheden i en uge og havde en fantastisk go' ferie.
• Elizabeth (2/5): This place does not exist! - We walked from the port to this apartment on a very hot day. When we got there, we were told by the cleaner that this was not the apartment. It was for Polish people apparently. She rang the manager who came about 15 minutes later and said Hotels.com was at fault as they had not taken the apartment off their listing as he requested. He offered a full refund but said first he would take us to some other apartment in case we wanted that. He drove way past the old town, closer to the airport, where there was nothing for us to see or do without having to get transport back into the main part of Dubrovnik. At this point we refused and requested a refund. We wasted four hours before finally finding something. We are NOT impressed with Hotels.com or owner, depending on who is at fault here.
• Jess (10/5): Great room, great service - We arrived really late after midnight, but the lady in charge made us feel right at home and provided us with useful information for our trip. The apartment was very spacious with two separate rooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away and we were able to have a quiet night in. Overall, the apartment was super nice and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a car.
• Esko (4/5): Siisti ja tilava apartamentos - Sijainti jyrkän mäen rinteessä, kiipeämistä rannasta 200 m ja lisäksi jyrkät portaat. Ei sovi liikuntaesteisille eikä vanhemmille, joilla on pieniä lapsia. Vastaanottoa ei ole, joten saavuttaessa on soitettava apartamentoksen antamaan puhelinnumeroon, jolloin avain tuodaan. Kylpyhuoneen ja WC:n vesikalusteet olivat hankalat kaksiotesekoittimet. Kuumavesihana kuumeni niin paljon, ettei sormin tohtinut koskea. Näköala on vastakkaisten talojen seinät, vaikka talojen välistä meri vähän pilkotti.
• Roy (10/5): Great quality accommodations! - My friend and I recently stayed there for two nights and it was a very comfortable apartment. The two rooms were perfect for us and the two bathrooms was a bonus that you won't find in a hotel. The apartment is modern and very clean and comfortable.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Just up from main bus station. - Rooms were both very clean and having two full bathrooms was quite a bonus. Huge deck to sit out on at night and lots of corner markets to get essentials from close by. Has it's own parking which is a bonus, and about a 20-25 min walk to old town. Very quiet at night and we would stay again as it was good value for the stay.
• Amani G. (10/5): Close to harbor and sights - Villa Rosa was a great place. There were 3 of us so the 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms made for a quick exit each morning. Check in was a little eventful as we were not aware we needed to call to have someone meet us and let us in. There are quite a few stairs to get to it so it may not be the place for everyone. It was perfect for us though. 10 minute walk to the main bus terminal, restaurants were at the base of the stairs and located right on the bus route to get to Pile. Only a 5 minute bus ride to city center but just far enough away where all the restaurants weren't over-crowded.

• Becky (10/5): Spacious apartment in Dubrovnik. - Villa Rosa is not really a hotel; it is an apartment. I believe there is more than one of them. Anyway, we were very pleased with the apartment. It is large, the bedrooms are comfortable. It was very, very clean. The apartment has large terraces off the LR, DR and bedroom, which serve to make the unit seem even larger. It is located maybe a mile north of the old city of Dubrovnik, actually very near the cruise ship port, Porto Gruz. Based on another traveler's recommendation, we arranged car pick up by Luke, the owner, after booking the hotel. He was waiting for us as we exited in DBV and took us right to the apt. He is very knowledgable about the area and just a super nice guy, so we actually hired him to take us somewhere else the next day. It is a short walk, maybe 5 minutes tops, down the hill toward the port where there is a taxi stand and bus station. The fare to the old city seemed to vary so I would recommend some negotiation. 60 KN is a fair price. Once you know where the apt is located it is very easy to direct cab drivers right to the place when you want to come back. We were only there one night as we left the next day to sail for a week, thus we did not use the kitchen, although I checked it out and it is fully outfitted. WiFi in apt works very well. There are several restaurants down on the main road; we had breakfast at Bon Appetit and the omelette, salads, croissants and coffees were very good.
