- Chantal (4/5): - Le personnel sympathique. J'ai réservé une chambre à un tarif supérieur avec patio extérieur sans vis-à-vis car je suis fumeuse mais fumer même à l'extérieur m'a été interdit. J'ai signalé que le distributeur de savon dans la douche était vide dès mon arrivée, m'a été dit qu'on allait m'en procurer, cela n'a jamais été fait. Il n'y a pas de fauteuil dans la chambre. Le réfrigérateur est minuscule. L'attente est longue pour le petit-déjeuner puisqu'il est servi par la boulangerie à l'entrée (et non pas en self-service comme il est d'usage). Les produits sont bons mais le choix est très restreint. L'hôtel est bien situé mais bruyant jusque tard la nuit en raison des boîtes de nuit proches.

Had a cute little back porch. Bed and room were very clean and made up each day. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was included and delicious. We were able to keep our luggage at the hotel for no charge before we checked in and after since our flights didn’t perfectly align with check in/out schedule. Nothing!

Na parte frontal do hotel funciona um restaurante aberto também ao público externo, tanto no horário do café da manhã quanto ao longo do dia. É nesse espaço que os hóspedes realizam a primeira refeição, que se revela variada e muito bem servida. Embora as fotos disponibilizadas no Booking correspondam ao que efetivamente se encontra no quarto, tive a impressão de que os móveis e as condições gerais são um pouco mais simples do que aparentam nas imagens. É possível que o tratamento aplicado às fotografias antes da publicação tenha conferido uma percepção ligeiramente diferente da realidade.

- David (2/5): - Room smelled of mold, ammonia and intense cleaners to cover the smell. Could not sleep through the smell that irritated my throat and gave me a migraine. Windows weren't secure. Mattresses were old and dirty, shower head and other metal fixtures rusty. Ac blows right on the beds but too warm to sleep without. Had to cancel last 2 nights which is impossible with booking.com I will never book with booking.com again.

- Rodrigo (9/5): Hotel muito bom no coração de Palermo. - A localização é fantástica, no coração de Palermo, perto de diversos bares e restaurantes bem legais. A equipe é bem simpática e o quarto é bom também. Falta de elevador ao menos para as malas, apesar de que a recepcionista as carregou na chegada.

Good sized room It took us a little while to understand the air conditioning so some instructions would help for those of us visiting from colder countries! Once we figured it out the room was lovely and cool. :)

O atendimento foi muito bom, atenderam pedidos especiais como travesseiros extras, as camas confortáveis e bom chuveiro. Café da manhã excelente! Pela proximidade dos bares no final de semana escutamos barulho dos estabelecimentos próximos. No pátio interno do hotel fica ligado o som durante o dia, dificultando para descansar após o almoço. Poderiam deixar o ambiente silencioso.

Mi sono sentito sicuro passeggiando lungo le strada di questo quartiere. La colazione ha superato le aspettative. C'era un ragazzo in reception che mi ha dedicato circa 1h per condividere ogni opportunità che avrei potuto cogliere in città, grazie e complimenti! Nulla. Tutto positivo

- roberta (9/5): - O hotel é bem legal e um pouco mais simples do que nas fotos. O café da manhã é muito bom e toda a equipe extremamente cordial e solicita. Palermo é um bairro ótimo e a localização é excelente, porém fica longe da maioria dos pontos turísticos.

- Fabricio (8/5): - La tranquilidad del ambiente y buen servicio de la recepción No me gustó el “jabón” el cual era dos en uno, shampoo y jabón de piel, el cual era de la ultimisima calidad y tuve que comprar aparte, para mi madre y para mi, un jabón en barra y un shampoo fuera del hotel, y las toallas no eran lavadas ni cambiadas con el pasar de los días, tuvimos que usar las mismas toallas en nuestra estadía de 3 dias, pesimo por el lado de la higiene

- Barbra (10/5): - I stayed at 5411soho in Palermo and had an amazing time! The location is perfect - it's close to tons of great restaurants and the neighborhood feels safe. The staff were absolutely wonderful and warm, always willing to lend a hand. Alana, in particular, went above and beyond to help me get an Uber to the airport and even waited with me outside until it arrived - huge shoutout to her! The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the cozy vibe of the hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home and would definitely recommend 5411soho to anyone traveling alone.

- Jose Rayner (9/5): Hotel muito bom. Voltaremos. - O Staff é muito atencioso. A Localização é excelente, poucos metros da praça Serrano. Cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom e o café da manhã muito gostoso servido por uma padaria artesanal que fica na entrada do hotel. Nada que tenha decepcionado.

- Virginia (7/5): A estadia foi boa. - O café da manhã foi bom, mas poderia ser melhor. Considerando que há uma padaria no local, poderia haver livre escolha de pães. A localização do hotel é excelente. O quarto não é muito amplo. Além disso, poderia haver rampas, para evitarmos os desníveis com malas.

Nos valises ont été retardées et ils nous ont aidé à les récupérer sachant qu’en plus la compagnie aérienne les a livré à 2h du matin. Ils nous ont donné des conseils pour al visites de Buenos Aires. Personnels très agréable avec toujours le sourire
