Wolfgang (6/5): nie wieder dieses Hotel - Frühstück mäßig. Abend Essen wenig Auswahl und nicht gut. Ich hatte das Hotel kurzfristig auf der Fähre Gebucht ,und versehentlich wegen Internet Probleme das Zimmer zweimal Gebucht. Das Hotel war dermaßen unkulant und nicht Hilfsbereit . Ich musste Beide Zimmer bezahlen . Nie wieder dieses Hotel .

Dominique (8/5): - Le personnel très professionnel et accueillant Les chambres nettoyées quotidiennement Par contre à notre arrivée, cela sentait mauvais dans la chambre (le renfermé) et les prises électriques de la salle de bain un peu brangueballantes La piscine et les animations bien, par une equipe qui fait des efforts pour parler français La plage bien équipée avec transat et parasols Par contre un peu loin de tout pourceux qui n'ont pas de voiture Pour nous, le point negatif est la nourriture au buffet Nous avons voulu manger le 1er soir (soirée sarde), c'était froid, assez insipide et surtout facturé 35 euros par personne. (Ça ne les valait pas du tout) C'est un hotel un peu vieillissant, mais compensé par la gentilesse du perso
Myriam (10/5): - Ambiente curato, camere confortevoli e personale sempre cordiale. Il buffet è sempre stato ben fornito, vario e abbondante con opzioni per tutti i gusti. Piacevoli anche le serate a tema (serata Sarda). Servizio al bar rapido e sempre con il sorriso. L’animazione è presente ma mai invadente: il Ferragosto è stato fantastico, tra musica, giochi e spettacoli coinvolgenti. Una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più sono state le escursioni proposte: molto interessanti e ben organizzate. Una vacanza all’insegna del relax, del divertimento e della scoperta. Un grazie speciale alla direttrice e a tutto lo staff. Consigliatissimo!

Claudia (8/5): - Traumhafte Unterkunft an einem feinsandigen Strand. Sehr idyllisch, aber etwas abgelegen. Sehr schöne Einrichtung! Einziger negativer Punkt: Das Frühstück war für unseren Geschmack und Erfahrung, leider sehr begrenzt. Viel Kuchen, dafür war der Rest sehr bescheiden. Zudem hatte das Personal Mühe Toast, Wasser.... nachzufüllen.

Amanda (7/5): Good - Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, plenty of clean towels/linen provided daily. Good beach/pool facilities, good standard of food and drinks etc, great for young families. Two other great beach bars located a short and long walk either side of the hotels own beach. Bed a little uncomfortable, room very basic -only 1 plug fitted a standard Eur to UK plug, shower tray leaked, aircon smelt very bad, needed to hire a car to get about as location very remote, and taxis extortionate (200GBP from Olbia Airport one way)! No complimentary water provided, not so great for couples, more of a young family hotel. Beach bar not open all day. No UK rep or english written trip information (however we were out of season and the only english in residence). We would have preferred a half board option (only b&b was offered when booking)

Espen (2/5): Stay away! - Terrible experience. I was planning to stay for only one night in an ocean view room. The room has absolutly no ocean view, no view at all, facing dirrectly at neighbour rooms. Rooms are tiny and worn down. WiFi is no good and hotel is in area with no cell reception. This is not a normal hotel, it isa resort style place, where you need to charge all purchases to a prepaid card. Card machine in reception did not work, so I cold not buy anything, not even get into the buffet. The only solution offered to me was to take a taxi into town to take out cash at an ATM machine. I checked out and left without staying the night. First upon leaving I was offered to have items from the bar for free, but they would not let me get any food from the buffet. The girl at the front desk was polite and tried to be helpfull, but management lacks all kind of service skills. Never experienced anything so silly, stay away.

Mario (10/5): Look no further! - AWESOME! Would definitely stay here again. No details overlooked well suited for couples and families. We stayed 10 nights and the kids wanted to stay another 10! Animation/Entertainment staff worked were top notch. Different shows overnight kept all laughing and talking about the shows the next day. Buffet dinners were delicious. Better than most restaurants in surrounding areas we tired. Different varieties each night. Cleaning staff were efficient and left the room spotless each night. Beds were extremely comfortable/new. Resort is in great condition, with excellent pool and right on the beautiful beach. Plenty of activities and kids club to keep all busy everyday. Many of the employees spoke highly of the management/ownership as was evident as everyone took pride in the resort and their work. We never got bored and it was one of the best resorts we've stayed at in Italy. Many of the people we met all had great things to say about the resort and no negativity. We will be exploring other similar owned resorts in other part of Italy.

Bare tull at flere rom har sjøutsikt... Ansatte:Da vi ankom hotellet ble vi møtt av en ung kvinnelig resepsjonist, som snakket elendig engelsk og knotet mellom italiensk, engelsk og tysk. Det tok en uendelighet å få informasjon, grunnet dette, og vi måtte hjelpe henne å finne de rette engelske ordene. FOR dårlig!En annen, middelaldrende mann, var svært nedlatende. Da vi fikk rom 4 meter fra baren (som forøvrig er åpen til midnatt med MYE støy!), og klagde på dette grunnet barn på 3 og 5 år, himlet denne mannen med øynene mot en kollega og sa på italiensk "de barna er ikke akkurat små!". Vi svarte på engelsk (ettersom vi forsto hva han sa) at "nei, ikke så små, men de legger seg kl.20 - og kan ikke sove ved siden av en støyende bar!". Etter mye om og men fikk vi byttet rom. Rom:For en familie på 4, fikk vi et rom på ca 15 m2. Altfor lite, badet var max 3 m2, og kunne kun for en person. INGEN terrasse/balkong.Utrolig dårlig. Maten: Vi hadde kun frokost, og den var elendig!! Rett og slett en forferdelig sammensatt frokost!Null juice, men derimot brusmaskin - til frokost!! Lekeområde: Elendig. Minst 20 år gammelt. Basseng: OK. Strand: Grumsete vann. Kjip sand. Alt i alt er vi misfornøyde. Aldri igjen.
