- Mauri (10/5): - Après de longues journées à voyager à travers le Vietnam, revenir dans cette chambre était toujours un vrai moment de détente. Tout est resté très propre et bien rangé pendant tout mon séjour, et la chambre semblait fraîche chaque jour. On voyait que le personnel de ménage faisait vraiment attention aux petits détails. L’atmosphère était calme et confortable, parfaite pour se reposer complètement après une journée rien bemplie. Honnêtement, le lit était l’un des plus confortables que j’ai eus pendant mon voyage en Asie du Sud-Est. J’ai dormi profondément chaque nuit et je me réveillais vraiment reposé. Les oreillers et la literie étaient doux sans être trop lourds, ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié avec la chaleur. C’est le genre d’endroit où l’on se sent immédiatement bien après une journée à explorer. J’aimais aussi le calme de la chambre le soir. Des choses simples comme la propreté et une bonne nuit de sommeil font toute la différence quand on voyage, et cet endroit réussissait parfaitement les deux.

L’atmosphère était chaleureuse et accueillante, la chambre était confortable, et l’expérience globale a largement dépassé mes attentes. Ce qui m’a le plus marqué, c’est l’efficacité et la réactivité du personnel. Chaque demande ou question a été prise en charge presque immédiatement, ce qui m’a permis de me sentir vraiment bien accompagné tout au long de mon voyage.
- Selina (9/5): Gutes City Hotel - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine gute Auswahl an westlichen und asiatischen Speisen sowie frisches Obst und Orangensaft. Zusätzlich konnte man warme Gerichte wie French Toast oder Omelette frisch bestellen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt. Sowohl die Klimaanlage als auch die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – mitten im Old Quarter, und der Nachtmarkt befindet sich praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Außerdem gab es kostenloses Wasser in Flaschen. Als ich Probleme mit meiner Kreditkarte hatte, half mir das Hotelpersonal leider nicht. Ein Reisebüro in der Nähe hat mir dann geholfen. Ohne Bargeld kommt man in Hanoi nicht weit. Nachts wird draußen auf der Straße laut gearbeitet, was in einem Zimmer mit Balkon (Zimmer 401) deutlich zu hören ist. Tagsüber gibt es – typisch für Hanoi – viel Verkehr und Hupen, aber insgesamt war es tagsüber ruhiger als in der Nacht.

We were early like an hr and even though the room was available already, they asked for %30 rate if we would like to check in early. We've been to many hotels in Vietnam and every other hotel was very helpful on that. Common toilet areas were poor and lacking the soap etc. Overall it wasn't too bad but we've stayed in much nicer places for more reasonable prices.

- Marcel (4/5): Do not take room 504 - Friendly staff, good beds, breakfast was reasonable Very noisy. The reason is that in room 504 they put the wrong door to enter the room (it was probably orginally a bathroom door). It is only 2 mm thick as there were painted glass plates. As a result you can hear every sound and the room is next to the lift with hotel staff using it as a resting floor. Also the shower had no water pressure and had no air curculation.

Avevo scelto questo hotel per avere il balcone ma in realtà si tratta di una veranda con finestra quindi non un vero e proprio esterno Al nostro arrivo alle 11 dopo un volo di 13 ore la stanza era già pronta Purtroppo, per il check in anticipato di 2 ore ci hanno fatto pagare la metà di una notte addizionale il che è comprensibile ma un po deludente a livello esperienza clienti

L’enregistrement s’est déroulé de manière fluide et agréable, ce qui a vraiment donné le ton pour le reste de mon séjour. Leur amabilité s’est démarquée et a rendu tout plus simple. Quant à la chambre, elle a honnêtement dépassé mes attentes par rapport aux photos. En réalité, elle paraissait plus spacieuse, plus lumineuse et plus confortable. Les détails étaient soignés, offrant un aspect à la fois élégant et accueillant. C’était l’un de ces rares cas où la réalité est meilleure que les images en ligne.

- Euan (8/5): - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff were very helpful. The location was great! There is a narrow staircase from the ground to 1st floor before you can access the lift. This may be an issue for holidaymakers who have difficulty walking and as a result it should be made clearer when viewing the property. Additionally, the bathroom was clean however it could do with a deep clean as the shower head was full of limescale.

- Michael (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels liegt direkt in der Altstadt. Konnten auch mitten in der Nacht einchecken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausreichend Auswahl. Zimmer und Dusche war sauber. Man hat auch jeden Tag frisches Wasser bekommen. Wie andere schon geschrieben haben ist der Kaffee wirklich schlecht. Auch dass man manchmal beim Nachfüllen beim Frühstück nicht hinterher kam. Auch das Geschirr hätte sauberer sein können. Dass eine Nudelsuppe zum Frühstück aus ist, ist ebenfalls komisch.

Nos ayudaron subiendo las maletas hasta el primer piso, donde estaba el ascensor, y además nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en el hotel durante las noches que pasábamos fuera de Hanói. Las habitaciones eran como en las fotos y se encontraban limpias. El desayuno estaba bueno, aunque quizás había poca variedad. El hotel es muy céntrico, por lo que hubo noches que se escuchaba ruido de la calle, aunque no hasta muy tarde.

Petit déjeuner sympa, mais le premier avantage c.est le personnel dont Victor qui est au top niveau. Ne prenez pas une chambre au premier étage car elle donne dans le réfectoire et donc de grosses nuisances.

Sunday night market is a must do. The family room was large and comfortable and the motel offers a laundry service at good prices. Definitely value for money.

- Loris (3/5): - We could not enjoy properly the hotel since we were told, upon arrival around 8pm, that our room had electrical issue and would not be available before midnight. This was a bummer because we were waking at 5am to go to the airport, so we basically did not enjoy our evening at all. Hotel manager unduly refused any compensation or discount on the price of the stay (100 euros) which we could not enjoy at all and only offered free transfer to the airport. Rooms and bathroom seem cleaned overall though.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. We stayed in 4 different places in Hanoi, and this was our least favourite for value for money for what we got for space, noise control, and facilities. It's absolutely fine as a hotel, we just had much better options to compare it to so this felt small and cramped and noisy to us.

После уборок всегда оставались черные волосы в разных местах (не наши). Горничные начинали работать в 8 утра на нашем этаже, каждый раз, как только они появлялись, становилось очень шумно (хотя это было за дверью в коридоре), что не давало нам больше спать.

This hotel is defrauding Booking.com and we were not happy that upon arrival of our 1 week stay, they told us they had a sale and we could save so much more money by booking directly. After some fast talking and reviewing our booking on my phone, the desk manager actually clicked on my phone and canceled the booking. We then paid them directly for the week. They went into the system and accepted our cancelation. We only saved about $25 and were not happy to lose the Booking.com Booking. The staff at this hotel are not friendly at all. They in fact are miserable. Every request was met with a scowl. Terrible. The sound proofing was also terrible. Every morning you can hear the breakfast buffet dishes clattering and staff noise beginning at 6am. I would never stay here again. Do not recommend.
