Jolanta (7/5): - Piękna okolica, fantastyczny widok z tarasu. Duży pokój z wieloma udogodnieniami- niestety nie wszystkie sprawne. Bardzo wygodne, duże łóżko. Bardzo dobre śniadania robione na świeżo. Miła obsługa. Możliwość skorzystania z basenu . Dużo zieleni przed hotelem. Meble, firanki w pokoju oraz taoleta czasy świetności mają już za sobą. Trochę staromodne i podniszczone. Nie wszystkie da się domyć czy doprać. W jacuzzi zewnętrznym odpadają plastikowe elementy, sejf do użytku tylko z kluczem z recepcji. Duże menu obiadowe ale da się zamówić tylko niektóre dania z karty. Leżaki hotelowe na plaży bardzo stare drewniane, materace leżaków poplamione, nieestetyczne - szkoda bo plaża piękna zadbana piszczysta. Po wyjściu z pokoju na klatce schodowej czarno, BRAK odpowiedniego światła po prostu ciemno. Woda tylko na przywitanie. Mało luksusowo.

Daniel (8/5): Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängel - Kleines Hotel mit nur 12 Suiten, was den Aufenthalt natürlich sehr angenehm macht, da man sehr viel Privatsphäre hat. Das Personal ist spitze von der Rezeption bis hin zum Restaurant und Beach Club. Alle waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück war sehr gut, man kann sich das von der Karte bestellen was man möchte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Leider waren Wein und Wasser Gläser im Zimmer richtig Schmutzig. Wir haben diese extra für das Reinigungspersonal weg gestellt um es ersichtlich zu machen, sie wurden wieder schmutzig zurückgestellt Bettwäsche wurde in der ganzen Woche nie gewechselt. Leider ist die Preis Leistung nicht ganz gerechtfertigt

Gunter (7/5): Schönes Hotel zum Besuch von Omis. - Schicke Zimmer, das oberste Geschoss hatte auch Meerblick, ca. 45 Minuten abseits der Straße zu Fuß bis nach Omis (Strandpromenade-Strandabschnitt beim Campingplatz-Hafenpromenade), sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer bei Bezug nicht sauber. Toilette war am Rand und außen nicht geputzt, sonst war das Hotel sauber.

Alisa (9/5): Klasse Hotel, super Aufenthalt mit ein paar wenigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten - Es gab bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Personal war mehr als freundlich, man hat sich immer willkommen gefühlt und auf Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Die Zimmer, das Restaurant und die Anlage waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, man hat sich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Strand waren die Liegen und Strandbetten inklusive, man hat auch jeden Tag neue Handtücher im Zimmer und für den Strand bekommen. Das Hotel ist wirklich luxuriös, wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Umkleidekabine am Strand, vielleicht doch Frühstück in Buffetform, da man doch ziemlich lange auf das Essen gewartet hat, wenn mehrere Personen bestellt hatten. Der Sandstrand ist ein wenig "eng" aber sehr nah und schön. Was uns wirklich gar nicht gefallen hat, war, dass man am Strand keine mitgebrachten Speisen und Getränke verzehren durfte, man durfte nur im Hotel Geordertes zu sich nehmen, wogegen aber die wirklich hohen Preise sprechen! So etwas haben wir in noch keinem Hotel, egal welcher Klasse erlebt; der Betreiber sollte das wirklich überdenken. Der Tagespreis für die Tiefgarage war mit EUR 20 auch ziemlich hoch, schade!

Za tú cenu by tam kľudne mohli byť aj večere. Upratovačky sú dosť drzé. Bez tringeltu sa im moc nechcelo. Nedokladali toaletný papier, kavu, čaj, cukor, vodu, nevymenili všetky uteráky. Sú to drobnosti, ale kazilo to celkovo fantastický dojem z hotela. Po upozornení sa to čiastočne napravilo.

