- Janis (7/5): - The bed was comfortable and the cleaning service very good. The pool area is nice with plenty of beds. The balcony is very well planned and usable even in the rain. All the staff were excellent. Plenty of areas for families with children. No slippers or robes provided. No shower gel or even soap in the bath area. The beach nearby is just stones.

Despues de varias comunicaciones con la recepción de que llegaríamos tarde y al tener TI contratado (como la mayoría de los huespedes) Stefan nos aseguró que ningún problema, el restaurante estaría ya cerrado, pero nos dejarían una cena fría. Llegamos un poco antes de las 12 y mucho jiji jija pero nada de cena y poca solución ofrecida. Tuvimos que ir por el barrio residencial, que tampoco es que haya mucho por ahí, para comer un kebab que estaba abierto. Por lo demás todo correcto. Habitación OK amplia con una nevera y botella de agua dentro a la llegada como detalle (se pudo dejar ahí tb el platito con la cena), albornoz y zapatillas. Muy masificada por familias extranjeras con niños, pero no había sensación de agobio en el comedor con comida muy rica y variada. Eso sí, una vez mas el horario se cumplía muy a rajatabla que si te despistas adios bandejas. La calita justo al lado genial y el entretenimiento tb curioso. Está bien en general? Si. Volvería? No sé. La recepción fue poco resolutiva.

- Dayana (6/5): - It looked good from the outside. But it’s on the lower end, at least our room was. They didn’t have hotel shoes so we had to use the ones from the other hotel. The walls are thin, you could hear the neighbours coughing, suitcases passing the hall all the time!
- Tetiana Seilis (1/5): - The staff was friendly. The food was also generally quite good. A bad, old and uncomfortable room, isn't "lux" as stated! We were greeted by a disgusting smell in the room that lasted the whole day. It was poorly cleaned, there wasn't a full set of bed linen. There isn't a mini bar in the room fridge, as stated, only one bottle of the water for the week. The toilet lacked even a basic toilet brush. There isn't a beach, as stated, only a pool with a terrible smell of chlorine. The hotel is located on the sea, but it doesn’t have any beach area, it's a shame. The nearest sandy beach is a 20-25 minute walk away. The entertainment was dull. In the neighboring mansion they were making noise and playing loud music for two nights straight, preventing the vacationers from sleeping. But the hotel administration did not take action, despite many complaints from hotel guests. They didn't want to call the police to restore order. But my husband was able to insist on this and the unrest quickly stopped. Overall this was the worst holiday we have ever had and we didn't have any fun or relaxation.

- Chloe (10/5): Amazing stay. - We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The adults-only rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning , so peaceful with beautiful views, and definitely worth the extra cost. The food was very good with plenty of variety, plus themed nights that kept it interesting. There was also a great choice of drinks available. The lady at reception was so lovely and helpful, which made check-in and any questions really easy. The location is excellent, close to evening entertainment and other activities, and the main beach is just a short walk away. Lovely clean communal areas. The toilet areas were always clean and the restaurant was always spotless and plates cleaned quickly. The only small downside was that the main pool area had a lot of shade. This didn’t affect us though, as we spent our days relaxing on the rooftop terrace. Nothing

- Rosana (10/5): Excelente hotel - Desde l llegada fueron super amables, llegamos en un vuelo muy temprano y nos dejaron de igual forma disfrutar de las instalaciones y guardar nuestro equipaje mientras preparaban nuestra habitación , por lo que pudimos disfrutar del delicioso desayuno y empezar nuestro día de playa, las comidas fueron excelentes , gran variedad y el personal muy atento. Por la noche estuvimos en el show del hotel y el equipo de animación preparó una dinámica con los huéspedes que nos pareció bastante divertida, sin duda alguna recomendaría este hotel , si vienes con familia y niños sería un hotel ideal , nosotros fuimos en pareja y quizás el área de la piscina es normal que encuentres muchos niños pero de igual forma si quieres estar un poco más desconectado puedes caminar a algunas calas a 5 minutos o a la cala que está justo en el hotel. El servicio de bebidas incluidas no es del todo bueno , los cocteles ya hechos , si quieres un cóctel o bebida buena .. la debes pagar por separado .

