Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): - When we checked in, the hotel room had a weird smell coming from the bathroom. It lingered for days but we still don't know where it came from. We were out one day and we came back to the room unlocked, the housekeeping cart in the living room, the windows open but no one was in. This was rather disconcerting as we had our bags in our room. We had to call the front desk to tell them what happened. The next day, we went out again and came back with the room cleaned but the windows were left wide open. Again, this is very disconcerting as we had our items in the room.
- Fatimaz (2/5): - DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL NO WIFI NO AIR CONDITION AND NOT CLEAN AT ALL , I HAVE PICTURES OF THAT .
THEY ARE SUPER BIG SCAMMERS I PAID EXTRA 400 DH FOR NO REASON .
AND YOU CAN'T SLEEP AT ALL
- Bibo (2/5): - I been traveling many years I Never stayed in a hotel like the bed it's very gross they don't change the sheets. The towels not white anymore brown NO WIFI AND NO AIR CONDITIONING AND LOOOOTS OF NOISE.
They are a big scammers, they didn't tell me that i will pay for breakfast the guy at night told me the time for breakfast it's suuuuuuper small breakfast i paid 80dh for each breakfast and the first day i pay the fees and when i was leaving they ask me to pay 331 dh fres even i paid 80 dh when i checked in .i paid total fees and the gross breakfast .
Don't go to this hotel it's a scam.
- Raniah (6/5): - It was good .
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location and the stuffs. You feel at home!
It has a lot of places to eat nearby. Very confortable room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely hotel - friendly staff. The street was a bit too loud though, made it hard to get adequate sleep. But this is outside the hotels control. Lots of coffee and eateries in the same street and the supermarket a few meters away was an absolute bonus ( the hotel only serves breakfast)
Comfy bed, hot water and very clean.
- Aamir (2/5): Very bad hotel I seen in my 22 travel history, rec - Very bad hotel I seen in my 22 travel history, reception staff very unprofessional, after 15 minutes waiting he gave me keys, room size very small, bathroom dran system very bad.i think 1 star hotel better this hotel, never recommend 👎
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Close to downtown and staff are very nice. Every time I go to Casablanca I stay in this hotel
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff is very nice and rooms are clean, calm and artistique. Hotel is very close to downtown. Everything is around you. Groceries and restaurants.
Whenevrr I go to to Casablanca I book my stay at Le Terianon
- Alin (8/5): - It was okay in general, hotel is situatied 2 minutes walk from Casablanca downtown. The hotel need some improvements. The receptionist very friendly.Safe area with lots of restaurants ! Go for it :)
- Nasir (4/5): Need improvement - The hotel need to fix the elevator and also the mattress is really hard and you can't sleep well
The only good thing the location and service
- Myriam (6/5): Room was nice, bathroom and view not so great - It took a while to find our way straight to the hotel because of all the one way roads. The streets are narrow with very minimal parking available. Parking attendant and reception staff were very welcoming and check in was quick. Our first room was exactly as advertised, but the bathroom was very dirty. Bathtub was grotty and towels were old, tattered and worn. We complained about the state of the bathroom so were immediately given another. Room was fine, bed was comfy, but again the bathroom was a little messy. Towels were nasty and i asked for new ones (one on the floor was newer and cleaner than the ones for body and face!). Never did get a new set so just used my own. Overall it was ok, i guess i expected better given the general rating of the hotel. View is terrible, both our rooms just had views of other buildings within a few metres. Keep the curtains closed!
- Al (6/5): Nice location - Check in was easy. WiFi in the room did not work but worked fine in the lobby area. Room was comfortable.
- Jonathan (2/5): Hotel with potential but it let's itself down - Room looked like it was in the middle of an upgrade. Shower head was broken. Spa was closed and they failed to notify me before hand.
