• Erika (10/5): Todo perfecto!! 100% recomendable! - El personal muy amable, nada más llegar nos explicaron todo lo necesario para que nuestra estancia en la ciudad fuera lo mejor posible. Todo muy limpio y nuevo, todo funcionó perfectamente. La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo y muy bien comunicado. Si volviera a a Estambul, seguro me volvería a alojar en este hotel. Un 10 de 10!! Nada, todo perfecto!
• 庭嘉 (10/5): - 很開心這次能入住三晚，整體體驗非常舒服。房間空間很大也很乾淨，還有一個小沙發可以休息，讓人待在房間裡也很放鬆。 櫃檯人員非常親切，有問題都能即時協助處理。之前因為租車的事情還幫我們打電話詢問並順利解決，服務真的很貼心。 最驚喜的是，有一天只是順口詢問附近適合慶生的餐廳，回來房間竟然收到一個蛋糕，真的非常意外又感動。 這次住宿感受很好，下次希望可以再帶家人一起來入住。
• Maria (9/5): Exceptional view from top-floor room - Welcoming staff people. Renovated historical building. From the top-floor Terrace room, a wonderful view of the top half of the Galata tower (so lovely when illuminated at night) and also of a wide sweep of the hills on the other side of the Galata bridge, including major mosques. Great neighborhood, though on the weekend absolutely jam-packed with tourists and revellers, including many local people; in short, a highly desirable spot. Very close to Sishane metro (M2), you can walk through the adjacent parking structure and be at the hotel in minutes (get the desk person to explain). Though I didn't need to prepare any meals, the kitchen was poorly equipped with only one small pot and perhaps a fry pan, an odd assortment of mismatched plates, and essentially no counter space. Perhaps because there are so many restaurants around to eat at, one doesn't really need a full kitchen set-up?
• Ahmed (9/5): - Im Raum habe ich alles wie beschrieben gefunden. Das Hotel ist familienfreundlich. ❤️ Das Personal war echt super, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit 24/7 ❤️. Die Lage war toll, neben dem Galataturm, aber das hatte auch Nachteile, weil diese Gegend etwas höher liegt. Da fand man ein bisschen Schwierigkeiten mit den Straßen, und mit Kinderwagen ist es eine Katastrophe 😂. Ich rede nicht über das Hotel, sondern über den Galata-Region. Die Matratze war bißchen unruhig.

• Aaron (10/5): Fantastic staff, great location. - The hotel front desk staff were outstanding. I got excellent advice from Simai, Ezgi, and Lufan. The location was very convenient. Very close to the sites in Galata, a short walk from nice restaurants. The tram and metro stations were nearby. You might prefer a different neighborhood if you don’t like hills.

Also found the apartment a good size for the two of us with a small lounge area and kitchenette. It had everything we needed for the six days. Thanks again for such a happy stay and will definitely return one day in the near future we hope. Nothing

Удобная кровать, большая ванная с современной и исправной сантехникой. Отзывчивые девочки на ресепшене, хорошая уборка в номерах. Ночью тихо, так как улочка чуть в стороне от Галатской башни. Брали номер с доплатой за высокий этаж. Номер действительно оказался на пятом этаже (само здание шестиэтажное), но вид оказался на парковку на крыше соседнего здания. Город не видно практически никак. В целом идея с красивыми видами из окна в отелях в районе Галата больше похожа на маркетинг. Плотная застройка, все здания примерно 5-6-7 этажные, из окон видны только соседние стены.

