Nos cobraron 2 veces el importe de 2 habitaciones ,ademas una no correspondía al valor. - El lugar era hermoso La habitacion era chica ..no era lo que había contratado.Ademas de habernos cobrado 2 veces las mismas habitaciones. Tenemos los comprobantes de los resumenes de cuenta de las tarjetas de crédito y no nos lo reconocen. Pagamos 2 veces la misma habitacion. Eran 2 tarjetas distintas,una de mis amigos y la otra mía.En ambas aparecen los pagos. Ellos nos hablan de la pre reserva que luego se anula. Pero en ningunos de los casos están anuladas. Tuvimos que pagar las tarjetas..por más que ellos nos digan lo contrario. Muy lamentable. Ya no se si es Booking o el Hotel. La cuestión es que el doble pago lo tuvimos que hacer igual. Y nos tratan como si estuviéramos locos o fuéramos ignorantes..que no entendemos...y los que no entienden son ellos Ya hablamos con los Bancos ..y la respuesta es : esto es lo que les facturaron. Aviso: ojo con Bookin,y Ojo con este Hotel. Estén atentos

Przepięknie położony ze znakomitą architekturą dopełniającą walory miejsca jakim jest jezioro Como. Rozwiązania architektoniczne (wielkie okna na ogród i panoramę Como, system osobnej jadalnio-kuchnio-czytelni), praktyczne wyposażenie (np. zasłony zaciemniające pokój na czas snu, wyposażenie łazienki w pachnące kosmetyki). Nie było takich rzeczy (no może to ze za herbate, kawe obowiązuje dodatkowa opłata).

• Jean-Baptiste (1/5): Abandoned property, urgently needs cleaning and repairs. - Location is ok-ish but not adapted if you have any kind of mobility issue They advertise that there is a parking available however the only parking option is 500 meters away at the local public supermarket without any security. Do not think they would help you with luggage or anything from there to the hotel. The area at night is not very safe. When we arrived at the hotel we were extremely surprised to see that everything is dirty and or Brocken, it looks like the hotel is abandoned. The stairs are very dirty and extremely slippery. The rooms are well past needing renovation, as the power sockets are Brocken and not working, same goes for the AC that they refused to turn in because THEY decided it is not hot enough … The shower has not seen any cleaning to remove scale for about 2 years … and only half of the lights in the rooms were working. If you ever wonder up to the garden, the furniture is as everything else, very dirty, I asked about when it was last cleaned / power washed and none of the employés could provide an answer … The value proposition is not good at all as for this price point you would expect to have at least a room with working sockets and clean shower.
• ANA (6/5): - La amabilidad de la chica de recepción y el entorno del lugar y el desayuno. Teníamos reservada una habitación en el primer piso desde hace más de 7 meses. Una habitación con 2 ventanales enormes, ventana en el baño y con vistas a un jardín muy bonito. El primer dia, todo perfecto. Cuando llegamos el segundo día sobre las 22 de la noche, no pudimos abrir la habitación. No había luz en la habitación y nos cambiaron a otra (con todo lo que conlleva de cambiar tofo) que, en teoría era un upgrade porque tenía vistas muy laterales al lago. La decepción fue TOTAL. Más bien un downgrade !! Una habitación en planta baja y expuesta a todo el mundo que pasaba por delante. Vamos SIN NINGUNA PRIVACIDAD. Si abrias la cortina, te veian absolutamente TODO, hasta los empastes!!! El problema es que tampoco nos compensaron con nada. Se disculparnos pero nada más. Yo, no había reservado eso. Cuando se tiene un sitio así, hay que saber responder, que no es barato.

Being able to open the windows wide and listening to the birds and wind was an incredible experience. Accessibility was difficult, in general the buses from Lecco stop early at night. Although walking was easy a connection would have been great, especially since many restaurants were closed and supermarkets were not really available in the area.

• Svetlana (10/5): - As soon as I woke up every morning during our stay, all I wanted was to sit on the bed for at least 15 minutes and enjoy the view. In any weather, it was glorious. It really felt like a tree house, only with all the comforts of a modern home. The surroundings are magnificent. But it would be unfair not to mention that the hotel facilities and, above all, the hotel staff were equally responsible for making us feel fantastic. Big thanks and greetings to all of them for taking care of us and welcoming us with a smile. .

The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was fantastic, featuring delicious local delicacies. The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel offers a great atmosphere with easy access to various amenities. We especially loved having the private sauna and spa all to ourselves. It’s only a few minutes' walk to a great rooftop restaurant and bar, and a pleasant 20-minute stroll into the city center. The location is also perfect for exploring the surrounding area by car, whether you're looking to hike or visit nearby castles. It is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended!