- Namir (8/5): Nice hotel - I stayed for 15 Days, it was great, I will come back
- Ali (2/5): - I wouldn't recommend this place even for my worst enemy, I was literally rob at this place, except that the rooms are terrible, bathroom towels extremely dirty, I lost some personal Items out of my bag ( breitling Watch, android Smart Phone, and JBL earplugs). Management didn't do anything about the situation not even reach back to me about. Spending time at this place made my Morocco travel experience almost miserable, but outside of this hotels Morocco is a wonderful place to visit, i will recommend everyone to visit this beautiful country, I would rather pay some few more Dollars for a better hotel then getting some very valuable items being stole from my room, by staying at this place this trip cost me 10X times what it was supposed to cost to an individual. Dont step your foot in this hotel....!!!!
- Anna (8/5): - Hotel rooms are small but it was clean and that all i care about , stuff also very nice and helpfull .
- NB (2/5): Terrible service - Made us wait for 2 hours to check in. Room was too small compared to the images online. The room was dirty - sheets and towels. The lights for the toilet wasn’t working. Terrible experience!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall good hotel - The man who was working the front desk in the evenings was fantastic- so friendly and helpful!
The only complaints I would have is that the spa was closed. I think it has been closed for a while, so I wished I would have known that. Also the shower in the bathroom was kind of broken and would fall off the wall and the door to the shower wouldn’t shut all the way from the inside so water would get all over the bathroom floor. Not a big deal to me though, overall the staff was great and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - 1-rooms not clean
2-cleaning team didn't change stuff of previous client before my check in.
3-shower had a problem
4-no mini bar in room
5-curtain not fixed properly.
6-spa and sauna not working.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel close to city center - Nice hotel close to city center, friendly staff, always smiling and very helpful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - spa was under construction, it was never mentioned on the site.
- Ibrahim (8/5): Nice hotel - Nice stay like always.
- Verified traveler (2/5): BAD HOTEL - I HAD A VERY BAD TIME THIS HOTEL A VERY SMAIL ROOMS AND THE SHOWER IS NOT NICE.
- marie (2/5): Good location but dirty - The towels are very dirty. Book for two people but only provides one dirty dressing gown . Two single bed join todather when that was not what I booked for, complain but nothing was done about it. The bed was so uncomfortable it’s even broke on my last night. The customer service is terrible. It’s not a four star hotel. I will not recommend anyone to go there if you looking for a four star hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel needs a lot of work done. It’s not a luxury hotel.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Close to main road. Tiny small and dirty hotel. - The hotel is not good. The rooms are small and dirty. We were supposed to get 10% off for the spa. However, the spa was closed, how bad!
Receptionists were welcoming but we did not like the rooms at all.
- Kayleigh (6/5): NO SPA - They were very nice and let us check in early even though it says 2 pm. However the queen bed is literally two single beds stocked together with a sheet on top. We payed for a deluxe room and got a regular one at that price and the shower leaked allllllll over the bathroom but the WORST of it all is that the reason I booked this hotel was because of the spa and there is no warning that it is closed
- UUA (8/5): - As a solo traveler, I enjoyed this hotel. The room was a bit small-- this might pose some issues for those of you traveling with others. It is near the twin center and surrounded by a lot of good restaurants/cafes. If you plan to frequent the beach/port, understand that it is a bit of a walk (~40 min and 30 minutes respectively).
- Verified traveler (6/5): - small Hotel , very small rooms , some shift staff need training , no parking and difficult to find nearby
- Don (10/5): Very nice hotel centrally located - Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly staff, excellent customer service,
- Ibrahim (8/5): Nice hotel - Fast check in
- Hudson (8/5): Nice hotel center of everything - Wonderful staff. Near Twin towers. Good location.
- John (2/5): Room booked, but no stay - When I arrived around 11:00 PM, there was no room for me. I was told that there was water leakage in the room they had earmarked for me.
So they booked another room in another hotel for me. And they paid the cab so I could reach the other hotel.
With this new hotel location, the problem was that I had to take taxi to go to appointments. Whereas I chose Trianon in the first place because I could walk to my meetings. Also, because of that, I couldn't go back to my room between two meetings ie. at Noon.
- Verified traveler (8/5): great place - best to visit casablanc and see all street , malls ,, cafe ,
- John W. (6/5): Nice, but... - The hotel is decorated very nicely. Exotic, elegant theme. However, the rooms are small with little space to walk. The stand-in shower is too tight, you can hardly bend to clean...and not little place to put soap. Worst part, the neighborhood is a bit shady. Coming in at night...off hidden side streets is not good.
