Confortable, calme et silencieux, les autres hôtes étaient très agréables. Nous étions reçu chez Eric qui a vraiment pris beaucoup de soins à nous accueillir et à nous préparer des petits déjeuners tout simplement exceptionnels. Nous avons été ravi du séjour et nous recommandons chaleureusement l’endroit.
• Linda and Hubert (10/5): Just over the border into Utah you find Perfection Pure! - When you find a 9.9 with 78 reviews, you know you HAVE to stay here! Then you arrive, and you discover why. Eric is the perfect host! The experience he has created -- you feel like just for you -- is exquisite. The moment you walk through his front door, you stop and stare, gazing in amazement at the rooms, the decor, the sofas and armchairs, the delightful little touches which are everywhere. For our welcome drink, we selected a glass of red. The wine was delicious and such a generous portion that it lasted clear through a picnic dinner at a table for two on the back terrace looking out across the desert while enjoying twilight. Before bed, to gaze at the stars while soaking in the Jacuzzi on the rooftop is the perfect ending to what has become a perfect day. Did I mention breakfast? Oh boy!!! Delicious and graciously served. Everything was perfect.

• Lisa Jo (10/5): Delightful stay in a beautiful spot. - Eric is an amazing host; we had so much fun getting to know him and meeting our fellow guests. The B and B is just over the Utah line, a little off the beaten path, but easy to find. The room was lovely, and breakfast was amazing. We spent one evening on the rooftop deck enjoying the view and a picnic supper. Eric gave us some great suggestions for seeing the area, and we especially enjoyed Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell boat ride! There were really no negatives!

Located very close to so many of Page's best attractions. We enjoyed everything about this place! Eric is an attentive, gracious and welcoming host, who makes delicious breakfasts...served on your schedule. Evenings in the rooftop hot tub offered entrancing stargazing and re-energizing of tired muscles after a day of exploring the area. Better than a luxury hotel! We will be back!!

Don’t let the drive from Page discourage you. It is a beautiful, relaxing drive. Once you arrive you will feel like you have arrived home. You can choose to unwind in the jacuzzi, or on the beautiful back patio. You may want to grab your book and retreat to the cozy den…careful you may fall asleep while relaxing in this peaceful den. Breakfast in the morning is amazing! Eric doesn’t call himself a chef. But he should, he’s good! It won’t take long for Eric to become your new friend. Uber convenient alternative to a hotel when visiting all the nearby sites; including Page, AZ, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and the Lower Antelope Canyon (within a 15-20 minute drive). Delicious breakfast - top notch with overly generous portions, juices & coffee to start each day! The host was very informative and gave us great suggestions! We didn't get to use the roof top spa/hot tub because we arrived super late, but the view if the moon and sunrise the next date were awesome! Will visit again when in this area.

The location was great for Lake Powell and the local attractions, including Lower Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Monument Valley. • johnmU7378YY (10/5): a desert oasis - we were leapfrogging across three states in two weeks when i stumbled across dreamkatchers. i knew immediately that we needed to stay at least a couple days. we wish it had been more! eric is a wonderful fellow. we enjoyed a welcome cabernet on his rooftop and shared stories which allowed us to become instant likeminded pilgrims on our life journey. the cherub room was a great escape with darkening shades that allowed for the sleep of a child; breakfasts were home cooked and delicious; and although we didn’t bring suits for the hot tub, others enjoyed it and the location is perfect. the night skies are truly a gift for those of us who live closer to city lights and struggle to see the magnificence of the milky way. if you get the chance, we encourage you to stop by and visit eric and his little oasis in the desert. you won’t be disappointed. enjoy

He was on hand to help with any information that was needed. The accommodation was immaculately clean. our room was the Asian room every detail was complete. Towels, lighting everything was thought of. It felt very homely. we had access to a separate area with our own fridge and freezer, coffee whenever we wanted. The breakfast all prepared by Eric again was delicious. We went as strangers and left as friends. I highly recommend Dreamkatchers and I know we will visit again.

The facilities were impeccable and very homey!!!!! The rooms were awesome with attention to every detail. The rooftop hot tub was the bomb! Very clean and easy to use. The breakfast was second to none! Good location if you are doing many things nearby! We enjoyed the peaceful location. The kicker was the host Eric. He was incredible from start to finish! We were the first to arrive for the night and he had parking all worked out out and welcome drink was perfect. Eric gave a wonderful tour of the house and the rooftop hot tub. He explained the local town and things to do, he walked use through the evening security system and gave us full range of the place. Breakfast,,,,, OMG! Off the hook! This was the best stop on our vacation, we should have stayed longer! Eric, I tip my hat! Everything was perfect.

