• Sören (5/5): Inkompetenz - Das Zimmer. Ist halt klassisch. Das diese Hotelkette anscheinend kein Geld in einen halbwegs funktionierenden Kundeservice investiert. Kein Mitarbeiter (aich nicht vor Ort) war bis jetzt fähig mir eine Rechnung auszustellen. Das ist verflichtend und auch nicht so schwer.

• Christine (7/5): It was clean, in a dodgy but convenient location with nice staff and a dull breakfast. - It was a perfect location for sightseeing as a tourist. There wasn´t a lot of noise from other guests. The room and communal areas were clean. The entrance is locked at night so only guests with keys can access. There is a small lift to the upper floors. The staff, when they were present, were helpful and friendly. There is a locker room to leave luggage after checkout. There is free wifi access but it´s a bit slow. There is breakfast. The coffee is good, but the choices are pretty limited. I recommend booking breakfast for your first morning and deciding if it´s worth it for five days. There´s a good coffee machine in the foyer and you can pick up a breakfast in lots of places nearby. There´s also a vending machine with snacks and beer! There are local shops selling coffee from 1.50 euros and its good. The check-in is totally dependent on guests having a modern mobile phone, a diploma in computer technology and being 22 :) . I am 65 years old. My phone is probably out of date. I couldn´t check in remotely from my laptop because my mobile couldn´t read the QR code. I thought check in on arrival would offer alternative options. It didn´t. All options seemed to rely on a mobile phone capable of reading a QR code. I tried to check in using the touchscreen but even this required a QR code. There was no human at the reception at the time I arrived. After trying to use the technology for almost half an hour, an employee appeared. She kindly used HER mobile phone to scan the QR code and completed my check-in on her phone. Had she not been there, it would have been impossible for me to check in. I was told by another member of staff that humans are being phased out and that the check in will, in future, become totally automated; a terrible decision!

• Andreas (8/5): Für die Lage und das günstige gute Frühstück macht es zu einem Tipp. Gerne wieder - Die Lage ist direkt neben dem Dom, also Top Man solle genügend Abstand haben um um das Bett laufen zu können. Eine Ecke ist schon sehr eng.

• Koichi (6/5): 狭くても、駅に近い便利なホテル - 駅と大聖堂のすぐ近くで、ケルン観光や周辺都市への移動に、最高のロケーションです。スタッフはとても親切でした。 ベッドが細く、部屋やバスルームも広くなく、エアコンもないですが、そうと知っていれば大きな不満はありません。朝食も、普通のホテルと特に変わりません。

Щоправда, назву країни все одно треба шукати англійською ). Кімнати невеличкі, вхід до душової кабінка взагалі вузенький, що може бути критичним для корпулентної людини. Але організовано все помірковано та комфортно. Ліжка зручні, є брекаут-штори. Як на мене - чисто. Навкруги кафе та історичний центр. Залишилась би ще раз Трохи тіснувато, але за такі гроші в такому місті не очікуєш отримати бальну залу.

Dimensioni della camera doppia veramente ridotte, pulizia da migliorare, una luce notturna del letto non funzionante.

• Berend (5/5): - Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof ist optimal. Ich habe vor einigen Wochen in einem a&o Hostel in Hamburg übernachtet. Dort war permanent Personal anwesend. Hier in Köln war am Sonntag gegen 15.30 Uhr die Tür geschlossen. Ich habe verschiedene Leute mit meiner Karte den Zugang ermöglicht. Die einzige Mitarbeiterin saß weit entfernt im Speiseraum und daddelte mit dem Handy. Der Service war schlecht!!

• Carlos (8/5): Muy bien ubicado y a buen precio - Es un hotel una casa del siglo pasado. Las habitaciones son confortables y limpias. El baño es suficientemente grande y limpio y con buena privacidad. La ubicación del sitio es excelente a pocos metros de la catedral de Colonia. El ascensor es antigüo y en la habitación no cuenta con hervidor de agua.
• Gabriela (3/5): Extremely Poor Cleanliness - We liked the location (very good) and that we had the opportunity to leave our luggage in a separate room before checking in. We are disappointed with the room cleaning. There was no such thing. It was not cleaned at all by the previous guests in the room. The trash bins were full, everything in the room was scattered, and the floor in the room and the bathroom were extremely dirty. We had to ask the cleaner to come in to clean - and he only changed the bed linen and towels. The dirt remained. This experience fell far below basic hygiene standards. Despite everything, the staff were polite.

• Ronja (6/5): Super Lage! Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung. - Die Lage ist unschlagbar und wirklich super! Für ein oder 2 Nächte ist es wirklich in Ordnung. Es war leider nicht richtig geputzt und es war auch staubig auf den Möbeln. Um die Fenster herum war auch leider Schimmel zu sehen. Der TV ging auch nicht, trotz Wechsel der Batterien der Fernbedienung. Der Aufzug ist auch nichts für Menschen, die Klaustrophobie haben.
