• Milena (7/5): Parfait pour un court séjour et à 5' de l'aéroport de Tivat. - L'appartement est très bien agencé. Nous nous sommes senties à l'aise. C'était très propre. Il y a un parking à disposition gratuitement et le personnel est très sympathique. Un seul duvet sur le lit. Si celui-ci était placé à l'horizontal, il était assez large pour 2 personnes mais beaucoup trop court pour couvrir les jambes et pieds. Si on le tournait dans l'autre sens, il était parfait pour une seule personne. Dommage qu'il n'y en avait pas deux. Mais le réceptionniste nous a ensuite donné une couverture supplémentaire et cela a été. Dans la salle de bain, manque des crochets pour suspendre peignoir, linges et vêtements. Mais sinon super sdb. La porte-fenêtre de la chambre à coucher ne se fermait pas, nous avons donc dormi avec la porte ouverte, heureusement que nous avons pu fermer les stores. Insonorisation moyenne, nous avions l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée à côté de la porte d'entrée et c'était assez bruyant.

• Robertson (1/5): Bad - Nothing although the girl receptionist was helpful when I pointed out the description of what I had thought I had booked did not match what we got. DO NOT STAY HERE PICTURES DO NOT REPRESENT THE ACTUAL ACCOMMODATION. THE HOTEL DID MOVE US TO A ROOM IN THE HOTEL FROM THE APARTMENT WHICH WAS HORRENDOUS. DIRTY, SMELL OF SMOKE, ELETRICAL OUTLETS HANGING OFF THE WALL, AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING. HOTEL ROOM BETTER CLEANER BUT MATTRESS HAD BURNS, SHEETS DID NOT FIT AND WERE VERY ROUGH. DEFINITELY NOT 4 STAR. HOT TUB CLOSED AND NO ACCESS TO ROOFTOP.

• Biljana (5/5): Passable - Location Wi-Fi didn’t work even for a minute making it difficult to get any work done.TV was working for a bit and kept switching off, Despite raising the issue with the front desk few times,the guy who came once was quite unpleasant because he had to get out of his bed(his words) and couldn’t do anything about it. The room was not properly cleaned. First night we even didn’t have a sheets for the bed and pillow cases. There were stains on the pillows and on the curtains. Air Con’s didn’t have a proper covers ,(dangerous for kids) and huge amounts of dust inside of it!Cleaners just kept emptying one small bin in the sitting room and that’s all about the cleaning apartment! Food was kind ok ,waitresses low experience. Very disappointing. I expected a much better experience for the price I paid. I will not be returning.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, they made my stay with 2 kids very comfortable. The location is awesome. It was my last minute reservation and we were happy to stay there. Highly recommend. You have to book a hot tub before 24 hours.

Room photos are misleading, it feels like you have a jacuzzi on your terrace, but there is only one bathtub for the whole property in the roof. It was not clean you have to inform them 4 hours in prior, pay 25 euros and you can use it only 2-3 hours. It was like a desert on the roof. They checked me in a room with broken lock. The cleaning-was not done properly there were still used soaps. The quality of furniture was cheap. Do not recommend paying this much money for this hotel.

• Diana (4/5): Montenegro is an amazing country, but you definitely need to choose another hotel. - On the positive side, the hotel administration is quite friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the sea. Unfortunately our room was in poor condition. There was no door to the shower, the sofa was stained, the bed linen had holes, and there was a lot of mold in the corners. There was a rattan chair on the balcony that was in terrible condition. We arrived at the hotel around 14:00, but unfortunately we had to wait another 40 minutes to be checked into our room. We were there for only three days and spent little time in the room. But if you go there for a summer vacation for a week or two, then you should definitely choose another hotel.

• Xheni (6/5): Pleasant - It is near to the beach! The girl at the reception!! I booked for 4 adults and 1 baby. She saw only the 4 adults part and wanted to charge us +50€ for the baby (then she saw that we had also included the baby and didnt charge us). We had to pay city tax 12€, my sister didnt hear it and said twenty? she said yes twenty. I said let me see the documents, its 12 not 20! We gave her 15€, she said I donr have 3€ to give you back. I would give it to her as a tip but I felt like she just wanted to take more money from us. The room was not clean. I texted the number on booking via whatsapp to ask abot the air con but they did not reply!