Food offering and selection is very varied and always high quality. The staff are tremendous....100% effort all of the time. So much to do if you wish to engage, but no pressure to do so. So busy...dining room and pool and bar area not quite large enough to accommodate all guests at all times.

We thought we'd booked outside the UK school holidays and had forgotten that Scotland are off earlier than England and Wales (so completely our fault).

However, I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, and I wouldn’t consider this one fully all-inclusive. Cocktails were premixed, and there was an extra charge for well drinks, snacks like chips and candy, which I found unusual for this kind of resort. The main restaurant only served three meals a day, and taking food outside the dining area wasn’t allowed. The pools were open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and unfortunately, the beach umbrellas were limited to the pool area—not the beach itself. Entertainment also left room for improvement; when performers spoke or sang on stage, it was hard to hear from the nearby pool. The price was reasonable, but overall, I may consider exploring other options.

Que sobre las 8/9 de la mañana todos las hamacas ya tenían una toalla puesto, no había sitio para tanta gente. Necesitan poner más tumbonas o sitios para tumbar o ser más estrictas con la gente que pone toallas pero ni los utilizan las tumbonas en todo el día.....quizás dar una pegatina/ tarjeta, algo así y lo tiene que renovar cada 2 horas sino, personal quitar los toallas y dan oportunidad para otros clientes para poder disfrutar de la piscina. Y tambien alado del chiringuito, más sillas o bancos algo para que gente pueden sentarse allí también🤗

- Accc24 (8/5): I would return! - From all meals, breakfast is the best! The others I would rate a 3 out of 5! The rooms are big, great for families! It’s on the beach so you can’t beat location! Staff always happy to help and with a smile. The drinks, if cocktails! Very poor!
- Carla (8/5): Fantastic hotel for a family holiday! - Just returned from a lovely few days at this hotel. I chose the all inclusive option for me and my daughter and my family met us there. The buffet food was delicious and fresh if a little repetitive. Would have been nice to have a bit of variety especially in the dessert options and more options for children as there were mainly families there. I can’t get over how friendly the staff are here. From the bar staff to the wait staff everyone has a smile on their face and makes an effort to engage you and the children in conversation. The entertainment was great for the children too and my niece was really taken with the entertainment staff and the kids club. While it isn’t the most polished hotel the extras such as a playground, three miniature ponies and a veg patch for children to engage with were amazing! The rooms are a little tired and could use a refresh but that said, we’d definitely return! I would suggest that they should add mirrors to the rooms and provide plastic cutlery and plates for children.

- Samantha (10/5): Loved it! - The hotel is situated on a little cove it is so beautiful. The food is excellent, and the best I've had in a Spanish hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and accommodating, we will be back! I wouldn't say don't like, my only suggestion is perhaps a little more for the adults in the way of entertainment at night, although it really didn't make a difference to our holiday, but the only thing I thought could have been a bit more.

- Andrew (6/5): Reasonable Hotel - the food was very good and staff very friendly The entertainment and whole set up of the hotel was very child orientated so as a group of adults was not what we expected. We seemed to spend more time out of the hotel , which really wasn't what we wanted as we went fully inclusive.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff are the star of the show at this hotel. Always so attentive and enthusiastic! When we checked in the staff were lovely, when we go to eat always a welcoming smile and when we joined fitness classes they had such knowledge and provided an encouraging atmosphere. Staff at the restaurant were always working hard, chatting with customers, clearing tables, cleaning spills and replenishing food. The pool area could be an issue for families wanting to sit together as the classic British holiday culture of reserving sun beds is in full effect, no worries for us as a short scenic walk away were some out of the way quiet beaches which we prefer anyway. I understand why there was no more sunbeds put in the main area as they use the space for entertainment. Which is great! Always something new and engaging for children and adults alike. I really enjoyed the food at the hotel! Plenty of salads and tasty vegetables which we loved. Considering we were there for a week, everyday I found something easily to eat and enjoy. Fish was great too. Goofy and lolo were the names I’ve remembered (sorry I couldn’t name anymore, everyone was great) who had great energy and enthusiasm and truly worked so hard. We had a great room location overlooking the sea and our room was very spacious, the AC did make a noise but did the job! The decor and general upkeep of the areas such as hallways, stairs and lifts could be updated but hardly a complaint. Thank you to the team, they deserve a pay rise!