• Shi (9/5): Place like home in Istanbul - We've stayed in Louis Apartment three times already, and I can say for sure it's a gem of a place where every detail is perfect❤️ The apartments are nestled in the heart of Beyoglu area, from where a great deal of Istanbul sights can be accessed on foot, or conveniently by public transport (the subway station is 5 minutes away, and within 10 minute walk you have a ferry terminal, as well as trams and buses to everywhere). Despite the hustle and bustle of the touristy area, you feel most relaxed and at peace the moment you step inside: the soundproof is great, and whenever you want, you can close the window and cool the room with AC. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and equipped with everything you might need even for a longer stay (the room we usually book features a kitchenette where you can easily cook a simple meal). The bedding is always crispy, and even the bedspread smells of conditioner, like it has been freshly washed for your stay❤️ There are also numerous restaurants opening early in the morning and serving plentiful breakfasts at good prices within a 5-minute walk. Our huge thanks and warm regards to all of the Louis Galata team! You make each of our stays in Istanbul a memory to cherish🥹
• Kerry (10/5): Great Appartements in a great quiet location - We liked everything about the property. All staff were fabulous and the location is perfect for exploring Istanbul by walking or public transport. Rooms are about as quiet as you can get in a big city like Istanbul. Thought we would miss not having breakfast in the hotel but it turned out to be a positive. We ended up having brunch most days at one of the many cafes nearby. You could also self cater as the room we had was well equipped. Staff could not do enough for us and were very helpful with tour advice. We loved our 6 night stay here. Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

English was very good and rooms actually had real soap, wash cloths and soft and thick large towels. Hotel even has an elevator which is rare for a boutique hotel. Location cannot be beat and no pool needed as ameneties like a pool or fitness room would really not be used or needed.

The rooms are very tidy and well cared for. I really liked the location. Noise was not an issue at all. Not the fault of the hotel, but this is a relatively busy street with lots of cars, trucks and scooters. They often drive like maniacs. You need to be careful of these drivers.

The room is spacious and the overall experience is one of the best I’ve had in Istanbul. This city is plagued with dodgy hotels, this one is outstanding. My second stay here and will definitely come back. You’re 2 mins walk to Galata tower, so it can a tiny bit noisy but ensure you close your windows and you’ll be ok.

• Glendale (10/5): - Not only is this property extremely comfy, the staff that runs it is all so wonderful! It was nice to end our vacation with Louis hotel being our last accommodation because we got the comfort of having a “home away from home” which we badly needed after traveling for a bit. The staff would drop anything just to tend to our needs, no matter how small or big. Made our stay in Istanbul extra special.

• Ervin Zhi Bin (10/5): - The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located in Galata district. The property is walking distance from 2 tram stations that made it easy to access the main tourist sites in Istanbul. Staff were friendly and welcoming during check in and provided plenty of useful information to help us plan our itinerary. The room is clean and tidy, bed was comfy and came with a great bathroom.

• Amrita (10/5): Recommended, great base in Galata - Great location, next to the Galata tower. Restaurants nearby, plus a Migros jet to buy some essentials. The staff and service here were great, and the rooms were clean and functional. The team organised a birthday cake for us and they all really went above and beyond for us during our stay. Highly recommended if you want to base yourself in Galata and want to enjoy a smaller hotel experience. Nothing at all.

• Olga (10/5): It was a very pleasant experience. - Great location for tourists. Close to metro and İstiklal Avenue. Difficult for guests with a car. There is a private parking just in the next building. It costs about 15$ per day. But it is not easy to find a free parking spot there. Also the roads in the neighborhood are very narrow - just for experienced drivers.

• Daniel (9/5): Nice stay - The property is very close to Galata Tower and Istiklal street. Has a lot of restaurants close by and also a supermarket. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also they were very warm and had enough space. In the kitchenette you could find 2 glasses for water, 2 red wine, 2 white wine and 2 mugs. There were also some utensils and plates but also a frying pan and a small pot. There is also a coffee machine with Nespresso compatible capsules.. Even though the room was comfortable the furniture had some scratches, mostly in the lower part, also in the bathroom there were signs of leaks and some parts like lower part of the door were affected. Nothing to worry, but they were there. Also the fridge was quite full with a lot of juice bottles and cans so we had first to make space for our own.

• Olga (10/5): A magnificent stay near the Galata Tower - The flats are located just a few steps from the Galata Tower. Nearby is the metro station, a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. The staff is excellent, everything is very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended! We will be back. Everything was fine
