• Anton (8/5): Lage hervorragend, Reservation im Restaurant sehr schlecht - Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Es liegt direkt neben der Standseilbahn und das Parking für das Auto ist im Bereich des Hotels, somit auch sehr sicher. Die sanitären Installationen im Badzimmer sind sehr alt und funktionieren teilweise schlecht (Dusche). Die Reservierung im Restaurant ist schlicht sehr schlecht, die schönsten Tische bleiben leer und es wird gesagt, dass sie reserviert seien. Darauf angesprochen: Keine Entschuldigung, nur faule Ausreden (Chef de Service). Schade um die feine Küche, ansonsten wäre es da sehr schön.

• Julien (10/5): - Est-ce un bijou ou une ode à l'art nouveau ? entre la vue en surplomb sur Como (splendide), la bienveillance de l'équipe et la décoration de l'hôtel, plongez hors du temps pour contempler le plus beau coucher de soleil de la région. A ne pas manquer ! Bien que parfaitement intégré à la pièce, l'espace bien-être ne rend pas hommage au reste de l'hôtel et ce n'est pas grave. Vous n'en aurez pas besoin.

Der Ausblick vom Restaurant phantastisch Es gab nicht wirklich heißes Wasser zum Duschen. Wenn es heiß war, nur als Rinnsal. Vegetarier und Veganer hatten eigentlich kein Frühstück, das das Angebot nicht vorhanden war.

• Thor (7/5): Stylish hotel with an amazing view from the restaurant but the room was disappointing - The hotel has a great style. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good.  The restaurant has an amazing view. On my trip to lake Como I stayed in 4 different hotels and apartments. This one was the most expensive. Thats why I had high expectations, but I was a bit disappointed. The room was the smallest of the 4, facilities were basic. I had no interesting view from my room. There was no airco. I didnt like the bed. Doors and walls are thin so it can be noisy. Based on that I cannot give it a high score.

Vues magnifiques, propreté impeccable. Si vous appréciez les antiquités, un séjour dans cet hôtel sera un véritable plaisir. Je n'ai pas aimé la finition des murs de la salle de bain côté salon. Cela perturbe le style, le détruisant avec des carreaux de plastique blanc et des miroirs inutiles, dans le reflet desquels on ne voit que sa propre silhouette noire, puisque la lumière vient toujours de derrière. Et un petit accueil, comme une bouteille d'eau, serait appréciable.
• Münch (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit alter Einrichtung in absolut toller Lage. - Die Lage hoch über dem Comer See ist super. Der Fahrt dahin ist abenteuerlich. Parken ist schwierig und ein Fußweg zum Hotel muss in Kauf genommen werden. Essen sehr gut, Frühstück gut italienisch. Da war ne große Baustelle im Ort.

• KarinBeat (7/5): - Die Lage ist toll, man sieht die ganze Bergkette und es ist angenehm ruhig. Alles in allem ein gelungener Kurztripp!! Das Funiculare fährt erst ab 31.3. Der Ersatzbus (30 Plätze) der angeblich alle 30 Min fährt, war laut einem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter bei der Talstation, immer voll 🤔 so "mussten" wir ein Taxi (32 Euro) nehmen. Tags darauf "spazierten" wir auf dem Wanderweg (mit leichtem Koffer) nach unten (50 Minuten). War aber cool und abenteuerlich. Wäre evtl ein "Verbesserungsvorschlag" , dass das Hotel (natürlich nicht gratis) ein "Shuttle" zur Verfügung stellen würde :-)

• Lorraine (10/5): - For a 3-star hotel, it met all expectations. The simple yet lovely Italian breakfast was a great start to the day, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. To top it all off, the view of the lake above Como city was absolutely perfect.

• Susanne (5/5): Nice and summer (if parking can be guaranteed), avoid in winter - The Location might be nice in spring to autumn but in winter really not. We booked the place because it said it had a parking, it was blocked by roadworks. So if the parking works that might be a positive point. The view is exceptional. When there is no fog. It is a long long climb up into the mountains. Google gets lost once you arrive and the hotel is nearly impossible to find. We asked three locals for directions!! you cannot stop anywhere because the roads are so narrow and the parking is unreachable if you don’t know where it is. In winter I would avoid that place. The cable car is not working during winter season. Google claims it’s open but it is not. So once your uphill you are absolutely stuck. You can take a bus for half an hour but I don’t think that’s the idea if you want to take a cable cop from the top of the mountain to the valley. As there are no other restaurants around you’re also stuck with a hotel Restaurant. Our status were great and our main plates are disaster. Sorry I will never ever be back.

Dafür wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick von oben auf den See, die Stadt und die Berge belohnt. Das Hotel ist ein charmant hergerichtetes Haus mit gutem Restaurant und einem schönen Ambiente.

Colazione molto buona e personale gentile, c'è il parcheggio privato che è molto comodo ma prenotatelo in anticipo perché sono pochi posti. P.s: la funicolare è da 2 passi da lì

• Regis (10/5): superbe séjour romantique - Petit hôtel de charme avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme. Le restaurant est de très grande qualité (nous y avons pris nos deux dîners). L'accès en voiture à Brunate est un peu délicat (petite route de montagne)
• Trina (6/5): Beautiful view - We liked the location. Beautiful view. Very easy to get to from the funicular. No air conditioning. Water in the shower was an issue. No water pressure. Our last day we had NO water, just a trickle.

• Moti (2/5): A budget hotel not more than that !!!!! - The restaurant. Almost everything..!! Let’s start from the small old room and very old furniture, The mattress is not suitable for sleeping, and certainly not for hotel guests who pay a lot of money. First of all, you can't sleep on a mattress that has a valley in the middle and you have to look for a bank to put your back on to try to sleep. Needless to say, it didn't work!!!! A good mattress is a basic thing that every hotel must provide for its guests!!!! The toilet and shower were out of place, a loud and smelly plaster break inside the room, no hot water, just horrible!!!!!

• Amy (10/5): - Amazing views, location, and staff. Breakfast had an great assortment of items... and again the view, breathtaking over Lake Como with snowcapped Alps beyond. Plus wonderful restaurant on ground floor. The building has the wonderful quirks of an older italian villa, so quaint and charming, exactly what we were hoping it would be!

Everything was perfect, clean, staff always available. We had dinner in their restoran and that was a good decision. Breakfast continental, more than excellent Our beds were 190cm in length therefore a bit unpleasant

• Kleopatra (9/5): Relaxing, authentic with a great view - The staff was really welcoming and the location is amazing. The view is beautiful and having breakfast with a view over lake como is really special. The restaurant was lovely and we have enjoyed it two nights in a row. The hotel is right next to the station for the cable train down to Como. For us it was fine, but driving up there can be challenging. If not needed, just use the cable

• Jeanna (8/5): Gréât discovery. I liked the atmosphere and old school vibe. I would go back. - Gréât location. Charming hotel . Staff very kind and helpful. The restaurant was super nice and food was delicious. The bathrooms are quite small.

• MARZIO (7/5): bella vista heavy show - amazing views only 3 parking spaces if you have a large car you will struggle to get in and out very tight

Suite à ma demande, nous avons pu profiter des deux jours d une table près de la vitre qui nous permettait d admirer la vue. Très bon petit déjeuner avec fromages de la région ! Le lit pas trop confortable, mais par rapport au prix, rien à dire ! 🤗