Lots of families with younger children. Difficult to get a sun bed in both poolside and roof terrace as people were reserving with towels. Staff tried to manage but I think there could be a better system.

In the evening you can only get drinks from the bar, so it’s 3 staff for a whole full hotel and you have to queue a bit. More sun loungers needed.

- Suzanne (8/5): Excellent value hotel - For only 1 restaurant the quality and variety of the food was excellent! Great chefs like Rafa and very friendly waiting staff. Also Luis and Ana on the desk were incredibly helpful and you could tell that they really care. Superior suite wasn't as large as we expected -also slightly old and in need of renovation/new furniture. Bed was comfortable but could have been firmer. Music for the evening show was a bit loud when we were trying to put our 2 year-old daughter to bed.
- Robert (1/5): Without exaggeration, The worst stay I’ve ever had! - INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!! After I told the front desk they said “you are in a garden room, what do you expect?!” The staff was honestly the worst part! Eva at the front desk was one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever dealt with while traveling. She was so disrespectful that I cancelled my second night stay and went to go stay at the Riu where I was much more appreciated and had a way nicer experience in every single way. If I could say one thing to you: DO NOT GO HERE. Save your money and put it towards somewhere else. Saving the $20 is not worth it!!!! The staff was abysmal. Specifically Eva and her attitude and disgusting demeanor towards guests.

- Jane (7/5): Good - We were late in the season, so low sun stopped the sun hitting the pool area so it got a bit chilly. Rooms clean and restaurant nice. Food good but often a que to get in. Staff were amazing so friendly and helpful at all times and drink good and not overly expensive Ques for restaurant and bar and unable to get a sunbed in the sun(not hotels fault just the way the low winter sun fell)
- Elaine (8/5): A lovely hotel that offers great food and fun activities for kids. Close to town and beaches. - Staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering us food after our late check-in and allowing luggage storage upon check-out. They also helped to arrange a car rental for a day - overall affordable and hassel-free. Our kids loved the animation team and planned activities such as archery and darts. Since our kids are older, they also had an opportunity to enjoy the teen games room. Pool and ping pong tables were a huge hit. We were there in October so the pool was a bit cold, but we still enjoyed the seating areas and pool bar. The food at the restaurant was excellent and offered a wide selection, with a different speciality each night. Meals were very delicious and exceeded our expectations. The hotel bars offered a wide selection of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, and were very good about making specialty drinks. Staff spoke English, French, Spanish, and German - making it very comfortable for guests from a variety of regions. Unfortunately there is no real beach at this hotel, with the shore adjacent to the hotel a mix of rocks, seaweed, and wood-chips. There is, however, a public beach within walking distance from town - close to shops and restaurants. The resort was a smaller than expected, so options for activities are somewhat limited. With that said, the animation team kept the kids busy while we were on site. Our room was up one level close to the reception, so maybe our space was a bit noiser than other parts of the hotel. For those looking for a quieter area, perhaps a room closer to the water. Our room was sufficient, nothing fancy - the beds were hard and the bathroom plumbing could use some updating. The balcony space was nice.

- Katrina (1/5): Very bad - The food was fine basic hotel Received a dirty room with vomit left On the balcony from previous apartment person and dirty bath when asked could I move to another told me they couldn’t for 2 days so wanted me to stay in a dirty booked for 3 nights and only stayed one ended up booking a flight home not a 4 star hotel the noise all night couldn’t sleep
- Nina (7/5): Beautiful location. However not a 4* hotel. - The location was excellent which is why I would return. A 2 minute walk away was an area on rocks with sun beds and parasols to hire. Very clean and staff were amazing. Direct access to the sea and a beach cafe/bar open until 11pm. The hotel is not 4*, the rooms are spacious but basic. Double room consists of two singles pushed together. The pool is not fit for purpose as it is very small and so is the area surrounding it. Everyone packed in like sardines. Not a free sunbed to be found.
