• John (9/5): Lovely place made a lovely first trip to Madrid. thank you! - The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and mostly quiet, unless the window was open, but it was during San Ysidro so it's understandable that it would be a little noisier. I liked the location near the metro, bus and many restaurants and cafes and easy walking to everything. Breakfast included would be so nice. However, the little cafe across the street served a lovely breakfast where we ate every morning.

O ambiente é super acolhedor, o quarto era muito confortável, limpo e bonito, e toda a equipa foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa connosco. A localização também é excelente, perto de tudo mas ao mesmo tempo tranquila. Sem dúvida que tornou a nossa viagem ainda melhor. Voltaria novamente!

Variedad de embutidos, fruta fresca, etc. Estábamos alojados en una habitación de la cuarta planta y el ruido de la calle nos despertó, imagino que la insonorización del hotel se podría mejorar.

• Di Giacomo (7/5): Hotel correcto si se prioriza ubicación paras recorrer ciudad y confort y limpieza en la habitación - Muy bien el personal en general, excelente la chica de la mañana en recepción, diría un 10 por la milla extra que da y el potencial que tiene, muy bien también el personal del desayuno. Muy buen nivel de limpieza y la cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es muy buena para un turista, si bien la cuadra no es muy linda. El hotel no tiene servicios complementarios, tampoco tiene vistas agradables. Además si bien la ubicación es muy buena para moverse, la cuadra donde está el edificio no es linda. Creo que el hotel podría mejorar sus instalaciones para ofrecer servicios complementarios y generar unas impronta más marcada para fidelixar clientes.

Wir haben für drei Nächte bestellt. Aufgrund von Fahrplanänderungen der spanischen Staatsbahnen wegen den tragischen Unglücks mussten wir das Reisprogramm ändern und konnten nur noch 2 Nächte in Madrid sein. Trotz frühzeitiger Meldungen (fast 2 Monate im Voraus) und der entsprechenden Begründung wurde seitens des Hotels und der Buchungsplattform keinerlei Kulanz gewährt. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht.

They are the face of the hotel and they do an excellent job.WHAT IS INCREDIBLE WAS THE ROOM WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. We were not able to sleep between the hot and and the outside noise, because of having the window open. the front desk girl found a fan for us that help a little bit. De centrale ligging in het centrum van Madrid is een groot voordeel, alles is binnen wandelafstand of toch de belangrijkste dingen. Niet echt iets dat tegenviel.

Many good Bars & restaurants withing close proximity! A/C control was complicated, and sometimes the room got warmer than we liked!