- Andrew (8/5): Lovely - Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Good facilities, neat room
- Helen (4/5): Ok hotel but terrible front desk - Comfortable bed and central location but very grumpy front desk
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not Bad - The suite was big and comfortable. The hotel is not new.
It can be a good deal if you find a room in promotion.
- Faisal (8/5): Weekend stay - Down town area
- Verified traveler (2/5): Awful - On honeymoon, given a small dirty room with unclean bedding. Just a nightmare
- Natasha (8/5): - We booked this hotel before reading reviews, and once we read the reviews we were terrified. We decided to ride it out and see how thing turned out. We were pleasantly surprised, for sure. Upon arrival the doorman politely took our bags up the stairs and into the lobby. Once we arrived in the lobby we were greeted by the friendliest reception staff. Checkin was simple, but we were a little early and the rooms hadn't been fully cleaned just yet. The staff quickly offered to store our luggage for us, and pointed us in the direction of a cafe that was just on the corner (there are 3 cafes on the corner, but Moka Chino was our go-to for our stay). After relaxing at the cafe with some atay and snacks, we headed back to claim our room. We found reception waiting for us with room keys in hand, and the doorman had already placed our luggage in our room. The room was great. Very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. We felt extremely at home. The only thing we found a problem with was the showers. The showers do not have actual doors on them, just one small section of glass. So when you showered, you found yourself flooding the floor with water, which required you to be extra cautious when exiting the shower as you could easily slip and fall with that much water on the floor. The ventilation in the bathroom was nonexistent. You found the walls of the bathroom covered in "sweat" after a shower, and it made the entire room feel humid. Otherwise, perfect trip!
- lo (8/5): Lovely cosy hotel - I celebrated my husbands birthday and we had a nice time . Hotel was clean tidy welcoming and was great for late night check in
- Dr.Faisal Al-Nawasani (8/5): - nice
- Verified traveler (8/5): good small hotel - good stay. the rooms are very small though so if you have a bit of luggage ot becomes tricky to fit them in the room... seems towels are limited also.. other than that the staff was nice and very accommodating
- Ziad ibn saoud (6/5): - Only 6 parking available. When i arrived, no free parking was available. Had to pay for park meter. Otherwise, staff were very nice and helpful
- Aneil (6/5): Okay Hotel - nice hotel for the economy traveller, offers comfort at an affordable price. Ask the reception folks to recommend a nice very Moroccan Resturant...if Sqala...you will love it!
- FAHAD (10/5): very clean hotel . nice decoration . - it is great hotel . close by restaurants, shopping, supermarket.
it is an amazing location for people who love coffee ( there is almost 3-4 coffee stores front of the hotel.
less than 30-60 seconds walking ..
i like it
- sameh (2/5): Bad vacation in Morroco - We stayed 3 horrible nights in that hotel , actually impossible that hotel is a 4 or even 3 stars hotel , in my opinion it is a hostel only 2 stars. Bathroom was so small , old , dark and very bad , shampoo and shower gel were very bad smell. They don't have enough towels also the towels we had were torn out and not clean , hotel is far from center and placed in a narrow street
- Neil (6/5): Not quite as luxury as I had hoped. - Not really luxury...yes the bed was comfortable, but the minibar is not stocked, there was only one 500ml bottle of water provided for both nights I stayed. The decor is tired and the fittings in the shower room need to be replaced, the toilet seat is covered with black marks, which make it appear dirty, just replace the seat!, the shower door leaks water all over the bathroom and the shower head is the long narrow type, so not very good coverage, not the best shower really. The bathroom, did not smell very clean either.
- mouaaz (6/5): - Not bad for a boutique style hotel. Some staff were extremely rude and some were super nice. The area is relatively clean and convenient. I was there on business away from the touristic spots. space in the room is very limited.