Nie podobało mi się to,że zamówiłam widok na jezioro - widok natomiast był na ogród.Widok przy oknie widziałam jezioro z prawej strony . Obiekt bardzo przereklamowany .Spuchniete drzwi od wilgocić, pleśń przy umywalce .Bardzo mały pokój ,zero szafek .Nie było ani jednej szafki ,ani stolika .W dodatku łazienka wyposażona w prysznic, z którego woda chowała na całą łazienkę. Brak takich podstawowych udogodnień.Osoby z obsługi nieprzydatne . 1 dnia nie mogliśmy trafić na śniadanie - Pani siedziała i patrzała i nie wskazała miejsca do jedzenia .Co do śniadań . Zapytałam czy mogę prosić o jajecznicę lub omlet . Usłyszałam ,że nie ma jajek . Jeśli ktoś tak jak ja lubi śniadania na słono- musiał się zadowolić kilkoma pomidorami koktajlowymi oraz dwoma rdz kiełbasy i sera .Powiedzialabym ,że śniadanie szpitalne .

Não há muita oferta de restaurantes próximos do hotel. O pequeno almoço podia ter uma maior variedade e qualidade, por exemplo os ovos mexidos estavam muito mal confeccionados.

• Angela (9/5): Week end trascorso in un luogo ameno - La struttura è meravigliosa: si trova nel verde con una vista strepitosa. Le camere sono molto belle e anche esse godono di una vista strepitosa. Ho amato molto le vetrate che permettono all'ambiente interno di fondersi con la natura circostante. Non parlerei di cosa non mi è piaciuto, piuttosto parlerei di critiche costruttive. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, credo che la struttura guadagnerebbe ulteriormente, se la colazione venisse allestita diversamente, in modo da creare più spazio per muoversi all'interno della sala colazione. La signora che ci ha servito la colazione è stata davvero molto gentile e premurosa. Una altra cosa che ritengo importante è quella di mettere un vetro nella doccia per evitare di allagare il bagno ogni volta che si fa la doccia.

La doccia è senza porta e questo porta a bagnare tutto il bagno in quando la doccia non è un walk-in. La camera vista lago al piano terra non ha privacy in quanto tutti possono accedere al giardino , in quanto spazio comune.

• Matteo (3/5): Direttore del ristorante da cambiare! - Struttura molto bella, la spa piccola ma carina, unica pecca del mio soggiorno la grossa affluenza e quindi la difficoltà nel recepire lettini liberi, ma nel complesso per me ha tutto un voto alto a livello di struttura Il servizio offerto dal direttore del ristorante. Al mio arrivo in Hotel, chiedo di prenotare per la cena, ma purtroppo era rimasto solamente posto al primo turno delle ore 19:00. (La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile) Arrivate le 19 ci rechiamo a cena ed il direttore con molte arie ci comunica che alle 21:30 dovevamo lasciare il tavolo, (giusto, errore mio non prenotare). Ordiniamo una bottiglia di vino (importante) e per aprirla l’appoggia sul tavolo (primo errore) mentre la versa per l’assaggio, rovescia più di mezzo bicchiere ma non la cambia. Alle 21:25, arriva una coppia ed il direttore con grande maleducazione ci fa alzare, peccato però che dietro di noi erano presenti 3 tavoli da 2 liberi. Mi sono spostato nella zona bar dove sono rimasto fino a chiusura. Morale della favola? I 3 tavoli sono rimasti vuoti fino alla 21:50! Non poteva far sedere l’altra coppia ad uno di quei tavoli? Mi spiace ma voleva fare il direttore da grande locale ma si è rivelato un direttore da poco e niente. Struttura bella, tutti gentili ma lui scortese e per quanto mi riguarda non un bravo direttore anche per come trattava le ragazze che erano a lavorare. (Posso permettermi di giudicarlo in quanto capo canale commerciale con persone sotto di me e titolare di un ristorante da anni) (Prima recensione fatta in tutta la mia vita sperando che i titolari recepiscano il messaggio, il resto tutto bello, e complimenti per il resto dello staff)

Nonostante la zona, è tranquillo, riservato, silenzioso. Meglio nella bella stagione, eviterei i w/e di pioggia perchè ci si inzuppa sulla passerella che porta giù all'hotel Promessi Sposi e alla sua SPA. Le pareti sono sottili: si sentivano i vicini, le loro chiacchiere (e fischiettii) sul pianerottolo mentre prendevano l'ascensore, come anche le loro effusioni notturne. Se la camera fosse stata un pò più ampia, ci sarebbe piaciuta ancora di più.
