• Rola (9/5): I will choose it for my next trip to Istanbul. - The balcony terrace is very nice. Its location is in a very calm neighborhood yet close to market and very close to public transportation and main shops. Staff at reception are very helpful especially Erhan.

I especially liked the variety of sizes of plates and cups - it was nice to serve breakfasts. Good transport accessibility - the metro station is about 10 minutes walk away, there are several grocery stores and a bakery nearby. Good value for money. For us, it seemed ideal for a stay of 9 days. Thank you for your hospitality! If there is an opportunity to visit Istanbul again, we would gladly stay in these apartments.

• Shatha (6/5): was ok given my need to go for treatmen and needed the facilities to be around - The start were nice and friendly. the location was also good. everything is near by walking distance. little supermarkets, vertical, meat, fish shops, ATM and currency exchange. The apartment was much smaller yarn i though. the one i booked turned out to be in the basement, when i arrived there was a damp oder in it. 2- the sink was blocked so i had to call to unclog it but the drain continued to have a very bad stinky smell until we left. 3- the bedroom had a window and door of glass so the light would still show which was very annoying if one person wanted to sleep and the other person wanted to stay a wake. 4- appointment no sound proof, every whisper is heard 5- there is absolutely no privacy in the toilet because the vent transfers the sound as if the other person is in same bathroom which was very uncomfortable. 6- the bed was very uncountable Ana pillows were clumpy 7- i didn’t like how the bath floor mat was replaced with a torn one after house keeping 8- the towels seemed thin and cheap

One of their employees who name is Arhan was very polite and helpful One of the reciptionst was very rude, electrcity goes oftenly, the price for such kind of aprtment was very expensive we paid $1100 for 5 nights for 3 persons breakfast was not included the rooms were very small and beds were unconfortible.

Nisantasi shopping area is 15 min walking distance I stayed for 5 nights and the location made my trip very comfortable The price is right (good value) I will always come back to them They provide for me late check out as my flight was at night I didn't like the veiw (but it's not a problems for me) No meals is avialble (also not a problems you have a wide variety of restaurants near by)

• Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff. Surveillance 24 hours a day. The cleaning crew is amazing and very fast. It was my first time traveling to Turkey from America. I schedule the apartment not knowing what to expect. Me and my companion were more than please. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. The front desk was always helpful and willing to help us with any issues. They schedule taxi services whenever we prompted them without hesitation. On the day we were headed home we ask for a large van since we had lots of luggage. The staff informed they will do their best to schedule a van since they needed a notice a day in advance. Nonetheless to say the van was in the apartment within a few minutes. The staff carry our luggage from our rooms all the way to the van making the trip to the airport such an easy experience. The apartment is located within 2 main streets were you can find lots of shopping centers and restaurants. A minute away from the Marriott.

• Tom (8/5): Quiet and nice place, feels like home, recommended for short or long stay. - Nice clean place a short or long stay. Quite place (no bars or discos around) and fair price. Much better than staying in a hotel. You have a washing machine, nice clean kitchen. My review is based on floor 4. I assume other floors have similar units. +1 elevator very quick. During my stay, there was a municipality visit. That was not communicated when I checked-in. On the other hand they were very flexible with my checkout, allowing me to checkout later. Restaurant / delivery menu in the property is outdated. You can't order sea food menu, they don't deliver in that area.
