My fault, I didn't read but this room was on the budget section so no elevator and I had a huge, heavy suitcase - but 100% my fault, I had been reading about the hotel and rooms and didn't realize the difference.
• Tania (8/5): I would stay here again - The staff was incredibly friendly. It felt safe. The room was exactly as advertised - it was small but it was exactly what I needed. I didn't realize they'd make my room and they used my extra blanket and folded my pjs on the bed - love them!!! It is a shortish walk from the rain station but the sidewalk to get there was not easy to manage with a large suitcase. But honestly no issues with the hotel or stay.

Fué una experiencia nefasta, utilizan malas praxis y engañan en las reservas, nos cobraron por una reserva que nosotros no hicimos. Y si lo investigais veréis que es un modos operanding habitual de este *hotel*. ¡¡Hay muchos casos denunciados!!! Be very careful with this *family-run hotel*. It was a terrible experience; they use unethical practices and deceive people with reservations. They charged us for a reservation we didn't make. And if you investigate, you'll see that this is a common modus operandi for this *hotel*. There are many many reported cases!!!

The room was extremely small and, to make things worse, the bathroom was small with no room between the toilet and the sink. The whole thing was a bit claustrophobic. The shower was also small and with a curtain (which I guess was necessary, as there was no space, but it is not the best thing - especially since the curtain was touching us when we showered). To be fair, we had two rooms. The bathroom on the second room was a bit larger.

• Robin (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, direkt im inneren der Stadt. Zu Fuß war viel Erreichbar. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hat auch Ratschläge für mögliche Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Zudem das Preisleistungsverhältnis ebenfalls gestimmt hat. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Property is very good and lots markets and restaurants around. It was just not in e to arrive late at night from Brussels South (Gare Midi)… be sure to take an uber or metro directly to the property 🙏🏽👍🏽

La désinvolture de la réponse du refus de remboursement. Si j’avais pu avoir un remboursement partiel nous aurions pu réserver à nouveau sur booking.com et à cet hôtel pour le mois de juin où le voyage a pu être reporté par Eurostar.

We had to ask three times for face towels, and in the end we still didn’t receive them — they probably didn’t have any available. When we booked the room, we saw that a hairdryer was included, but it was only available at the reception. Etc.

A fost curat,super aproape de mijloacele de transport, Grand Place, Brussels Midi etc. Personalul este super amabil. Se face curățenie zilnic,prețul a fost extrem de convenabil comparativ cu multe alte cazări. Vsv de hotel este Boulangerie Anneessens 10/10 trebuie să luați ceva de acolo 😉 Uscător de păr și fier de călcat găsiți la recepție,nu e neapărat un minus,ținând cont ca-i hotel de 2 stele. 😊

• AIKATERINI (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και μπορούσες να βρεθείς με τα πόδια στο κέντρο μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Τα δωμάτια ήταν λίγο στενά και δεν υπήρχε πολύς χώρος για τα πράγματα αλλά δεν ήταν μεγάλο πρόβλημα. Στην αρχή η περιοχή μας φάνηκε λίγο περίεργη, αλλά τελικά δεν υπήρχε θέμα και ήταν πάρα πολύ βολική.

• αννα (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία κεντρική 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία. Η στάση μετρό δίπλα Η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη και ιδανικά χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Άλλαζαν καθημερινά τις πετσέτες αλλά σεντόνια δεν μας άλλαξαν στις 4 διανυκτερεύσεις. Επίσης είχε πολλή ζέστη το δωμάτιο παρόλο που κλείσαμε την θέρμανση. Απέναντι από το κατάλυμα έχει μια πλατεία που έχει λίγο κόσμο οπότε σε συνδυασμό με την κακή ηχομόνωση υπήρχε φασαρία.

• Tonino (7/5): Esperienza molto positiva - Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben curata nei dettagli. La camera era confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per spostarsi e visitare i dintorni. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante e senza pensieri. Ci tornerei volentieri! Mancava asciugacapelli.

Pencereler apartman boşluğuna bakıyor ve orada da tadilat vardı. Gün ışığı sıfır dolayısıyla. Klima vs zaten yok odalarda. Yatakta çarşaf altındaki naylon bile sökülmemişti. Sırf konumu için 2 gece kaldım. İkinci gün üst katta bir tık daha iyi oda ayarladılar ama aynı sorunlar yine vardı.

Sound insulation wasn't great, could hear activity in the hallway. Room got quite warm, requiring window to be opened, but a rotating fan is provided.

The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

You can walk to the two main train stations- Central station and Midi Zuid station. 15 minutes walk to the famous Grand Palace and Manneken Pis.