- airline employe (6/5): This hotel doesn't have towels - Have to asked front desk 5 times for towels no towels were provided till next day. And after that again no towels for rest of 3 nights
Also they never replinished shower gels
Stuff was great and very welcoming. Just plz have you on towels if you staying at this hotel
- paul andre (6/5): poor service never have have any towels after 24 h - poor 4 star no towels ask for it and say sorry nothing before tomorrow with smile i say nothing funny in this situation 4 star hotel we take shower and use the sheets to dry
- Verified traveler (2/5): That bad we left - Terrible we left and paid for another hotel,,,,,,,,,.,,,,,,,,,.
- zach (8/5): Nice location close to restaurants - Nothing to complain about. Beautiful hotel nice staff excellent service
- Abdelmajid (6/5): Functional and nothing more. - Three nights at the Trianon. Okay for sleep. The Hotel pictures are misleading--the rooms are tiny, narrow staircase and even more so the elevator. Named after Marie Antoinette's 'little palace,' the establishment Is not deserving of any star. Definitely nothing palatial about it. Okay for sleep in suburbia.
- Iain (4/5): Take care with advice from the front desk staff... - The hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The facilities are getting on a bit and the place needs an overhaul. The front desk were very helpful in ordering taxis, but completely unreliable when asked for approximate costs. Taxis in Casablanca are very cheap, but not if you are given guidance from the front desk. As a tourist you end up paying almost 10 times the meter rate. Always insist on the meter and if the taxi driver will not do it, just get out and find another cab. Not happy with this hotel and how it rips off tourists instead of being honest.
- FOUAD (6/5): Ne vaut pas un 4 etoilrs - Chambre trop petite. Personne à l'écoute. Climatisation bruyante chambre 107 clim dans le balcon.
Place de parking néant.
- Aahraf (10/5): Great Place and friendly staff - Very friendly hotel staff
- Ahmed (2/5): Dussapoibred - Bad service
No parking
unfriendly staff
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The indoor decoration is way better than what i have expected. However, i visited Casablanca during the holy month of Ramadan, a lot of services such restaurant and spa are not opened to customers as usual. But the rooms are definitely very comfortable.
- ahmet (8/5): location ok - no problem ı went for biz so not much expactation
- nice, clean (6/5): its good hotel but not 4 star. Staff is excellent - Restroom so small. When you take shower water come out and no bath tub. But location is great. Staff is excel and so clean. It should be 3 stars not 4
- faisal (4/5): 3 star hotel - Moderate rate difficult to find location and limited car parking
- Mr J D (8/5): Easy accessible to Business Centre (Twin Towers) - Happy too stay there. Would do it again when I return to Casablanca . Within walking distance of Shopping Mall and Restuarants.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Wouldn't stay again - Hotel is a little tacky and not in the best location however the room was comfortable. Read the fine print down the bottom of the page, we thought were gettin a great deal at a 4 star hotel only to be charged an additional €49 for "city taxes" upon checking in.
- Sylvia (8/5): A good option - This hotel is well located in an up and coming area, with plenty of good eating options, and a good landmark (twin towers) for taxi drivers. It was an extremely good option for Cassa - clean, modern in a very reasonable area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Had suite to start which was great, then last night in standard room , which your extremely tight
- Tarek (8/5): Casablanca short visit - I stayed 3 nights the room is clean but a little bit small the location of the hotel is great, one thing wasn't good is that hotels.com mentioned on the booking that the room has a coffee machine but the fact that it's only for suites
- Verified traveler (6/5): below average - Broken AC,requested and iron and never received it. Would not go back.
- Verified traveler (6/5): AC problem in different rooms - Hotel well located for business purpose, small with good staff, although the hotel has no services such restaurant (for lunch or dinning) or bar.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Overcharge - Overcharged by the hotel. Had to pay taxes twice. One room didn't have AC working.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Awful - It was not a nice experience infent the worst ever
- Tord (6/5): Casablanca Maarif Hotel - Good location, walking distance to shopping district. Small crowded rooms.
- Kristen (8/5): Quick Trip to Casablanca - This was my first visit to Casablanca, and only had one night. The staff was helpful, even setting up a taxi back to the airport. The room, while small, was clean and efficient. The only issue I saw was that the window to the small balcony wouldn't lock. The hotel is right in the center of the city near major streets, but tucked away so very little noise.
- Tracye (8/5): LaTrianon - Great!
