- Frank J. (10/5): Okinawa visit - The pillows were very small and not comfortable at all. The ceiling fans needed attention, wobled alot. Some walls had been beaten up a bit. Kitchen utensils slim selection but workable. Location awesome. Staff could benefit from some more basic English language skills. Very friendly and Google translate help immensely. Would definitely rent again!! Larger shower towels wete helpful too.

Nice restaurants/bars nearby. Overall we were extremely happy! Cons: Even though our room was nice, the hotel in general is quite rundown. The elevator entrance did not work properly so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs every time, and the room could have been slightly cleaner (bathroom, dusting issues, smashed bugs on walls).

You can borrow their electric bicycle for Max 3 hours for free, it is super convenient. The staff is nice and helpful. The view of the ocean from the rooms is great. You can walk to Sunabe Baba Park beach (10min max) but I do not recommend because it is near the US military base and the noise for their flying plane can be really bothering (note that we don't hear it from the hotel) The restaurants and cafese near the hotels are pricy because the neighborhood is like that. Bare with that

- JEREMY (10/5): Breathtaking Ocean Views But No Daily Room Service - Hotel has 5 buildings situated along the waterfront offering breathtaking ocean views. Our room is tiny but comfy. Glad that the building we stayed does has a elevator bring us to 5th floors. One minor issue is that there is no daily room services so our beds were not tidied and towers were not changed during our 3-night stays.

- DOHA (10/5): 장점이 많은 가성비 좋은 괜찮은 호텔 - 리뷰를 보면 부정적인 부분도 보이는데 사진을 보고 3명이서 스위트룸 예약했다. 좁을 줄 알았는데 상당히 넓고 안락했었고 5층을 배정받아 ocean view도 상당히 만족했다. 카운터에서도 영어로 잘 안내해주셨고 가격대비 정말 만족한 호텔 렌트카로 아메리칸 빌리지까지 약 10분이면 가는 적당한 거리에 위치

- Apple (10/5): - This hotel is a home away from home. Our family extended our stay in Ocean Front as it is very comfortable and our parents can relax well. The room we got is very spacious and clean. The staff are great and extend their help during our stay. There is also a bike that we can borrow if we want to go around the area. On top of those, the room has a very good view of Sunabe Seawall where our family can enjoy the sunset in Okinawa.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 住海邊的飯店 - 這裡超適合自駕遊的人來住，可以自己煮東西吃，也有洗衣機，離美國村很近（沒開車的人也可以坐搭乘公車）。白天的海邊景色很美，夜晚的景緻也不錯，附近有些吃的餐廳和酒吧，還有自動販賣機，完全不用擔心吃的問題。飯店的櫃台人員很親切，櫃台前也有提供很多旅遊資訊，想坐公車或是搭計程車，可以詢問櫃台人員。房間很乾淨，而且窗戶很大，一打開窗簾就可以看見海，而晚上則有海浪聲伴你入眠！第一次住在海邊，而且離海那麼近，感覺很棒！！

The staff is beyond fantastic, helpful, genuine and always smiling. the location of such a beauty that you'll be mesmerized. The sound of the ocean will wake you up. the down side is that the walls are paper thin and the beds uncomfortable but it's sparkle cean. A simple beautiful hotel. Do not hesitate to try it.

- Verified traveler (2/5): 오션 프론트 여인숙이라고 바꿔야... - 실수로 예약을 했는데, 취소가 안되서 억지로 하루 묵게 되었습니다. 호텔이라기 보다는 여인숙이라고 표현하는게 맞을거 같습니다. 가족이 여행을 갔는데, 가족단위보단 서퍼들에게 어룰리는 숙소 입니다. 서핑, 다이빙 하는 포인트가 바로 앞에 있습니다. 그래도 숙박 상태를 조금이라도 신경쓰시는 분이시면 추천 하지 않습니다. 2개의 건물이 있는데, 제가 묵었던 건물은 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 아침잠이 없는 편은 아닌데, 아침 일찍 일어나서 도망나오듯이 나온 숙소 입니다.