• Hellah (1/5): Very bad - Nothing. We wanted to leave the moment we stepped foot in the apartment. It was nothing like the pictures. Very small for four people and there was a lot of bugs. It was mentioned that they have a washing machine and ironing facilities but there weren't any and when I messaged them about where i can find the washing machine they didn't respond and only send an iron without even a board. Was I supposed to iron on the floor or what exactly? Anyways I don't recommend at all. We couldn't stay for the whole period we booked and we left even though there was no refund.
• Raed (2/5): Very poor - The only good thing is that they moved us to a new building once we complained about the status of the listed unit. The property listed is absolutely bad. Very old, dirty and requires major maintenance. Photos of the jacuzzi are misleading and it is a paid service and way different in reality.
• Laura (5/5): Very average. - The location was great, a 5 minute stroll in to the main area of Tivat. The hot tub was out of use. We were not informed of this before the stay which was very disappointing. We chose the hotel because of the roof top hot tub. We were extremely disappointed to find it dirty and out of use on arrival. There was also some questionable health and safety at the property with large drops for stairs.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Absolute Enttäuschung - Checkin sollte um 13.00 Uhr sein. Man sagte uns die Reinigung sei noch nicht fertig und das Zimmer könne erst ab 14.00 Uhr bezogen werden. Zimmer war nicht gut geputzt. In d. Dusche waren noch schwarze lange Haare… sehr eklig… Innerhalb von 4 Tagen wurde unser Zimmer nicht ein Mal gereinigt, trotz mehrfachen Nachfragen. Und das obwohl laut Hotels.com eine tägl. Reinigung im preis mit drin ist. Wir wurden überhaupt nicht ernst genommen. Man sagte uns dann am letzten Tag wir könnten als Entschuldigung einmal in ihrem Restaurant zu Abend essen.. gesagt getan.Wir bekamen einen wirklich ungenießbaren Wein. Das was wir bestellten bekamen wir nicht es hieß es sei aus. Wir warteten 1h25 min. ( es waren nur zwei weitere Tische neben uns da) auf meine Nachfrage, ob wir vllt ein neues Getränk bekommen könnten, weil der Wein zum einen ungenießbar war und wir zum anderen schon so lange warten mussten, wurde ich von dem jungen Mann (Mitarbeiter des Hotels) ausgelacht.. die jungen Mädchen die uns an diesem Abend bedienten waren leider auch sehr unfreundlich und schnippisch .. alles in allem eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir würden auf gar keinen Fall nochmal kommen. Dieses Hotel hat es wirklich auf Platz 1 geschafft, bei den schrecklichsten Aufenthalten. Zu allem Übel kam noch dazu, dass es in der einen Nacht geregnet hatte, und trotz geschlossenen Fenster reingeregnet hatte und unser Gepäck nass wurde..

Place has its own beach whit lovely restaurant where you can taste some of the local specialties for a very affordable prices. So far my favourite place in Tivat.
• B9303VF_ (2/5): worst hotel in tivat - Do not pay attention to pleasant photos, in fact, everywhere there is dirt, furniture is in poor condition, service is low and not worth the money. I can not recommend this place to anyone even for one night, because they are deceiving people.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - A charming old mini stone built ex fortress now lodgings, on the banks of the fjord. The owner Alex was helpful and explained the brief history of the place. Warm and comfortable, well equipped room still (with an old gun slot in the thick wall). Locally there is a mini market and restaurant, with Kotor, approx 1.5km away. Blueline buses stop here every hour and taxis are available. There is one ground level room with the rest a short stone stair climb. Recommend
• adventure_900628 (2/5): BE CAREFUL: double booking is highly possible - For me the reviews are very important and the manager (Ivana) asked me not to write a review:SO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS HOST.You might not get what you wanted. It was the first time when this happened to me: I've been searching for an apartment to find the perfect one for our short 4 days holiday -then when we arrived it was already given to someone else.What I booked was an apartment with a view to the mountains(I had a conversation about the details with the manager beforehand and she was very communicative) and at the arrival we were tried to put in a basement room without normal window then second offer was a totally different building on the 1st floor with a balcony looking at a hotel wall as it was very close behind a hotel.These apartments was way not close in quality as we booked: who wants to sit in a basement or looking at a close wall from the balcony?So we refused. The recepcionists and everyone was very kind(!) however it was not their fault. Next I wanted to speak with their boss: it was available only on the phone and the manager called Ivana admitted they made a mistake apologized many times and after we didnt want to stay in the basement neither the apartment was looking the hotel wall offered a full refund if I find another place to stay. As we were at the beginning of June I happened to be very lucky to find another apartment very close what was way better with a swimming pool so our short holiday was not totally ruined. BUT: it was booked by airbnb so they had to give us our money back naturally.It is not a favour! It was not ended as the manager asked me not to write a review. I choose always by reviews and it came to my mind: I was chosen by the reviews(only good ones were there) but how many times it could have happened before? I wrote a review on airbnb: you can check it .Then the response called me a liar and Ivana wrote that I canceled on the day of arrival. And...In private message she wrote me she gives me also a 1star rating(with a smiley emoticon) and wishes me luck with my booking in the future. You also have to know that on the first night we were walking by the apartment hotel and what? There were obviously free rooms with a balcony!(at the arrival we were told everyone arrived before us and the apartment was double booked.The check-in was at 2pm we were there at 11am so well...we are not totally dumb) I guess as we booked only for 3 nights someone else is cross-booked the same apartment for a longer time and then it was booked for them and the manager thought the basement room will be ok for us. Anyway: I cannot rate the apartment I booked as I could not see it. The people were nice. But this behaviour was not acceptable, neither the possibility that you arrive somewhere hoping for the best as you booked the best for yourself by your point of view and in this area this apartment is really far from cheap..Then you have to search again instead of relaxing and enjoying your holiday. In the middle of the season it is pretty sure you find yourself in a worst position if your accomodation is double booked. So as I was called publicly a liar by someone who sells apartment double...BE CAREFUL and there are a lot of better options in this area- just look. I would not book this apartment after this experience again. The Royal Villa Hotel and Apartments and the Splendid Hotel and Apartments(here was the second room offered) are together. Their might be no problem with the people working there( if you room is not double booked and you get it ) but if I would read this I would wanted to avoid even the possibility to get in a similar situation which can happen very easily again and again- who knows how many people did not write a similar review because the were asked not to.
