• Guest (9/5): Perfect hotel in a fabulous location. - We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was perfect in a great location. Fabulous breakfast and lovely staff. We will return. Short walk to the beach, great views from the roof top pool and our room. The room was really nice and clean. Great stay. Sadly, we did not use the pool as loungers were reserved very early. The big sun beds are very expensive €75. That was a shame.

Didn't like the bedroom, shower and toilet layout, all in one with no privacy. Also lovely helpful staff particularly Carmen and Karina in dining room. Basin tap in room 1517 needs fixing - it's stiff and squeeky ALL COVERED ABOVE.

• Daniel (2/5): Entäuschend, schlechtes Essen, entspricht maximal einem 3 Sterne Hotel - Das Zimmer war klein aber ok. Sonst nicht wirklich viel, am morgen nur Schatten!!! Des Weiteren gab es keine Bademäntel und Hausschuhe im Zimmer bei der Ankunft, auf verlangen dann erhalten 😏 Trinkwasser wurde auch nicht ohne Verlangen nachgeliefert usw. usw… wie z.B. Sonnenliegen werden zu 75 EUR vermietet, das ist inakzeptabel im 5 ⭐️ Hotel Zusammenfassend: nicht empfehlenswert wenn mann eine 5-Sterne Unterkunft mit den entsprechenden Annehmlichkeiten und gutem Essen erwartet !!! Die Qualität von Essen war schlecht, Früchte nicht reif, Fisch trocken und verkocht, Paella extrem ölig, generell Fleisch fettig und ölig zubereitet, teilweise gar nicht geniessbar … das ist maximal schlechte 3 Sterne Küche!!!!

• Claire (10/5): Excellent hotel, amazing friendly staff and lovely food. - This hotel exceeded my expectations, the staff throughout were so lovely they even gave us a bottle of wine and fruit as a gift on arrival. We stayed in room 1606 the view was amazing. We loved the rooftop pool and we enjoyed drinks in the downstairs bar and a singer by the pool the last night. The food was amazing and lots of choice we would return again!

• Nicole (10/5): Really good would come back - Everything was amazing, location and look of the hotel. The only thing I would say is the maids definitely don’t clean the room each day they just make the bed and fill toilet roll and towels. Floors weren’t cleaned and mirrors etc weren’t cleaned.

• Alicia (8/5): Super séjour - En premier lieu, merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour leur aide. Mention spéciale pour le personnel de l'accueil qui est au top ! L'emplacement, les chambres, le buffet tout était parfait. Le sky bar ferme trop tôt le weekend c'est dommage. Pas assez animé, il manque un peu de musique d'ambiance et le personnel n'est pas du métier "barman" ou "barmaid" pour faire des cocktails et servir les doses d'alcool adaptées. On nous a servi des ricards comme des sirops 🤣 c'était drôle... Mais au vu du prix on s'attend à mieux. Rien de grave mais il faudrait y remédier.

• Debee Tabea (8/5): Excellent beach hotel at Palmanova beach with excellent breakfast. - The breakfast was AMAZING!! Hotel is located right by the beach which is awesome! Rooms are beautiful and with balconies, which is always a plus for me. Hotel facilities are absolutely stunning. Would stay here again for sure. Public parking is a mess and not easy to find unless you pay the extra money for the hotel parking. Also didn’t like the beds, the mattress is memory foam and I woke up every morning in pain.

• Reem (1/5): لا اوصي بالسكن في هذا الفندق - لاشي الفندق خرجت منه قبل انتهاء مدة الحجز لعدم احترامهم للنزيل وعدم الاعتذار عن الاساءات التي تعرضت لها والعنصريه وعائلتي سواء من ادارة الفندق وكذلك الاستقبال ، بالاضافه الى انتهاك خصوصيتي من قبل النزيل الملاصق لغرفتي من الشرفه الخاصه فيني والتعدي علي كذلك بالالفاظ غير لائقه ولم القى الاهتمام الكافي من ادارة الفندق او الاعتذار المناسب .

• LAURENCE (8/5): Agréable séjour proche de Palma (environnement très moyen) - Bel hôtel personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Très copieux et qualitatif petit déjeuner avec terrasse agréable. Chambre bien décorée avec vue mer sue la baie de Palma Hôtel mal placé dans un quartier très populaire malgré la belle plage et des bons restaurants qui l'entourent à proximité. Petite chambre et manque d'isolation de la toilette, écoulement d'eau le long de la paroi de douche vers l'extérieur.

• Thorsten (6/5): Trotzdem angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber definitiv keine 5 Sterne - Die Nähe zum Strand und der Strand selbst waren super, Personal sehr freundlich, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, 2 strandhandtücher extra keine abschließbare Toilette am Zimmer, keine ausreichende Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für Kleidung; der Kaffee beim Frühstück war ungenießbar , Kakerlake im Zimmer, es werden hohe Extrakosten für Poolbetten erhoben, insgesamt kein 5 Sterne Hotel
