The kids loved our room, and I quote “ I feel so fancy this room is so nice!” Ages3 & 9, the pool was lovely. We loved how close it was to walmart and shopping! I would also like to say there was someone shoveling to make sure the walkways were clean. Thank you! The pillows and bed could have been better, the pullout couch did not have pillows or a blanket, but we were brought some immediately. We did not enjoy how chlorinated the pool was. There was a very strong chlorine smell.

THE STAFF TREATED US VERY WELL AND MADE US FEEL WELCOME When rooms are booked for 2 nights you should put extra towels in the rooms, I didn't like to have to ask for more towels.

Selection for breakfast was better than what typically is served by this type of hotel. The TV in the room didn’t function properly. It would not connect to the internet to access my paid services (e.g., Netflix). The Live TV function would not display a channel guide — one had to manually go through channels to see what they were and what they were currently playing. Since we discovered the problem in the evening, the staff on site could not fix the issue. For what we were paying, the room ought to have had a properly functioning TV.

Muhanad (1/5): Bad experience - NONE PLACE GOING UNDER HEAVY RENOVATION WITH CONSTRUCTION NOISE ALL OVER THE FIRST FLOOR AND RESONANT THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING WITH SOUNDS OF JACKHAMMERS ETC.. Also THEY DID NOT MENTION THAT IN THE WEBSITE. The BREAKFAST WAS REALLY BAD, we were in such small room And it gets really smaller when people bring their dogs inside the room, some people hold their small dogs while making their plate and I can see dog hair all over the breakfast table. The hard boiled eggs are old and very cold and unpeeled, no waffle machine, orange juice is warm. The coffee was good

Connie (9/5): - Location. Lots of good restaurants and many stores for shopping and convenient services nearby. Had to wait about 40 mins. before my room was ready. Other guests also had to wait for their rooms. Breakfast eggs & sausage rather bland. Limited selection of foods for breakfast.

Amir (6/5): It was only one night. - Room was good and clean. AC worked fine. Breakfast was mediocre, tasted processed. Coffee was undrinkable. The place was quite dirty. The mattress was too soft for my liking.

Cliff (8/5): Overall very good but the check out staff needs a customer service course. - The location was very nice and the room was clean When I checked out today I told the girl at the front counter the fan on the air conditioner system was very load and she didn’t seem to care. She didn’t write it down or say she was sorry. I think that’s unacceptable She represented the hotel that way. We had a genuine concern with waking us up all the time and she didn’t care. Charlene (6/5): - We were there 3 nights and never had service in our rooms. Gym was unusable because air was not working and it was 82 degrees. Front desk seemed unconcerned

Ruby (8/5): - Breakfast excellent. Staff Darlene was superior at her job. She made sure my husband and i were comfortable in our stay. The initial room we were assigned had a few deficiencies as the hotel is undergoing renovation. Thanks to Darlene we were moved to the fully renovated 4th floor making our stay most comfortable. Thank you Darlene for going beyond the call of duty. She even made sure our belongings were in the new room during our absence as we had to attend an affair.

Jessica (2/5): Expensive and dirty - The desk in the king suite was wonderful! There were peices of trash in the hallways/ on the elevator and in the lobby. I told the front desk the night lights in my 2 rooms did not work and asked to have them replaced while I was out. The request was acknowledged but the nightlights were never replaced. Then they have a room "clean" everyother day for longer stays...perfect! Except they DID NOT clean my king suite room when they were supposed to..so I had full trash and wet towels. This place was so expensive and for it being dirty and the cleaning staff not doing as expected is absurd.

Lance (8/5): 85% Very Nice only 2 glitches. - The hotel and staff were all very, very nice!! Our room was nice and clean. Beautiful walk in shower. The King size bed was oh so very comfy, could have better pillows, way to soft, feather pillows smash like pancakes, no neck support at all. Breakfast Sunday morning was what i thought and looked like a delicious treat... I think the sausage was bad. Sunday Afternoon I became very sick, unfortunately not 100% sure it was that, however my partner and i had the same breakfast except the sausage. By reason of deduction. However it's a very nice hotel. One other glitch, we wanted to use the hotel pool, but the water looked very murky, like the filter needed to be run, but wasn't so we nixed that idea. For a 13 yr. old Hotel still in pretty good shape. Nothings Perfect.

Leslie (10/5): - I would have given this property a lower rating because the first room we were given smelled strongly of wet dog. However, we were given another room immediately and it was lovely. We walked to a nearby restaurant and had a great meal. No complaints.
