- Holvin (10/5): - Excellent location just steps from the coast. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. The pool is a great option after a day at the beach. The room was very pleasant and clean, with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and safe deposit. We suggest placing the sink outside the bathroom, as the bathroom area in room 101 is very small and uncomfortable. We love Rincon.

The little on-site store made grabbing things on the way to the beach (literally just a one-minute walk!) super easy. I also appreciated the guides in the room with tips for local restaurants, businesses, and transportation. The whole property was spotless and very well cared for. Highly recommend!

- Moses (6/5): My personal experience - This is base on my personal experience only. They are some issues with this particular room. In the bathroom, the shower placement will flood half of the bathroom due to unproper balance of the floor for water flow, the flushing handle of the toilet and the leak has to be address as well. This is an excellent prime location, everything else was great.

Lot of really good scenery close walking distance along the beach. The only complaint about my room is the shower head was really bad and the toilet handle was broke. Other than that, I would stay here again for sure!

The issue was our window was adjacent to the pool of the air B&B. The people were so loud as if they were literally in our bedroom itself. I could not attached the audio I recorded. Security got them to turn the music down, but still so loud outside our window. The owner(s) was friendly, place was clean, 2 bedrooms were great. Can’t flush the toilet paper, but common on the island.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Uncomfortable bed and loud music - The staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. The room was spacious, but the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely hard. I experienced neck pain every morning after waking up. Additionally, the shower needs fixing; it is built higher inside and lower outside, which prevents proper drainage. This causes water to flow back into the bathroom and, if there aren't enough towels to absorb it, it leaks into the room. On top of these issues, the hotel is located next to a bar that has loud live music until midnight every day. If you’re tired after a long day out and want to sleep early, it can be difficult, especially if you are a light sleeper.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great except loud bar - The room was clean and nice, the staff was very friendly, the shower had hot water, the beach nearby and restaurants around were great. However, I would not recommend staying here unless you are interested in the late night scene. The Big Kahuna bar across the street plays very loud music every night (til 2am fri-Sat, til midnight every other night) that was very loud (audible lyrics, can feel the bass) in our room. Pretty much impossible to fall asleep without good earplugs, which was really unfortunate.

- Charles (4/5): Not Mi Casa - We stayed at Casa Verde because it's a great location. Unfortunately, nothing else about the stay was great. Our room was right under the bar, which played loud music with lots of screams and hooting till 11:00 pm (we left early but were told the music plays till 2:00 am on weekends). The floor in the room wasn't clean. The bathroom was a joke, not big enough to turn around in and barely a trickle of water in the sink. The staff was nice enough, offering us earplugs for the music, but they wouldn't or couldn't change our room. We won't stay here again.

- jose (6/5): Honest review - It was a nice hotel. The only thing is they have a bar which is nice but the noise level is to load to around midnight. This might not bother some people. But I am a lite sleeper. Also had the feel if I was I Destin, Florida. It have been nice to have more traditional Spanish culture around. Also, I was a bit surprised that I was locked out my room because there was a balance of 25 dollars which I could have payed at check out.

- Valerie (10/5): - Came with my brother to see the vibes in Rincon and we found this place last minute. Staff was very quick to accommodate our stay! Owner Travis was helpful with our toilet problem. Security guard Angel was very nice and helped us find a parking spot and got us to our room immediately. Great staff and beautiful place to stay with a fun bar next door. We recommend this place and will return again in the near future.

- Betzaida Liz (4/5): Needs improvement - This room needs improvement. The bathroom shower is broken causing the water to come out of the shower. The towels smell like cooking oil. The beds sound. The curtains do not cover the intense light of the hallway. Difficult to sleep at night.
- Emma (10/5): - I am so happy we chose this accommodation. We got a King Room, over the pool with a little view of the ocean. The room was well presented with every thing we needed. There is a fantastic bar/restaurant on the property and they had entertainment each night and every band was excellent. There is a convenience store on the property too with all you need. The location is great, close to everything, walk to places and a short drive to others. The staff, security and the owners are very attentive. We would for sure go back and will be telling everyone else to as well.