- montserrat (8/5): Cozy Hotel & Spa with great location. - My daughter and I enjoyed the four night stay at this cozy and confortable hotel. The room was a bit small, hardly any space for the two of us. But un general, we felt very safe at all hours of the day and night. And this was particularly important for a Mom and Daughter first trÃp to Morocco.
- Angela (2/5): Tiny 2** hotel .charging 5**** prices - booked a double room with a sofa bed at this hotel. they refused to give us this room and said it was not for 3 people although it did not say this on the booking site , and my son is only 13 we had to pay a lot of extra money for a suite the origional payment was unrefundable, this room was just bigger and had exactly the same sofa bed. It is very deceitful to have the hotel advertised this way. the hotel itself is very small does not have a lobby. very far from anywhere in casablanca. and has the most unpleasent, unhelpful and rudest staff I ever dealt with in the hotel industry . the cleaning staff told us we had to GO! because they wanted to clean the room at 8 in the morning really!! I thought I was on holiday ! overpriced for what it offers . too small .too far away from the city does not give a pleasent experience. much better value around.
- Mandy (6/5): so far so good - I saw many terrible reviews about the hotels in Casablanca, maybe this hotel is already better than others.
When we arrived, they gave us a room that had other people still sleeping in that room. It is so ridiculous and it seem not safe since this feel like other people are able to get into your room. Then, they gave us a room with a broken air conditioner and we recognised the room is too hot at night and not able for people to sleep. There is staff came and tried to fixed it, but it is still not work. At last, they were willing and able to give us another room with have a good air conditioner. We finally can sleep well and it's comfortable. Fantastic!
However, The design of the shower place is not good, water splash out everywhere and almost the whole room is wet after shower. There is power failure for a few minutes in one of the day, but it is not a big problem for just few minutes.
There are restaurants opposite, so we can just have some food when we feel hungry at night. But we don't know where can we have breakfast in the morning.
- Truman Fan (2/5): A terrible experience - I arrived here and was told that they had no record of my reservation - and no room was available that matched what I had booked, but they gave me what I certainly was their worst room - tiny, noisy and about what you would expect at a 1 star hotel. It had a desk but no chair. I called the front desk and asked if they could send a chair up. Sure, I was told. It never arrived. Between the street noise, a couple of VERY noisy cats engaged in an all-night battle and the air conditioning unit inches away from the window that went on and off all night, it was a VERY un-restful night. I left the next morning.
- Fernie Hasnae (6/5): my stay at hotel letrianon - I reserved for me and my wife, and they gave us a room with two beds, then later on they explained to me that they were going to give me a "suite' with one bed, but the room was very small and uncomfortable
- excellent locat (8/5): Small but clean and near to everything - It's very good location and staff was very nice. Room were small but very clean. Need to fix AC
- Verified traveler (6/5): That's OK, proper hotel - Clean rooms, comfy beds, sleeping quality is good. Staff is just alright.
Location is alright (in a narrow alley connecting a major boulevards.
2015 is OK but this hotel needs a renovation soon, so I do not recommend in future.
- Ahmed (8/5): A good Hotel - Nice place, close to everything, it worth what is paid and very safe.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Moroccan Holiday - The hotel staff were amazing, very helpful and always going the extra mile to help. The hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned everyday. Very quite and peaceful location, with access to shops, restaurant, dry cleaners, main roads, supermarkets and fast food. The location is very accessible and you can reach main locations in good time. Unfortunately I can not say the same about the horrible experience we received from Expedia and the knowledgeable staff, who forgot to include our free breakfast with the hotel and we had to pay for our breakfast, which was an additional cost and used up our spending money. Otherwise the hotel and staff highly recommended, I would gladly visit the hotel again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, excellent location in Casablanca - Overall impression: very good. The rooms are smallish, but clean. Could use more of a closet space (with hangers, not having to ask for them), but otherwise, well worth the money. Free wifi in the rooms comes handy. Be sure to check out the spa - the hammam and massage are really good. The sauna is the only one I'd give negative points, as it needs serious improvement - the space between the sauna door and the floor is so big, you get a real drift of cold air coming in from outside.
