- Connie (6/5): - The front desk person was outside smoking. Saw us come in. Finished their smoke. Then came in and checked us in.😩 Fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm Tried to call the front desk, no one answered. After 10 minutes it went off. Now we are awake and can’t get back to sleep.

- Leslie (6/5): - This hotel is right off the interstate and it was very easy to get to. There are dining options around the hotel that you can walk to. We stayed with our 3 children. We drove 8 hours and our kids were so happy to be out of the car but the people below us kept complaining about us being loud, our kids weren’t even being loud so that was annoying. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay!
- Raymond (10/5): Nice place to stay - Hotel was nice. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Would be nicer if there was a larger selection of hot foods, but still good. EV charging station outside was a happy surprise.

- Lori (4/5): Would not stay here again - I entered the room, and the air conditioning wasn't keeping up with the heat outside. Fortunately, I had a fan with me so I was able to set it up in front of the AC to get air flow going. The bathroom was unacceptable! There was hair in the bath and hair inside the supposedly clean towels. Will not stay here again or recommend to others.

This was good when added to a sausage patty. The breakfast area worker was Judy, and she was very helpful and friendly. We watched her help several people, and always had a smile and kind words.

- Pejman (10/5): Exceptional hotel and staff. - All staff were so king and smiling, Ashley has a great approach and is professional, the new lady staff hired recently also was doing great and apologized for her slow but to my opinion very steady. I have been for Hotels industry long time ago and was able to recognize the good worker from indifferent ones. I was very respected and the night shift staff ( sorry I forgot her beautiful name, African American ) was very helpful. Having a great smile at 2 AM answering guest’s questions is not everybody’s business. I will definitely will come back here again. The HK staff is a wonderful dedicated worker. Kudos to her and to the rest of staff.

- Matt (8/5): Great service. Room was not as advertised. - Service was excellent. Advertised double sized pull out couch bed incorrect, it was a twin size bed, made for an uncomfortable night of sleep for 2 family members.

- Christopher (4/5): - I placed "pet friendly" in my filter and selected this hotel from the choices provided. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed the hotel was not pet friendly. I departed and located another hotel.

- Robert (10/5): Florida trip - We were greeted by the same clerk as last time. She is so perky, gracious and friendly, making it a wonderful check in experience. She was accommodating to freeze our freezer packs to use the next for traveling with medication. She was very helpful and gave us great information for dining places. The room and bathroom were very clean and just as pictured on the website. The breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked. There was a great variety available to please anyone. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area.
- Robert (10/5): Florida trip - From the time we checked in to the time we left, we were very impressed how friendly and helpful everyone was to us. The room was very clean and exactly like pictured. The bathroom was very clean. We had a first floor room near the lobby but it was very quiet. We loved our stay and plan on coming back on our way home.

- Curtis (8/5): Would stay again if i couldn't find something chea - A bit over priced for having to shave using my phone as an extra light source (the light above the sink did not work). The bathtub was stained somewhat dark on the bottom. The laundry facilities were out of order (had to rewear some of our clothes as we were planning to do laundry that night). The lobby was very nice as was the breakfast area. Breakfast was good with waffles that were better than most of our stays. A very comfortable quiet room with a comfortable bed.