De ontvangst was hartelijk en hij neemt echt de tijd om met je te praten over allerlei zaken. Hij gaf ons goede tips en hij maakt het lekkerste ontbijt klaar dat iedere dag anders is en héél verrassend. Het huis heeft fijne plekjes binnen én buiten zodat je gezellig even tot jezelf kan komen, heerlijk nadat we meestal in hotels verbleven. Zijn hele huis is superproper en het bed is zálig. We genoten van de zonsondergang in de jacuzzi. De locatie is perfect, 's morgens geniet je op het overdekte terras van je ontbijt en 's avonds kijk je sterren vanuit de jacuzzi, allemaal op 12' van het drukkere Page. Van hieruit lig je centraal voor een bezoek of doorreis naar Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley, Antilope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powel en Grand Canyon. Dank je Eric! Niets!

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and at home. Eric was gracious and thoughtful and made our visit so memorable. Our room was comfortable and decorated beautifully with every detail well thought out. From the charging strip to the grab bar outside the shower, to the soft side coolers and ice packs, Eric seemed to have anticipated every little thing we could possibly need. The rooftop deck over the garage offered the perfect spot for stargazing at the end of a long day of traveling. And then there were the incredibly delicious breakfasts that rivaled any 5-star restaurant we’ve eaten at! This was the perfect place to stay on our journey and Eric was the quintessential host.

The amenities were top notch. There were soft side coolers with ice packs available for our use, a refrigerator that we could store food or drink, and the list goes on. The breakfast was like a 5 star restaurant wonderful. If you are in the Page area I would strongly suggest you consider your stay here. Eric was welcoming and just a great guest host. Oh the beds were heaven after a long day.

• TravellingJan (10/5): The most perfect place to stay! - This was the 4th time we stayed with Eric and again a perfect experience. The house and the bedrooms are absolutely beautifully furnished, comfortable, quiet, amazing! Eric gets up early to make an incredible hot breakfast for guests each morning, even when we had an early jeep trip that made us have to leave by 7:15!! It is so relaxing there after a long day of hiking and touring canyons etc...going up on garage roof terrace or the back terrace, both of which have amazing views...and just sitting up there with a bottle of wine or heating up food taken out from along our way and having dinner in such a beautiful spot. Eric has a kitchen for guests in his garage, so you can heat up food there and also store food and wine there without feeling like you are inconveniencing him. But if you want to go out to dinner, he can suggest places nearby. A perfect stay with a great Host, yet again!
• adamwD3836TC (10/5): INCREDIBLE! Everything about it! - This was by far our favorite place to stay on our tour around the west! Eric is a gracious and professional host. I would highly recommend this true bed and breakfast to anyone looking for an upscale experience with a very reasonable price tag. The location couldn't be more perfect. 15 minutes to Page, Az, 15 minutes to the Toadstools, and Glenn Canyon rec center is 3 minutes away! Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon are 20 minutes away! We had such an excellent time star gazing in the rooftop hot tub! We even witnessed a starlink 60 satellite launch that looked truly like an out-of-this-world cosmic phenomenon! I sincerely hope to return one day, and I truly hope Eric will visit us on the east coast in the near future. I think one would be extremely hard pressed to find better accommodation in a hundred mile radius!

Eric was incredibly friendly and accommodating and helpful. He goes well above and beyond to make sure his guests have a good time. We used the hot tub every night, watching the sky for shooting stars. Eric puts out candy at pretty much all times of the day. He gave us drinks when we got there. There's a fridge with cooler bags and freezer packs for guest use. I wish we had thought to rent a dinner cruise ahead of time. Lake Powell is unique, and we had no idea until we got there. We had a really great day out at Zion National Park. I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

The home itself is beautiful, and so clean! You will notice a lot of small but very thoughtful details designed to make your stay more comfortable. But what makes all the difference is Eric himself. He is so, so kind, eager to help, happy to chat, and he makes a mean breakfast! We enjoyed our stay there and would truly recommend Eric's b&b to anyone looking to visit the area. He is a super host and lovely person, you will love your stay there too!

