- Mourad (7/5): Bon séjour , bon emplacement mais petit déjeuner à revoir - L’emplacement idéal près du tramway Le petit déjeuner : pas de jus d’orange juste eau mélangé à une poudre , idem pour jus de pomme … Pas de vrai omelette ( en extra) mais œufs au four ! Pas de viennoiserie . Pain déjà chauffée remis à la clientèle dans panier. Ça manque de diversité ! Les derniers arrivés n’ont plus de fruit par exemple . Petit déjeuner à revoir pour un 4 étoiles . Le matelas de ma fille était mort !

- Chahine (6/5): - l'emplacement, le sauna, la salle de sport et la piscine, quelque membre du personnelle était sympa en entrant dans la chambre il y avait toujours des fortes odeurs, que l'on ferme ou non les toilettes, salle de bain l'odeur désagréable persiste. Mauvaise aération de la chambre, il fait assez chaud la nuit. Fenetre qui sert a rien a part faire rentrer les odeurs de cigarette... la télé était casser et ils ont essayer de nous la faire payer 400 euro alors que ont y était pour rien (en plus la télé ne valait clairement pas 400 euros...)
- GIORGOS SOULIMIOTIS (10/5): - I stayed at Victory Hotel & Spa Istanbul and overall I had a very good experience. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, as it is very close to the Grand Bazaar and most of the main attractions of the old city, which made getting around very easy. The staff was polite and willing to help, especially Mr. Güven Çakmakci, who was professional, friendly, and always available to assist us with a smile. The rooms were clean and well maintained, while the spa and pool were a very nice bonus after long walks around Istanbul. Thank you for everything Magdalini - Olga
- kamel (1/5): c'est catastrophique - tout etait sale, cassé et personnel tres désagréable deja l accueil tres desagreable par une vieille femme a la reception . a l entree ça sentait tres mauvais, puis dans la chambre les chaises etaient tres sales , un vieux chauffage cassé, pas de miroir dans la salle de bain , l odeur etait insupportables et impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres a cause du bruit, nous avions louer une chambre avec balcon alors que que le balcon n existe pas . impossible de faire marcher la télé, apres reclamation on nous dit d attendre pour le lendemain alors nous avons quitté l hotel le soir a 21h par ce qu impossible d y passez la nuit. une vraie catastrophe

Sehr dreckige Zimmer, zum Teil ein kleines Fenster wo in ein anderes Haus schaut und keine frische Luft reinkommt. Wir hatten 4 Zimmer insgesamt. Also mit älteren Leuten und Rollstuhl, nicht möglich. Gott sei Dank, hat unsere Mama paar Schritte selber machen können.
- MARIGA (9/5): Замечательное расположение отеля! - Расположение отеля - просто супер! В пешей доступности до исторических объектов и мест, которые мы хотели посетить! Остановки трамвая и метро очень близко, магазины, рестораны, обменные пункты, аптека - короче, все, что надо - рядом. Бассейном и спа, к сожалению, не воспользовались, не было времени. Ресторан - на крыше с замечательным видом на мечеть! Номер очень просторный, с видом на площадь Баязит. На рецепшене - очень отзывчивый персонал! При заселении бесплатно повысили категорию номера! Спасибо большое! Любезно вызвали такси для обратной поездки в аэропорт. Завтрак мог бы быть немного поразнообразней. Не было стаканчиков для зубной щетки, но это, конечно, не критично...Пол кафельный холодный, но спасали тапочки в номере.

- Nomad549384 (2/5): worst hotel in istanbul. not a spa hotel - we stayed at this victory Hotel and spa for 6 days. itwas my worst stay in istanbul. it days it 4 star but i think it was 1 star hotel. our room was smelly. it smelt of damb and rotten eggs from the bathroom. even complained just once something was thrown in the shower. breakfast was average. we had breakfast out most of the time because there was nothing tasty on the menu. the staff was very rude. we asked for a bottle of water second day and was told only water was given first day. we were not allowed to use the hammam because it was booked for others from outside. but the the reason webooked this hotel because of the spa. Don't waste your money on this hotel .

- AMG247 (8/5): INCREDIBLE HAMMAM BY NEPALI THERAPISTS HIDDEN GEMS IN ISTANBUL 🫶 - We were celebrating our special wedding anniversary and booked a Hammam at the Victory Hotel. What can I can I say what a wonderful experience!! The 2 Nepali ladies were beyond reviewable.... absolutely awesome massage, facial & Hammam. The whole treatment was unbelievable and incredibly amazing 👏. The only drawback is the 2x spa reception guys who were too fast for us to pay in advance when we hadn't had a treatment and had already paid half the deposit. Also after the treatments they didn't allow us to use the Pool or the Gym.... said it was only for residents. The changing room had good locker service but only the male changing room was in use so everyone had to wait to change. If they could be even more hospitable we would've gone 1 more time before we leave Turkey.

- Fhozila (8/5): What a lovely stay! - My second time staying here and it was a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room which was amazing! The breakfast was really good and the staff were so friendly. Would highly recommend! Only 2 small things we noticed which would have changed our rating to 10. There is no ramp at the entrance so it was a little hard to get in and out the building with a pram. And there were some noticeable stains on the bed throw which is for decor so didn’t bother us too much.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Am Beyazit-Platz kann man sitzen und die Leute beobachten. Es gibt Geschäfte und den Bazar ganz in der Nähe. Man hat eine Auswahl von verschiedenen Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her 👍

- Mohammad (8/5): Overall the stay was nice - It is very near to grand bazaar and other shops and the staff were very nice. The housekeeping Maya also did a fantastic job and was a very nice person. They are not flexible in terms of check out time and we had to stay out for 8 hours without a room
- Saima (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the hotel is very central and it is easy access within 10-15mins to all the major landmarks, restaurants and shops. The Spa area was very modern, really clean, in much better state then the hotel itself. The rooms are very basic and didn't quite allow for family to comfortably stay there. We had additional single bed put into the room which were not able to book online. The hotel staff did try and help. The breakfast was again basic and the selection was very limited. The drinks machines were not filled up all the time. The bathroom in the room had a shower which was constantly facing the wall and it was not possible to move this centrally. On the first floor WIFI was on and off however if you had a room on the 3rd floor or above WIFI coverage was great.
- edoh2025 (2/5): Avoid this hotel! - Very, very bad experience, I do not recommend this hotel at all, definitely avoid it. The rooms are very dirty and we had a very unpleasant experience in their spa which is also very dirty. A man who works at the spa came into the sauna and attacked us directly because we put a few drops of mint in the sauna water, and there was no one in the whole spa. We were verbally assaulted, we even considered calling the police. Breakfast is also very poor. Basically, look for any other hotel but this one
