No vibe and too many corporate uncles who fill up the hotel and stare at women in a bad way. Felt uncomfortable. My wife didn't even went to swimming. Hard rock destroyed their reputation and brand value by organizing this kinda shit picnic inside the hotel. Never going back. This was my third and last time.

While the room was on the smaller side, it featured a very upbeat, modern design with high-quality upholstery and an incredibly comfortable bed, making for a restful stay. Dining & Amenities: Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—offering a huge and vivid range of options to suit any palate. Dining: While the on-site dining is a bit on the costly side, the food quality is excellent. Facilities: The temperature-controlled pool is large, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind. Service Highlights I would like to give a special mention to Peki, who was incredibly enthusiastic. She went above and beyond by assisting us with photos and ensuring we were comfortable with water while we waited for our car. - Devp98177 (10/5): The Poolside Experience That Keeps Me Coming Back - I recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Goa for the second time, and once again, it delivered a fantastic experience. The staff is truly excellent… warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is another big plus, with Calangute market just a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for exploring. What really stands out for me is the pool area. It’s absolutely top notch. The live DJ adds great energy, and the poolside Tonic Bar along with its bartenders create an amazing vibe. This entire environment is honestly the highlight of the hotel and the main reason I’d choose to come back again and again. The Rock Suite was comfortable, though I feel it could benefit from better lighting. Breakfast was slightly below expectations this time, mainly due to some items being unavailable because of an ongoing LPG issue. Overall, another great stay, and definitely a place I’d keep returning to.

Drinks prices is not value for money. Last but not least, Staff behavior and ignorance towards customers. Trying to verify customer identity (asking about room number to check free breakfast included or not) in the middle of breakfast which is unacceptable

From the rooms, to the air conditioning not working, no hot water, dust and dirt everywhere… to being told at the end of our trip that this hotel isn’t actually part of the Hard Rock hotel group!!! They just use the name. I’m not actually sure how this is a 5 star hotel.
- ravinders768 (6/5): Hard Rock Goa - March 2026 - Stayed here for 1 week on a half board basis. Staff were very good although the bar service was a little slot at times. Special call out for Iba, young lady working in the restaurant, excellent attentive service from Day 1 and continued throughout our stay. Rooms were comfortable, the hotel is sited off the main road and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. Entertainment at the hotel was of a fair standard. Small pool and basic amenities at the Hotel. The food in the restaurant was generally good but lacked variety, you become bored with the buffet very quickly. Eating at the local restaurants, where the locals dine, is very cheap -not gourmet but tasty enough. The price creeps at the "tourist" restaurants and the Hard Rock itself, which is very expensive in comparison. The people staying at the hotel were a mix of locals and what seemed to be members of Saga over 55's from the UK. Generally, a pleasant stay, but nothing exceptional that would tempt us back.
- Comeonyouirons1966 (8/5): Good but not great - More a 3.5 than a 4 star but it was kept really clean and the staff as always in Goa were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were clean and the bed was quite comfortable, we had 2 junior suites. One thing I would say is that the showes were cold. Barely any hot water at all, no mater what the configuration of the mixer was set at. The sun beds didn't come with cusions (a big failing tbh). The pool though was great, really big and during the hours of 13.00 to 16.00 on every day it was virtually millionaires swimming. Breakfast was a bit of a 'hotch potch' mix and match of places to get your food and coffee. Understandably it was very Asian based and not too much for the European palet, but tasty nevertheless. Lots of fruit available. All in all a great value hotel to stay at and we would most definitly come back again for another visit.

- Namita (10/5): - The entire experience was surreal. The staff was extremely cordial. Hygiene and house keeping were impeccable. The music was amazing. The pool was awesome. We had a blast. The cabs dont reach the venue as the local cab operators object. We would have loved a little bit of luxury.

- Hans-Michael (8/5): Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Strandanbindung wäre der I-Punkt. 5-7 Tage könnte ich mir dort gut vorstellen. Für läng - Geräumig. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur der Shop. Der hatte ein sehr übersichtliches Angebot. Man dachte, der Shop ist geschlossen. Es war aber nur der Eingang geschlossen. Man musste einen Hintereingang nehmen. Am Folgetag hat mir das ein Gast gesagt. Kein Shirt für mich in L. Aus Verzweiflung hab ich eine Strandtasche genommen. Die letzte in rot. Schien allerdings gebraucht. Konnte erst nach Waschen verschenkt werden. Es scheint, einen Reparaturstau zu geben. Mehrere Sprinkler im Flur haben getropft und hatten rostige Stellen …
- Rob (10/5): Amazing! - 4 nights, Deluxe King Room with Pool View. Lovely room, very spacious and comfortable, in fact one of the best beds I've slept in! The self-service breakfast was a lovely blend of local and continental options, the Tropic Bar snack menu had great choices for lunch and the dinner choices in the evening were varied too! We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool every day and thoroughly enjoyed the High Bar Bubbly Brunch on the Saturday; and all inclusive deal for around £20 that you need to book in advance, due to its popularity. Beer, spirits, cocktails and awesome food. Well worth every penny. Everything about the Hard Rock speaks quality; from the detailed bed linen to well thought out menu. The staff here are impeccably dressed, interactive and attentive. They truly do know how to Love All, Serve All.

- Paul (9/5): Lovely stay - The whole hotel was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful. Overall a great stay. The shower by the pool needs a non-slip mat. I slipped and twisted my back. I did mention it to the pool man.

- markstephensonuk (10/5): Great staff , hotel need a bit of an upgrade - I recently stayed at Hard Rock Goa and found it to be a great place to unwind. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the overall vibe makes it easy to switch off. That said, the rooms could use some updating, as they feel a little dated, and the pool area would really benefit from more sun loungers. What truly sets this hotel apart is the Tonic Bar and its incredible staff. They are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Ambassador, in particular, was fantastic—always smiling, always helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy throughout our stay. Her warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. I would return to Hard Rock Goa purely because of the staff, not the rooms. They are the heart of the hotel.