- dr.klaus peter (8/5): good value - very helpful and friendly staff. excellent French breakfast
- Verified traveler (4/5): Le Trianon Luxury Hotel - Rooms extremely small for luxury boast. Showerhead didn't work--water dripped. Frustrating. Door to shower cubicle didn't close and water seeps onto bathroom floor whenever shower is used. No trap on bathroom floor. So, water floods the floor. It was just a night's stay but was glad to get away. Doormen / Security (both day and nighttime) were extremely helpful. Thank you to them. Breakfast staff need to understand they are probably the first staff to greet guests in the morning and perhaps to smile at guests wouldn't hurt.
- yejide (8/5): Very Clean and Polite Staff - Hotel is very clean and looks new. It must have been recently refurbished. Staffs were very polite and helpful and for that reason, I'll stay again.
Internet network could be improved and note, the hotel served only breakfast but there are lots if eating places nearby.
- toni (2/5): Nightmare in casablanca - Impossible to find, even taxis have no idea. Expensive, no space to move, no water...
- Verified traveler (2/5): Wack - Wack
- Sharron (2/5): Unimpressed - Over priced for what you get. The first room they gave us was dirty (bed had been slept in and towel was still wet from a recent shower)
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was not very clean. The rugs througout the hotel were worn out and dirty. The bathroom was not very clean and the room was extremely small. Light switches were in back of the bed and everytime you moved the lights turned on.
- Haytham (10/5): One of the best hotels in casablanca for sure - This hotel was really on of the best hotels I stayed in casa, initially I booked it because of the other positive reviews and because the pictures looked nice to me, in reality the hotel is even nicer with modern decoration and it is very conveniently located in the center of the city near the twin center you can find lots of thing to do close by, and above all the pleasant staff were very friendly and always available to help. I really enjoyed the moroccan breakfast every morning.
I will be defiantly stay here in my next trip to casa soon.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible customer service - My friend and I booked the suite at the Trianon in order to have a nice little splurge (as well as room to repack our bags after two weeks away) on our last night in Morocco. We had stopped by the hotel on June 1 to confirm our reservation for the suite the next Friday. They didn't have any record of our reservation, but he took a photocopy of my hotels.com confirmation that stated all the details and we had already been charged for the suite on my credit card. June 6, we returned, there was a man at the reservation desk in front of me and I overheard the desk clerk say "We will put you in the suite." So I spoke up and said that I had already reserved the suite and - again - provided my confirmation page clearly showing the clearly identified suite. To which I received the response "no problem." Then he tried to shove us into a tiny room. They ended up giving us two separate rooms, which were disgusting. In fact, my room had not been cleaned. Once it was cleaned there were no towels, soap or bottled water. My friend's room had mold and filthy wall coverings. The worst part was definitely the complete lack of interest on the part of the hotel staff. After pointing out to them that we had paid $50 more for use of the suite, as opposed to a double bed room, he said "There is no problem with payment." Yeah, because you've already been paid $50 more for what you're now giving us. I cannot recommend staying away from the Trianon strongly enough.
- Verified traveler (8/5): small hotel great service - accessible location, clean rooms, good service, wifi service could be improved
- Chris (4/5): Looks great on pictures - The hotel poses as a luxury hotel but has clearly been refurbished, probably from a decaying condition. They haven't really taken the refurbishment seriously, so there's this 'façade' impression and terrible ways of hiding the previous setting. Terrible smell of dump in the corridors. I was unimpressed!
- Paul (10/5): Comfortable hotel with great staff - Comfortable hotel, noise not a problem at all, staff, particularly Khoula on the front desk were very helpful. Breakfast good. A pleasant 25 minute walk to the breathtaking Hassan II mosque, where we were made to feel really welcome. A stunning intro to Morocco.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great - Great experience, not that easy to find but the hotel organises all your transports if you ask (ask for a "petit taxi", very cheap and good service). Everything was perfect, it's only a shame that the spa facilities are not open when they would be the most useful (early morning and evening).
- Mohamed (4/5): Not recommended for anyone - Doesn't worth more than 2 stars, slow internet, poor breakfast quality, unprofessional stuff