- Verified traveler (2/5): 最壞的住宿經驗 The worst hostel experience 最悪の宿泊施設の経験 - 我不得不留個超負評。首先，接待處的位置不清晰，好不容易找到後，check in完畢發現房間是安排在另一棟大廈，車程大概5分鐘。 然後，到了房間門口，看見預訂的按摩浴池居然放在走廊，位置十分開陽，沒有任何遮擋，電梯位置，旁邊及對面房間能夠看得一清二楚。 之後一進房有一種渾身不舒服的感覺，而最重要的wifi竟然連不上! 想用電水壺煲水，但發覺裡面有很多黑色的沙粒! 最後，睡覺的被子十分薄，隔天就冷病了。強烈不建議選擇這間所謂的酒店! I regret that I have no choice but to leave a super negative comment. First of all, the location of the reception desk is not clear, it is hard to find, after check-in and found that the room is arranged in another building, which is about 5 minutes by car. When arrived, we saw that the preserved jacuzzi out of my surprise was placed in the corridor. The location is very open and without any cover. It can be clearly seen at the elevator area, and the rooms besides and in the opposite side. After entering the room, I had a very uncomfortable feeling. The most important is wifi could not even be connected! Also, when I want to use the water boiler, I found a lot of black sand inside! Finally, the quilt is very thin and I got cold every the day after. Some rooms are without a elevator so watch for it if you have a heavy suitcase! There are a couple of nice cafe for lunch and it is not a beach out the front. It is a reef!

- cheolwoo (2/5): 최악의 일본호텔. - 호텔을 못구해서 간곳이라 어느정도 예상은 했지만(골든위크),,1박에 25만원인데,너무 형편없어서 놀람,,우선 프론트가 무슨 70년대 동네 목욕탕접수수준임,,배정된 객실이 프론트와 200미터정도 떨어진 건물이라서,건물 여러동을 지나야함,,,비도 오고,우산을 꺼내기도 애매하고, 이미 택시는 가버렸고,,,비맞으며 객실을 찾아갔음,,안내도 안해줌,,일본어로 뭐라고뭐라고 설명은 하지만 알아듣기가 힘듬,,수건을 안줌,,,장당백엔에 팔고 있음,, 식당이 없어서(콘도여서 그런가?) 곤란,,주변에 먹을 만한 식당도 아무것도 없음,,슈퍼도,편의점도 없고 1km정도 걸어 나가면 작은 슈퍼하나 달랑있음,이곳은 관광목적으로는 곤란하고 장기투숙객용으로 보임...아침 체크아웃을 11시에 나갔더니 1시간 늦었다고 2천엔 추가로 더 받는 곳임.

There are quite a few local dive joints with excellent food and great variety. The sea wall is located right outside your door for walking running and sightseeing the divers, surfers and Fisherman! The water is crystal clear with views of ocean life along the shoreline! Now this is not the Hilton for accommodations but if you’re looking for an more economical spot and the location is good for you then this is the place! We will be staying here on future visits! The room was exceptionally large we had a two bedroom suite!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Ehhh - There’s no daily housekeeping, the floors were wet and not freshly mopped. The toilet was broken and ran constantly. The bed was uncomfortable but a decent size. The room was tiny and bare. Walls are paper thin, sleeping was hard of the neighbors weren’t sleeping. You have to pay for parking at this hotel in addition to paying to stay there.
- MAYUKO (8/5): お部屋は最高 - 立地や、お部屋等は、大満足でしたが、フロントの顧客管理は、不満でした。 宿泊の数日前に、確認のメールが届いており、料金も支払い済みなのに、チェックイン時に、予約が無いと言われ、泊まるなら１泊に付き、いくら掛かりますと言われて、驚きました。宿泊者名簿を見せて下さったのですが、実際に自分達の名前が無くて、驚きましたが、予約確認メールを見せると、１時間近く待たされた後、結局、予約通りのお部屋を案内されたのですが、一体あの１時間は、何だったのかとても不満でした。日本人スタッフが不在の事が多いので、英語が不自由な人には少し不安が多いです。お部屋は、大きくて快適なソファーに、３人位入れそうな、大きな湯船があるバスルームとお部屋に付いている、ちいさなユニットバスと２つもお風呂が有ったり、トイレも２つ有ったり、快適なキッチンが有ったり、部屋からの眺めがとても良かったりと、とても満足でした。フロント棟が離れている為、出掛ける度にいちいち鍵を預けると言う手間が無いのがとても良いです。

