The manager Ali was incredibly flexible and helpful, Haroun working at the front desk is also very helpful making everything smooth from check-in to check-out The place is very clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious — honestly one of the best options if you’re staying with friends and want a comfortable space to gather and chill at night.

- Osman (8/5): - Sehr großzügiges Hotelzimmer eher ein Apartment. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden. Jeder hatte ausreichend Platz, was für Istanbul Verhältnisse sehr gut ist. Es war sauber, bequem hell, und schön eingerichtet. Bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten wie, dass der Fußboden schmutzig war, eine Klimaanlage keine Fernbedienung hatte und nur per Hand zu bedienen war. Einige Möbel waren fleckig. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir jedoch zufrieden. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfreich, Wasser gabs kostenlos. Das Apartment liegt an einer sehr belebten Straße, man sollte mit Lautstärke Nachts keine Probleme haben. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Cafes, Bars und Restaurants.
- Taheri (9/5): An excellent and comfortable stay .I completely suggest it. - Very friendly and nice staffs , great location of the hotel and it's facilities such as comfortable bed and sofa and kitchen in a big room with enough sunlight , temperature and light . Sometimes i heard noise related to construction of building and the staff said it's from our neighbours. There wasn't liquid for washing dishes although it has washing machine and dishwasher machine. WiFi in the room was poor sometimes and I had to restart it. In the lobby the WiFi was excellent. Free transfer was only from airport and one-way although in booking reservation free transfer was written.

- Sahal (2/5): Bad experience, will no longer use Booking.com as a trustable website - the apartment was spacious. the Wi-Fi was good Noisy hotel, you can hear everything in the street, the rooms are not comfortable, the TV was not working and the AC was not working in the 1st night. Another issue I had, the property did maintenance work (installing smoke detectors) during my stay and it was noisy and disturbing. They entered my apartment, claiming it will take few minutes but they stayed for long time and bothered me, later I had to ask them to leave. Unfortunately I reserved non refundable for 7 nights, I stayed for 3 nights but I could not stand to complete, I left them and went to another hotel. I asked for refund of the other remaining nights but they refused. I contacted booking.com but they did not help. To me this is one of the bad experience I had. Booking.com will no longer be my choice.

Location is good It was not clean Room unkept When turning on the aircon black bits came out onto bed. We were so tired, just brushed it off and slept. Bathroom sink was in a horrible state with black mold surrounding the sink. Asked for another room however they did not have available.

However, the location is around a 5 min drive from the Bosporous or a 10 min walk! There are restaurants, clothing stores, and grocery stores in the area. There is also the Kabataş metro or tram around 15 mins away walking or the Beştikaş ferry service around 7 minutes walking. Overall, its a very comfortable and convenient place to stay

- HANDAN (10/5): - I found this property at the last minute and it worked out perfect for our family of 5. We had a 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Location was conveniently situated close to Dolmabahce Palace which is on the European side. We didn’t mind taking a taxi to other sites such as Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia. Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. If we ever visit the area, we would stay there again. I would recommend the property to provide the following -Enough plates and silverware -Instructions for the TV remote

- Wafaa (10/5): amazing stay full of comfortable conditions . - location is excellent , the value is good for what i received , reception staff are great specially mr.caber & the lady , very helpful all the time , house keeping doing very good job in cleaning all the days same level , checking in & out are done in short time with very big smile & well-coming warm store room is available for my mother wheelchair , helping in & out . heater system is excellent . i like everything

The room given to us was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches. The location was perfect. - Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff are very helpful and hospitable and always greet you as you walk through the reception area. The area of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is close to high streets with abundance of food choices, from restaurants to Coffeehouses to pizzeria's to cafeterias. If you want to live like a local this is a perfect place but yet close to many tourists sites. The Room is a studio apartment with kitchen and a spacious bathroom with dryer and has plenty of storage places.

- Harjit (1/5): Dont Go To This Hotel - not much. didnt meet the standard of its rating or pictures shown on line. very disappointing all round. staff and manager very lazy and not interested in making my stay comfortable. asked them to organise a trip and hamam etc thentour operator they use was absolutely useless, made so many mistakes with my booking, I ended up sorting out the mess he had made. Ant time I required a taxi, they never showed or staff forgot to book it. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel its not even a 1star. they're happy to take your money and that's it. bed linen, pillows were very poor quality and the wifi kept going down alot.

- Homan (10/5): Excellent Suite Hotel - Turkuaz Hotel was excellent. We came from USA. This hotel was the same as hotel in USA. we reserve a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite with 914 sq ft. Turkuaz Suites was a very clean furnished with 1 king bed and 2 Double Sofa Beds . Hotel was in a very nice location close to supermarket, Pharmacy and very good restaurants and bars. I am sure that every one love this place close to hotel. Hotel had a very nice and kind workers. And breakfast was so good Continental breakfast I am sure every one come to this hotel really enjoy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Zentral, sauber, nettes Personal - Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben spontan dieses Hotel gebucht, da es sehr zentral ist. Es hat ein nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer. Das einzigste was mich persönlich gestört hat war, dass ich Autoschlüssel abgeben musste, damit das Personal bei Bedarf umparken kann, weil es vor dem Hotel Platz für nur 2 Autos gegeben hat und mein Auto später auch auf dem Straßenrand geparkt wurde. Die haben genauso ein anderes Auto mit türkischem Kennzeichen umparken können, statt ein Auto mit Fremdkennzeichen… zum Glück ist nichts passiert.
