• Margaret (8/5): Overall I feel we got great value for our time and investment. - I was visiting with my husband for a weekend getaway to unwind. I liked the freshness and calm this place had. We had a newly renovated room with a huge comfy bed, it was clean and fresh. We had golf course views. That felt like a real getaway and it was relaxing. Special mention is the lady at the reception who was just a beautiful soul to chat with. She was full of knowledge about the place and that made our connection with this place even richer. She has worked at the resort for a really long time and we just loved her personality. I feel I can visit this place again and this time bring the kids along. I wish we had a couch in our room. The room we had is large enough to include a two seater couch for those intimate moments of connection and comfort. Outdoor furniture would need attention as well, though we had no need of this because during our stay the weather was windy and cool. We missed out on playing golf because all carts had been booked out by other visitors.

• Henk (6/5): Disappointed stay, not to be returned! - Spacious and comfortable We expected to have dinner but the cook was off sick, a courtesy call would have been appreciated. They suggested we can get dinner at 10 K’s in Normanville. The spa worked for 5 minutes and you had to wait 25 min for the next cycle!!! All in all a poor performance for this huge “resort”

• Nicole (4/5): Disappointed. - Walking out the back sliding door and seeing Kangaroos. The drains were blocked in the bathroom, had a 2 minutes shower and the floors ended up flooded, we followed instructions and contact the number for any emergencies...... no one answered so a voice message was left, 1 hour later still no call, so I sent a text message, agin no follow up message. Upon checking out, the reception asked "would you like another room to shower in" No sorry were already dressed and heading home, maybe discuss with the "maintenance person" to monitor calls/messages after hours as per your instructions.

• Glenda (5/5): Wirrina New Terry - Staff were friendly and acomadating. Room was old, surrounding are run down and old. Not much on offer on the menu. Had to drive to Yankalilla for tea. Stay was interrupted as had to be taken to hospital at midnight so we didn't finish our stay.

Anrufen ging nicht da kein Empfang. Der Teppich im Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr einladend. In der Badewanne konnte das Wasser zum Duschen nicht komplett vom Mischer zur Dusche umgestellt werden.

Rooms just need a bit of an update, carpets stained, bathroom has mouldy tiles. Dusting was not done well, bedside tables and lamps were dusty. Fridge not working properly...collecting water at the bottom. Bed had mattress topper but felt quite old and not very comfortable.

Overall the property needs significant renovations, repairs and ma - The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay and for exploring the Fleurieu coast. Bed was comfortable. Property was run down, unmaintained and dated. Screen door wouldn’t slide properly and screen was broken. Bed was poorly made. Asked for a garden view on ground level and got a room on first level with view to the car park.

The room and the bathroom was clean and tidy. We had a great time. Swimming pool was also great. Would have preferred a bigger community kitchen with more equipment.
• Heather (1/5): Terrible - Nothing to like , this is advertised as a resort , it is far from being a RESORT NO bars or restaurants open on a Tuesday and Wednesday, not told this when booking its written in the fine print of the confirmation email. It was school holidays and New Years closest food a drink facility's 14 km away. So we go get snacks and a bottle of wine get back to room fridge doesnt work and no wine glasses . An absolute joke. Read all the reviews on this property something needs to be done as they are misleading so many people. Now I get why I was able to book a room for 2 nights at the last minute. Taught me a huge lesson to read reviews and to remember RESORT isnt what you thought it should be !