I extended one more night, and asked a staff about the room rate on the night before I checked out. The price increased by 1100 yen the next day morning when I spoke to a different staff, and she explained it was the manager's decision. How can they have 2 different prices just overnight? Was a bit shocked and pissed.
- jenny (6/5): will not stay here again. - We booked for a private condo style room. Unfortunately, there was no elevator and dragging four heavy suitcases up the stairs was not pleasant. The condition of the building is a bit outdated but the inside was cute and nice. Unfortunately, there was a smoky, unpleasant smell and there was no wifi. Notified the front desk and they said they would fix it right away. Second day, still no wifi. Offered us to switch rooms, but then they said the another guest was going to check into that same room the next day so they can't give it to us anymore. So, you are going to screw the current guest to please the ones that coming? ok. Third day, still no wifi, they finally gave us a new room. The new room was smaller and cost less than the ones we paid for. We did not get any type of reimbursement and had to suck it up because we really needed the internet. Our data plan expired on the exact day we had to switch rooms. If it wasn't for the whole wifi situation, this stay would have been close to perfect. The scenery next to the beach and amount of restaurants in the area was amazing.
- sharon (8/5): A great apartment with ocean views - This is a great little apartment on the Miyagi coast. The price was affordable compared to others in the area. The big plus is the free bike rental and shuttle to airport. Although the bikes do need some maintenance but can't complain if it's free. I had an issue with the air con where it was only cold in the air con area but if you walked to another part of the apartment then it was hot. Management got maintenance to fix it the same day. It wasn't great but it was better than before.
- pam (8/5): Shuttle service times not disclosed before booking - One of the main reasons that i booked this hotel was that one of the amenities was a free shuttle to the airport. It wasn't until after i booked the non-refundable room that i was informed that the shuttle to the airport only had 2 morning shuttles. 8:30 and 10:30 am. Since my flight was not until evening, obviously that was not going to work. When i got to the hotel, they confirmed that there was only a morning shuttle. The receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me figure out the bus times and location so that i could take a city bus to the airport later in the day. Also, she spoke english!!! Location was good for snorkeling but far from the active Chatan Town activities if you Will be walking. The room was adequate, clean, small tv, and only view of the ocean is from the bathroom. I think you should also be aware that no one other than the persons staying in the room are allowed to go up to your room, so if you will have visitors, they will not be able to come to your room and there is no lobby.

- Paul (6/5): More of an extended hostel than a proper hotel. - This isn't a hotel per say, but more of an extended hostel. The rooms are kind of like a dormitory style, where you talk an elevator to another door and then you open that door to enter a hallway of rooms where yours is located. It was small and functional. It worked for the night. It was a bit noisy from the hallway. Very rudimentary. The wifi was good and the location was close to the beach but far from shops, restaurants, bars, etc. It's about a 40 minute walk to places of more interest, but it really isn't that bad of a walk. There were supplies for cooking and a burner in the room, so if you wanted to cook, this would be good for you. Honestly, I probably would not stay again. I personally dislike that hostel feeling to it. But if you're looking for a place by the beach, this place might work for you.

- Karen (8/5): Better than I thought - Location is not far to American Village, hotel facing seawall so is good place to stay as when you walk out or see seaview via windows, staffs are very nice as our first room has problem in shower room then they changed a nice room for us, we were enjoyed nearby as well as quite a few bars nearby could go by walk. Just without breakfast but not a big deal to us, great place and value to stay.
