• Amy (8/5): Clean, friendly, value for money - Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable- facilities were as expected for the price, and were all functional and nice. Breakfast had some variety- cooked English breakfast and croissants, cereal. Not elaborate but filling and plentiful. Breakfast tables weren't cleared very quickly despite staff constantly running about- it's quite busy for a small-ish number of staff.

Very limited breakfast options, especially for vegans or pescatarians. No fridge!! Had requested for a room with a good view of the outside, still got a corner room facing another building. Staff aren't very polite or accommodating. Very poor response to messages before the arrival date.

• Hannah (8/5): Great value, good location just not the most comfortable - Good location, great air con in the rooms, good value, good breakfast Could do with a a refurb in the rooms, our paint was all chipped and the carpet was frayed. The bed was really uncomfortable hard and the pillows weren’t comfortable both of us didn’t sleep very well due to this.

• Kehinde (10/5): ​"Exactly what a Holiday Inn should be: Clean, comfortable, and friendly" - The atmosphere, staff and food is 10/10 There was a smell immediately we entered the room guess it's the rug that need an airfreshner or windows open abit before the arrival of ur guests will be fine,more so the room was very cold at some point we informed the staff who gave us a small heater to use .

• Bono Roch (1/5): - Mi è piaciuto solo il ragazzo dello staff presente al nostro arrivo e quando siamo andati via Molto educato e gentile Ho prenotato dal 15 al 19 maggio una stanza matrimoniale con divano letto per 2 adulti e 2 bambini al nostro arrivo verso l’una di notte la camera non era pronta e il divano letto non presentava il materasso ed era chiuso. Ci hanno dovuto dividere di stanza per la notte, il giorno dopo quando era ora di darci la camera giusta ci hanno dato una stanza occupata, a quel punto sono riusciti a trovare una stanza libera. Intanto il personale è stato molto scortese nel trovarci un’altra sistemazione il secondo giorno. Staff pessimo tranne un ragazzo gentilissimo

• Ken (4/5): Shocked and disappointed at the 12 room allocation of leftover room even with booking months ahead. - The staff was consistently polite and respectful. We provided 12 room nights over 3 rooms and seemed to be treated far worse than a last minute one night travel. Booking months ahead should have provided us with a room presence rather than being allocated the leftovers. Shocked and disappointed.

• Kian (1/5): - Our hotel room absolutely stunk off piss the pillow cases had sharp zips on them which cut me in the night and we had curtains right above our heads in the night also I paid for 2 cookie doughs in the bar then was later told they had none left they didn’t offer me a refund they just told me to have something else so we had one ice cream which should of been £2 cheaper but wasn’t offered any money back then I had a sticky toffee pudding which was absolutely disgusting overall our stay was really bad and I feel like I shouldn’t be paying for it

We hadn't realised there was a big run on and a football match so the hotel was very full so breakfast was a bit hit and miss in comparison to the previous morning when it was excellent.

• Shinnade (5/5): Satisfactory but not the best for a 2 night stay for multiple rooms - The location was good and the rooms were nice and the bathrooms was clean There was a boiler sound with a running water sound throughout both nights I believe rooms that are down the corridor away from the lifts side can hear it more which my room was one of them The breakfast wasn’t great and not much options and variety for vegetarian I also booked 6 rooms with instructions and they was not followed and asked for rooms on Same level if possible as I booked very early in advance. And needed an accessible room and a room with a sofa bed and a room with a cot and these rooms was not correct on the day.

The bathroom was beautiful, lovely big shower, everywhere was spotless. Big lovely room, comfiest beds ever. Big tv! Lots of channels. Just outstanding especially for the price too. Close to shops and not far from train station. 'Loyal' tho the staff member went above and beyond for us a huge thankyou 🙏🏻 ❤️ from me and my daughter ❤️ I loved everything