• Jet795458 (10/5): Just WOW! Please take the time to enjoy this amazing B&B - If you want to feel pampered in luxury, go to Dreamkatchers. Eric is a top-notch 10 out of 10 host. We were warmly welcomed, given a tour, a welcome drink, and lots of information. The communication prior to our arrival was outstanding. There are two areas inside for relaxing that are beautiful and comfortable. The patio is beautiful with awesome sunset views. There is a rooftop hot tub that you have to indulge in for stargazing. Then the breakfast! Superb with specially made gluten-free Swedish pancakes just for me, sausage, and yummy thick strawberry smoothies. Juice, tea, coffee with all the fixings and hot chocolate. Please go and enjoy!

• grantg49 (10/5): Exceptional! - Exceptional Experience!! We could not speak more highly of Dreamkatcher and we’ve stayed in B&B’s across the US and several other countries. There is a number of positives, but the prime driver is Eric, the owner/innkeeper, who provides five+ star service from the warm welcome through incredible gourmet breakfasts and great recommendations on local activities/restaurants to instantly being a friend with which you wish to spend more time. It was obvious those in the community shared the perception, for as we mentioned we were at Dreamkatcher or at Eric’s, there was instant credibility. In addition, the house is impeccably clean and well decorated. We did not use the hot tub, but it would have been quite easy to do so and Eric had no restrictions in terms of usage. The location is really convenient to any of the activities between Page and Kanab and an easy drive to anything south of Page. It is a 15 minute drive to Page for dinner, but that is very minor inconvenience relative to all the positives (there is also no local lunch, but you’re probably out anyway and have lunch relative to your activity). With Dreamkatcher, there are literally no negatives.

It has a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere- a perfect base to explore Antelope Canyon and take in the natural beauty of this region. Eric is a gracious and warm host who made us feel so welcome. He readily shares his knowable about the surrounding area, making excellent recommendations on restaurants, points of interest and travel routes. The space was clean and tastefully decorated and the breakfast was amazing!! I highly recommend Dreamkatchers!

We spent two very comfortable and enjoyable nights at Dreamcatchers. From there we visited Upper Antelope Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend.

• palmeryyz (10/5): A Must Stay in Utah - Dreamkatchers is a true gem. My husband & I just completed a 6-week road trip in Utah and stayed in various B&B's, inns, hotels, domes, etc., and Dreamkatchers was the only place where the owner (Eric) prepared a delicious breakfast, spent time chatting with us, and provided tips on what to see and do in the area. This was the ONLY place where the proprietor prepared breakfast. Owners were usually not on site and had delegated that responsibility to others. In fact, the usual is you receive an email with a key code for access to your unit never meeting or seeing the actual owner. Eric still provides a very personal and much appreciated experience!!

Gourmet breakfasts were served right on time. You could choose a time from 6-9 which was so convenient. We loved stargazing from the rooftop deck and enjoyed playing cribbage on the deck in the mornings. Room was comfy and quiet. Eric was available to help with whatever you needed and was great at making helpful decisions. The gardens, artwork, and decor were stunning! Bravo Eric!

• L7924YZlisak (10/5): We found our perfect place to stay! - I chose Dreamkatchers based on photos and reviews for our first trip to Lake Powell and to hike some slot canyons. We had no idea what to expect (in photos it looks like someone's house) but it was seriously one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! Your host, Eric designed the gorgeous building to be the perfect Bed and Breakfast. Every detail is thought of, and everything is meticulous. There is even a rooftop hot tub and lounging area with beautiful views. And the night sky view is spectacular! You walk in to a beautiful living room/dining area where you have 24 hour access to coffee, teas, ice, and filtered water. And a big basket of candy bars :) There is also a little side living room with books, a map of the view you see from the window, and space to work remotely if you need to. The wifi is strong. We stayed in the "Cherub Room" which was very comfortable. Our en suite bathroom had a great strong shower and everything that you could need. The BREAKFAST...oh my gosh, Eric will make you the most incredible breakfast ever. I wish we could have stayed for days and days just so we could enjoy more of his top-tier delicious creations. And he serves it on a beautiful shady backyard patio. Eric was born to do this- it is obvious that he loves it; he's just so good at it!! He is also one of the sweetest and kindest people you'll meet on your trip. We were well-taken care of! So- in conclusion- if you choose to stay at Dreamkatchers you will be so happy you did!
