It’s so easy to walk in any direction and enjoy the heart of Hanoi. The room was clean with comfortable bed and the staff were very friendly and polite; always with a genuine smile. The breakfast had many options with tasty coffee to start the day. I enjoyed eating my breakfast and looking over Hoan Kiem lake.

- Jiaqiao (2/5): I DON’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT ALL - The rules were ridiculous, no visitors after 9pm?? My friend who stayed in another neighborhood hotel came to our room for a night snacks together. We came from Germany so that we had jet lag and hungry at night. The front desk was so rude to forbidden her and asked for a passport the be photographed. Even if I picked her up in person downstairs. The staff said she is only allowed to stay for one hour due to the hotel regulations?? And the staff called our room Tel later to kick her out!! It didn’t make any sense at all!! Is this a highschool or prison?? Am I paying hundreds euro for being bullied??

Lots of local food Most importantly is the service of the front desk, they speaks decent english and really helpful as I left my phone in the grab and they help me to translate and retrieved it back. Thank you David and the team! Great sizing of room, comfy pillows and bed.