Elizabeth (8/5): Lovely quiet hotel and great facilities for a quiet few days of relaxation! - The swimming pool, beach area and breakfast were outsanding! The breakfast menu was fantastic and much better then a buffet. The service was excellent. I was surprised for a five star hotel by the stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the electric points did not work in the room on arrival either and took a while to be fixed the following day.

Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat mich das fantastische Frühstück: eine große Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Köstlichkeiten, liebevoll angerichtet und einfach perfekt, um in den Tag zu starten. Ein rundum wunderschönes Erlebnis, das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann!

Cestaric (7/5): Comfy, not so clean and overpriced for what it is in the location that it is. - Proximity to town. The pool was small but super cute enclosed by a large shrubs. My kids enjoyed the pool and the waterfall feature. Breakfast was very good - eggs bendict. Capuchino was super good, I actually had two. Beds were large and comfortable and I was expecting based on price and pictures my room would be facing the pool but it was on the oppositite side. balcony was very nice and comfortable. Bathrooms have black / browish tiles and they show lot of dirt which grossed me out. I had bought some desserts and within minutes of it being on the table I had ants all over them.

Christoph (6/5): Disappointing Value Despite Friendly Staff and Facilities - • Friendly and accommodating staff • Great facilities: excellent gym, spacious pool, etc. • Good dining options with tasty meals • Appreciated the room upgrade after A/C issues • great balcony with jacuzzi and view • Breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety • Toilet was not clean regularly • Bed sheets were not changed regularly • Air conditioning didn’t function properly • Reception was often unmanned • Inconsistent service at the beach • Design and decor felt outdated • For the price, it’s simply not justified — would be acceptable at a 4-star level with one-third lower cost
Tina (9/5): Luxury and VIP treatment - This hotel lives up to its name. The staff at reception, in the restaurant and on the beach were all very friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet and it is great to have the use of sunbeds on the beach. We appreciated being close to Omiš for restaurants, although the hotel’s own restaurant is excellent. You feel like a VIP. Personally don’t like carpets in hotel rooms. So many facilities you don’t really need on a summer holiday like a sauna and whirlpool in our bathroom.

We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, landing us in a room with a private hot tub and stunning sea views. The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculately clean, with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. Its prime location means the beach is just steps away, complete with exclusive sunbeds for hotel guests. The service by the pool and on the beach was excellent. We're completely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it – we'll certainly be returning.

Donna (6/5): Overall we had a pleasant stay but with poor attention to detail do not think it is value for money - Great decor to hotel and room. Nice breakfast included in the price Attention to detail poor. Small things such as no shower gel in room, forgot to give us bath robes , lack of toilet paper. Small things but when paying for ‘delux’ these things should not happen. Also quite abrupt at reception when trying to rectify.

Restaurant service could have been faster. At one point, another drink was offered due to slow service with dinner as a compensation. Road between hotel and the beach, which causes some noice.

Alex (10/5): Very peaceful and relaxing holiday - Very friendly and attentive staff and also very efficient at getting the room's cleaned whilst we had breakfast. We checked out quite early with no time for breakfast and they were even kind enough to give us a box of croissant's to take with us. Facilities were outstanding to include a gym that had more than anything you need to have a regular session. Also offer a range of massage options which was easy to book and had a nice spa area. Peaceful location right next to the beach and a few bars/restaurants. Only one very minor negative was that the pools were advertised as heated and neither the inside or outdoor pool appeared to be.

Nicola (10/5): Superb, relaxing break in a beautiful hotel - thank you very much - Beautiful boutique hotel, large and luxurious suite. Super comfortable large bed and huge bathroom with jacuzzi. Excellent sun loungers on balcony. Small but very well appointed gym with brand new high spec equipment. We also enjoyed running along the beautiful coast line and down into Omis alongside the river. Staff are a huge credit to this hotel - all delightful and gave some great recommendations. 1st rate breakfast. Road outside the hotel a little busy but this is a minor point.
Siobhan (9/5): Feels like a private stay - The pools were great. The weather was poor the 3 days we were there so we’re very grateful to have the indoor facilities. Rooms were big and spacious The restaurant was quite over priced.
