- shirleew2026 (10/5): Sweet Tynisha - This hotel is great… we were suffering from bad traffic and accidents since Nashville…heading to Florida… we went to the wrong hotel first… by the time we got to the correct Hampton Inn it was dark and very late…Tynishia checked us in… she was so kind, helpful, and pleasant that we forgot how crabby we were so shout out to Tynisha!…She was a joy!

- The5Adventurers (10/5): Kevin is kind, nice and very funny and brighten my morning. - I enjoy staying at Home 2 Home. Suites for the full-size refrigerator and the microwave as well as a couch and this one was as good as all the others. But this morning, there was a nice employee named Kevin who had me laughing and just made for an enjoyable breakfast. I would come back just to see him again because he was so nice and kind and funny. In fact, all of the employees that were around at the breakfast area were hilarious and made for a fun morning, which is rare most of the time. Thank you so much for a bright beginning to my day.

Housekeepers are phenomenal, front desk is warm and entertaining, management is amazing. The complimentary options were like I’ve never seen. The breakfast setup is top notch! Great hotel! I will make sure our company returns in the future.
- Erica (2/5): Unexpected lack of cleanliness - Location It was not clean. Dirt stains on carpet and floor. Shower was not cleaning. Pillow was old and dirty. The kitchen counter had food on it and the chair. There was plastic hanging on the outside where they were painting.
- Ricamd (4/5): Not a good experience - I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the hotel given its reviews. Typically I have no issues with Hilton hotels. This visit was an exception. The hotel simply stated was not clean. There were sticky stains on the floors in the lobby and dirt. The floor of the elevators was also dirty not to mention the carpets in the hallways. It was really disappointing. The room was a little better. I only had to clean the shower, the kitchenette the bathroom sink and toilet in order to use it. It was as if the place was forgotten. I had to get another pillow as it was yellow/ gray stained. If it had not been for a late night with family mourning ta loss of the matriarch with an early funeral the next day I would have walked out. The other issue was construction and painting with plastic hanging on the outside. We thought it was closed. Also, Had it not been homecoming weekend and confusion with a double booking of my first choice air bnb—we would not have stayed. I certainly hope they get some cleaning staff on the ball soon. We will not be returning.

Traveling with kids can be stressful because you never really know how safe or clean a place will be, but I was pleasantly surprised here. Everything felt well taken care of, and we had a very relaxing stay. I would definitely book this location again.

Booked a weekend suite through Hotwire and got all the way to Alabama from Tennessee and the hotel blamed them an Hotwire blamed hotel. No one wanted to fix issue an I was out my money I work hard to make. It’s 3 am an I have no where to stay and was told book another room and then we give refund and get you taken care of after I’ve paid twice Won’t ever book Hilton again

However, they were very extremely helpful on getting the matter settled amongst themselves (I was kept on hold for 30 minutes lol). After that though everything else was nice; the room was clean, good walk ablility and noone can ever deny free breakfast. Forewarning, you can hear your neighbors if they're crazy stompers (good luck with that).

- Shelly (10/5): We only stayed for one night, if we are in the area again I would definitely book here again! - Ladies at the front desk when checking in and checking out were very friendly! ❤️ we didn’t get to eat breakfast because we were in a hurry but upon walking out I seen people with plates and it looked and smelled really good! It’s a connected building with a Hampton inn and we tried to get food delivered and it made it complicated for the delivery driver.

Agreed to a full refund on the second room that I accidentally booked online.Completely understanding of the mistake. The lady at Home2 Suites was kind and always love staying at this property. Booking. com, tried to stone wall me about that my mistake was up to property decision on refunding the accidentally booking of 2 rooms only needing one room. The property was great, and sent a receipt of refunding the full amount paid for the room not needed.

So I paid 375.00 for one night and over $400 for another when I stayed there a week earlier for $257.00 and the reason given was that it was “full” and it clearly was not.

- Paul (10/5): - We had to change rooms about an hour after arrival because the refrigerator started leaking. After a quick call to the desk someone came up with new keys to another room within minutes. Everyone was so polite. The beds are the most comfortable Ive slept on in several trips. The breakfast was simple but good. Would stay here again!

- Shonda (8/5): Good - Bathroom really small. If I was a larger person. It will be a tight squeeze. Also I don't like being on the floor where people have pets give people a choice, there was a dog barking in hallway.
