Zainab (1/5): Horrible, No cleanliness or hotel standards at all. - Nothing, The only good thing is it is near to Airport. Everything, The rooms are really very small & dirty, Close to no lighting, The staff doesn’t understand english. He requested for Vanity kit which took almost 2 hrs to get. We also requested to change the room as the first room had broken bed, shelves (cause there is no wardrobe or cupboards ) Dirty towels with spots everywhere. Bedsheets were also really very dirty. The second room which they gave was also kind of same.
Reid (5/5): It was exactly what we needed. Could have been cleaner but the great service & access made up for it - The staff were wonderful & accomodating. They were really helpful in organising a car to the next hotel as we were just there for 1 night after arriving on a late flight. The room was stained - the bed had a lot of suspicious dark stains throughout & the bathroom looked really old & dirty. It appears to be cleaned/wiped down but the space itself had so many markings & stains. A solid bleach & scourer would do the trick. Probably a coat of paint in the room too. The desk chair was so stained & the linens need to be re-purchased.

James (5/5): Bearable for 1 night as cheap and near the airport. For longer than 1 night look elsewhere. - Well soundproofed against traffic noise. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Front desk staff polite and helpful where they could be. Does not live up to the photographs! Air Conditioning is very week and pretty useless. Ants on the floor and a cockroachnon table. Sheets and towels stained. Toilet seat stained. Shower had fluctuating heat and the head gave out mixed power, hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Mould in places on the grouting between floor and walls. It was cheap and only for 1 night. If I had been staying for a few days I would have changed hotel.

Matthew (2/5): Budget - The room was extremely small but suitable for one night stop over other than it wasn’t clean. Stained bedding. Shower wouldn’t drain away and floods the bathroom. We had kids sitting outside our room door at 2am eating food and being loud until I asked them to go. Overall a terrible stay. Take into account we paid £25 it’s probably what you expect.

Verified traveler (8/5): Clean, comfortable budget hotel - The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The first night we were given a room on the front of the hotel and it was uncomfortable due to the traffic noise and the bright lights that could not be blocked out with the blinds. We shifted to a room at the back of the hotel for our second night which was quiet with no bright lights and were very comfortable. The staff were happy to help and make our stay comfortable which we appreciated. The hotel is a little remote from the busy part of Kuta but the walk was ok and taxis easy to find.

Only thing missing was a pool and possibly a fridge. Staff very friendly! Breakfast not included but for $4 you could have it. Noticed a lot of Chinese people staying there so maybe it's Chinese owned.?