- Pedro J (8/5): - Room needed bedside tables and lights for guests who like to read before going to sleep. All room lamps (2 and 1 on walls next to beds and 1 on the ceiling) turn on/off with single switch. No staff member on front desk when I checked out.

- Myrna (10/5): - Casa Verde has been a wonderful discovery. From Travis the owner, to the cleaning girls, everyone is so nice. My room was comfortable and super clean. Next to my room I had a little terrace where I would go to sun bathe and then go down to the pool area. I have spent the most wonderful days at Casa Verde and already have my reservation made for next time. And from now on, the last week of August is for Rincón and Casa Verde. Oh before I forget, they have a bar, Bug Kahuna. Bar there is the best and the food, so fresh. Can’t wait to be back.

- Sergio (4/5): - Found bugs in the room the first day and stains on the sheets checked another room out and found the same bugs. Staff is nice and showed us the spots to go on in very grateful. Location is only good if you have car rental but close to Sandy beach.
- vicswagbucks (2/5): The Kahuna bouncer was the reception at this hotel - We were unable to reach reception despite attempted calls at different times. Upon our late arrival, there was no one in the reception despite being told that someone would be there until 10 or 11pm and a note was left in the reception’s closed door directing us to go to the Kahuna bar to meet with the bouncer for access into our room. In summary, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the room’s floor was dirty, the music from Kahuna bar played loud all night, there was no hot water despite a sign in the room that said to run it for 10 minutes, the hotel's bar was closed and the hotel staff was cold and indifferent to our concerns. Upon checking out, the reception staff member “Alex” did not even acknowledge or said goodbye. I must conclude with this warning: Be careful using the Waze app in Puerto Rico as often times it provides inaccurate directions. In attempting to find the hotel, we almost got stuck on a dark narrow gravel road with deep holes atop of a steep hill.

Very honest and very professional will go again there. We left a day early due to a death in the family. Next time we go I want to enjoy the pool and the amenities around the area.

I attempted to reach them at different times but was unsuccessful. There was no one in the reception area upon our arrival and a note was left in the reception’s closed door directing us to go to the Kahuna bar to meet with the bouncer for access into our room. - Anna (8/5): - The physical property is beautiful, steps from the beach with amazing sunsets, and the rooms are spacious, well lit and decorated. Unfortunately, bathroom shower water isnt hot, even after running the water for 15 minutes.

- Nadiv (10/5): - We had an amazing stay! The staff was super helpful and the location was awesome, just a block away from the beach. The bar attached to the hotel could get a bit loud at night, but they stopped playing music at around midnight, so it wasnt an issue for us. Overall, a lovely stay.
- Neftaliz (8/5): Clean and Dependable, Great Location - Overall, Casa Verde is a great place to stay. Clean, staff is friendly, neighborhood is great. It has newer owners - it’s been a few years since we’ve stayed and some aspects are not as nice as they used to be but we got a great deal, July being the off-season. For what we paid, it was great. A safe, dependable place to stay in Rincon, which has become pricey.

- Chelsea (6/5): - This place was cute and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel could use a bit of a renovation. The towels were old and dingy, there was no hot water (solar) despite instructions to let it run for 10 minutes. And the air conditioner caused quite a bit of an allergic reaction for all of us. However, the pool was cute and the location was a perfect distance to the beach- only a couple of blocks. They also offered several amenities such as beach towels and rentals of sorts.

- Anibal (4/5): - I like the restaurant in the area, the attractions, shopping areas. I didn't like the hotel's room, the TV didn't work, no hot water in the shower, low water pressure in the shower.
- Karen (6/5): - I liked the area, it was a cute place but what I didn’t like was the noise, music late at night from the restaurant/bar area, the water pressure in the shower was very bad, and they should have conditioner to put in hair after you shampoo for people with long hair.
