• Ruvina (8/5): We had nice, unforgettable hotel stay & great hospitality of Mr.Abhijith & staff is highly apricated - Caring of the staff over guests, specially the Manager Mr. Abhijith and his staff is greatly appreciated. Facilities were provided in an attractive manner. Spacious room is very clean and tidy. All old bathroom fixtures gives an imperial feeling ! Ceramics items are well cleaned and maintained but metal items were neglected.

• Bela (10/5): Az egyik ha nem a legjobb az ár , érték, elhelyezkedés szempontjából . - A hotel a város szívében, a legtöbb látnivalóhoz közel , viszont egy csendes mellék utcában helyezkedik el. A személyzet barátságos , segítőkész … csak jókat tudok róluk mondani.
• Anna (7/5): В следующий раз планируем в нем остановиться , если цена будет адекватная - Останавливались в этом отеле на 3 дня . Хорошая локация , метро близко , много лавок с фруктами и водой . Сразу попадаешь в атмосферу Дели . Такси от аэропорта днем по времени около 40 мин -1 часа ( пробки ) ранним утром 30 мин . Номер среднего размера , чайник по запросу предоставили , холодильник в номере был . Окна выходили на небольшую улицу , шумно не было . Пастельное белье чистое , но цвет не белоснежный. Это из-за воды , в процессе стирки все белое становится серым . Полотенце чистое , но не новое .Шампунь, гель в душ в номере были . В душевой кабине был скользкий пол , не очень хорошо вымыт . Номер был не очень убран . Хотелось его вымыть еще раз . Если не обращать внимание на эти недочеты , то можно в нем останавливаться . Цены на сетевые отели на много выше . Все зависит от вашего восприятия .

• Ola (9/5): Muy bien para la zona - Bastante lujoso para la zona y por el precio que costaba. Habitación enorme, cómoda y limpia. Las fotos se ajustan a la realidad. Para una estancia corta es muy recomendable. El baño necesita una renovación, o por lo menos una limpieza profunda de grifos y partes metálicas. Lo bueno es que la ducha estaba separada del resto, que es toda una excepción en la India. La ventana no la habían limpiado en años, pero daba a un patio de luces, así que tampoco había mucho que ver. El barrio es un horror, pero todos los hoteles están en es ese barrio, así que no hay mucho donde elegir.

Talán a matrac a szobában … de ez ízlés kérdése, én a kemény mattracot szeretem, a szobában kicsit puhább volt.

Last year in February, I stayed here with my entire family, in December I came again with my father, and this January I stayed alone. Each time, the experience has been equally warm, comfortable, and reassuring. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Aarti—she is truly wonderful, very caring, attentive, and always makes sure guests feel safe and comfortable. Because of her and the team, the environment feels very good and secure. Every stay here feels like home, and you are treated like family. That’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommended! • Walter (10/5): - It's a good hotel for the price. Rooms are big, comfortable, with split AC and quite clean. Staff is really nice and helpful, especielly Aarti and Ravi. I could store some baggage for 2 weeks and they printed out my boardig pass. Well, bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Un altro lato positivo è che il cibo, è buono, e se lo chiedi no piccante lo fanno no piccante, cosa che non succede altrove. Non c’è il ristorante internamente ma te lo portano in camera Il letto troppo morbido, ci si sprofonda, lo staff specie in reception che ti guarda con supponenza, per non farmi pagare in contanti si sono inventati che la macchina per il pagamento era rotta. Mi chiedo se fosse stato il mio unico metodo se magicamente avesse funzionato. È un 3 stelle ma potrebbe essere anche un 2

It made the stay pleasant. Wi-Fi was not working in the room, and mobile networks like Jio and Airtel also had no signal inside. Work remain pending due to this.

Miss Arti and Mr. Ravi, the managers, were polite and managed everything well. The staff was cooperative and helpful throughout. However, the Wi-Fi did not work inside the room, which made it difficult to get any online work done. Also, there was no mobile network signal for Jio and Airtel inside the room. Because of this, some important work remained pending during my stay.

• Yen (10/5): Highly recommended - It’s a very good hotel. Clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. Water and toiletries set were provided upon check in. Bedsheet and toilet were clean. There were some big groups of local tourists staying in the hotel but making noise in the midnight on the corridor. The staffs were very understanding to step out upon request and kindly requesting them to stay quiet.

Our booking which we thought was an executive suite w/ additional bed. • Travelismylife (8/5): Value for money. - I like that loction, because it is in the near of NDLS train station and airport metro (20 mins walking distance). I like the room itself, because there are no cockroaches like in other hotels in Paharganj area. The price is also good, I got early 2024 discount and booking.com genius program discount as well. Every time when I entered my room, there was a massive smell of cigarette. I suggest to make the whole hotel or at least some rooms non-smoking, because the smell was disgusting.

• Ilze (8/5): safe and cleen hotel in a hearr of Pahar Ganj - right locatio if you want to stay in Pagar Ganj but little out of the crazy noise. clean. safe place. stuff is very friendly and helpful. there is no water heater in a room. no way to make a tea or coffee. since it was hot need to use the ceiling fan all night… what made it unplesant to sleep under that wind. one night were lowd voices till 4 am .

• Nina (5/5): Passable - Staff is professional, location is good, rooms are spacious No coffee or tea in the room. I wanted a cup of tea at 10 pm and was told by reception it wasn't possible. The rooms we had originally booked had no outside windows, eventhough we had emailed beforehand and asked about it. We were upgraded for free to rooms with windows.
