- Maria Conceiçãoo (4/5): Não recomendo - Da simpatia da funcionária que fala inglês! Sempre disposta ajudar. mas, o espaço não tem condições nenhumas. As casas de banho têm buracos no chão por todo o lado, o chão não está nivelado se quer. As fendas devem ser de algum terramoto ou algo do gênero mas não me dava segurança de ir nem a casa de banho. E tomar duche era igual. Buracos junto do ralo ... As sanitas estavam quase sempre entupidas. Os quartos com camas com colchões em bases metálicas danificadas pelo uso. Os outros colchões eram com molas que se sentiam por todo o corpo. O sítio tem montes de lixo acumulado.
- Natasha (2/5): Disgusting - Perfect location, really close to a beautiful beach and only a short walk to American Village. It looks nothing like the photos. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The mattress is so thin that it might as well not be there. You will basically be sleeping on straight wood. There were also bits in the bed when I first arrived. Mould growing everywhere in the room, all over the wooden bed frame, inside the fridge and on the aircon. The bathroom is also filled with mould and very dirty. Toilets won’t flush half the time and there are gaps in the doors. The water also cut off at one point so I went hours not being able to even use the toilet.

- HIROYO (1/5): 海の家より清潔感ないホテル、本当に寝るだけ、値段をかなり抑えたい方には良いと思います。 - アメリカンビレッジに近い事 安さのみです 部屋、洗面台、シャワー室、トイレ全てにおいて 清潔感なし。壁の剥がれ、タイルの剥がれはそのまま 雨漏りはするし、虫は出る。 部屋はベッドのシーツが洗われてるから分からない感じなのど、掛け布団の汚れは目立つ。 隣の人の音や外の音は聞こえまくり。 シャワー室はシャワーが壊れていたり、着替え等の置く場所が無い。トイレはドアが完全に閉まらず、外から見える場所もある。 洗面台はドライヤーの首が壊れているまま。

- yuzi (2/5): だんだんとボロになっている - 安い ・トイレの洗面所が使えない ・2つのトイレの内、一つが長い間故障したまま ・洗濯機の排水が廊下に流れ出している。スタッフに言ったがそのまま ・無料レンタルの自転車が有料に変更になっていた。利用出来る時間が15:00〜21:00で朝から使えなくてかなり使い難い。

- ゆ (1/5): - ベッドの骨組みが壊れていて凹み沈みがすごくて寝れる状態ではなかったです。 ちょうど腰の部分だったので腰が沈み寝ることはできません。 壊れているのに気づいていないのか。。もしそうなら寝具シーツもしっかり交換されていないのでは？という気持ちになりました。 シャワールーム鍵がかからないのも不安でなりませんでした。 我慢して一晩すごそうと思いましたがとにかくベッドがすごい凹みでどうにもならなくて、 夜の２０時半ごろチェックインして２１時半後にはチェックアウトしました。 滞在時間１時間ほどで宿をでて、車で就寝しました。

- Mirian (1/5): Não fiquei no moquifo - Gente , quarto super sujo . Não tinha banheiro para mulheres ( estava quebrado e não podia usar ). O quarto estava usado e não foi limpo . Foi o pior lugar . A minha sorte que cancelei e teve reembolso , e fiquei 1 noite na casa de uma amiga . Não recomendo nem para um cachorro . Sem limpeza , sem banheiro feminino , pequeno . Os homens ficam na ala feminina também . Maior bagunça

- SATOKO (2/5): - ベッドシーツにシミがあり、🐜が数匹はっててスタッフに確認してもらいましたが、替えのシーツがなく有り合わせのカバーを敷き、被り布団、クッションを撤去しました。女子トイレもチェックイン後、故障で使用不可。部屋のドアも床とこすれて人一人通れるのがやっと。とにかく汚い、というしかない。バイトスタッフであろう方には「ここで宿泊して健康被害に遭ったら、そちらも困るはずだから、基本的な清掃はちゃんとして下さい」と、伝えました。

- B (2/5): It’s like sleeping at a campsite with used sheets and a bed. - It had a roof and you could control your own room temperature. The pizza on the floor on the hallway was not a good first or last impression. The hotel was made out of old train cars and wooden hallways leading outside. The showers were not clean with mold growing in them and the toilet doors did not have a lock on them. Bring slippers or shower shoes, your own sheets and bedding, towels, and a second pillow if there is more than of you. There weren’t any bugs or pests of any kind.

I’m not sure for many days but it did what it needed to do for the price - It offered so much inclusive to the room booking, such as free laundry washing (drying was a very small price), communal area to eat and even bikes to use for free. The guy at the front desk was fantastic in answering any questions and helping me locate shops nearby It could really do with a deep clean down so it doesn’t make you question hygiene over all but can’t really complain much at the price though

- Rosie (1/5): Damp - Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was extremely mouldy and had a strong chemical smell which we assumed was some sort of spray to mask the smell of the mould. Bed sheets were damp. We had to leave the hotel and stay elsewhere because it was that bad. We didn't receive a refund despite reaching out to the hostel.
