• Bernardo (8/5): - This is good for business trips. One to three nights is okay. I think this is a clean SOGO hotel compare to other SOGO Hotels specially around Manila area where customers are abundant.

• Mercedita (2/5): - We traveled all the way from Florida USA, our first room didn’t have any electricity, staff was very kind to move us to another room, but it smelt like an ashtray, I was told they were going to spray the whole, so I said okay, but upon waking up the next day I was bitten by bed bugs( it was disgusting) my back was all red from bed bugs bite. So the supervisor moved us to an executive room with no extra charge, and this room had a jacuzzi and all but it has mildew all around the tub, just couldn’t wait for my 6 days stay there. The owner of this hotel needs to a lot of renovating to their properties. The staff though were amazingly incredible to us. They all deserved a raised.

• Chin Aik (4/5): - I booked a non-smoking room, but the hotel receptionist give me a smoking room. When my arrival at the hotel , they have bo ideal about the online booking and i been waiting about half hours. I didn't get any notice about the room environment. They just simply select a room for me where the room looks like under renovation which the washroom have water on floor

Yun sofa bed pilay pa paa Kaya nadisgrasya pa si daddy nun bumagsak sa floor sinabi namin sa staff Wala naman ginawa at di na bumalik ulit, marami din lamok sa garage at sa room bukod Dyan OK naman lahat nakakaaliw ang themes at jacuzzi very spacious din ang room..

• Verified traveler (6/5): Shops, restaurants and Sky Ranch w/i vicinity - About an average SoGo experience. The location is great with SM, Robinsons and Sky Ranch within walking distance. Recommend for couples. One thing I did not like, I booked for 2 days, on the second day I was asked to show my confirmation number again. When I went to the front desk the same lady who saw and wrote down my confirmation from the day before had to see it and write it down again. I thought it was clear when I checked in I reserved for 2 nights. Sogo has 24 hour checkin and the time you check in is the time you check the fallowing day. No 12noon check out time. If you check in at 2pm your check out will be 2pm.
• Carol (8/5): Served its purpose for us - Just stayed there to sleep since we are attending a training nearby. The hotel served its purpose for us. This hotel caters to people who spend short time hours in a hotel, so please be prepared for it. Dont expect top notch service because you get what you pay for. No complaints on our part.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap hotel - Bed was made and room was cooled just before our stay, though no toilet tissue provided, lots of kiss marks on mirror, toiletry or toothpaste stains on bathroom walls, though food was fast and edible, but had to asked four times when ordering room service as they didn't understand my Windsor English accent, but they did try and some pleasant staff..
• Rich (4/5): Gone downhill over time. - We have been staying in this hotel since 2012 as it is the closest hotel to the family we visit in Mexico, Pampanga. Seems likely the cleanliness and overall experience is no longer acceptable for us. It is good for a short time (2 hour) visit for lovers but for people wanting to spend a day or two I would not reccomend. Noise from cleaning staff, customers, and kids. Bad odor and scent. Stairwell littered with dirty dishes and a couple of mattresses? No longer have remote for AC in room to control temperature. We always bring a blanket because they only give you a thin sheet with the AC set to 16. On or off is only option. We basically used it as luggage storage. The price is cheap but quality even less. We did not even stay a night though we booked and paid for 2 in advance on Expedia just so we would not have to wait for a room on our arrival as that had happened before.. We stayed at another hotel in San Ferando (Bendix) which cost more but was well worth it for the comfort, cleanliness, and quiet.
