- Louisse (1/5): ZERO. - Nothing went well in the end we had to book another hotel We arrived 3/4 hr early and the room was not ready So we came at back at 4 pm as advertised.We got told the room was not ready. We waited till after 6pm then I send a message that we cancelled the room. I booked a different hotel. We got a phone call at 11.15pm that she (the Lady) would be at the hotel to hand us the key. We requested our money( AUD $255.00 ) back but up to now we haven't received any money
- Tricia H (8/5): Comfortable suite well located in centre of old city. - The property is in a good location in the old city, easy walking distance of most sites, short taxi ride to the railway station. Well appointed, smart suite but not really meant for much catering other than very simple cooking. Comfortable bed although having split duvets was not as good as one double one, they kept falling off! Only real problem was the lighting, there was little over the sink/worksurface plus one heavy and wobbly standard lamp had to be moved to the table area in order to see to eat.

- Tiina (4/5): Aina ihana Tallinna - Siisti, kaunis asunto hyvällä sijainnilla. Kahvit ja teet löytyi asunnosta. Joustoa parkkipaikan suhteen. Koska henkilökunta on poistunut kokonaan, niin avaimen kanssa oli aikamoista säätöä. Meidän maksua parkkipaikasta ei näkynyt heidän tilillään, mutta loppupelissä kaikki meni hyvin.
- Tricia H (8/5): Well located and comfortable apartments in good location - Easy to access with good instructions and contact details in case anything didn't work. Well located in city centre. warm, well furnished. Lighting was not well positioned around the room, difficult to see details of our stuff on the shelves and hangers plus the standard light had to be moved across to the dining table to get enough light there. The light was heavy and rather unstable. The bed had two separate quilts on which the covers were rather oddly placed with the long side open, they weren't very warm that way.

- Marina (8/5): A comfortable flat in a great location, but be aware of the food smell - The flat is well-equipped, quiet, and in a fantastic spot in the heart of the old town. Great base. One significant issue: the flat sits directly above a restaurant, which you walk through to enter the building. The food smell is strong and constant, it gets into the stairwell, the flat, even the towels. Airing out doesn’t help. If you’re sensitive to smells, this will be a real problem. A few practicalities: no elevator (several flights of stairs), no on-site luggage storage, the property manager directs you to a location 3 minutes away where they also appear to have another flat. Lockers require a €2 deposit per locker. If it weren’t for the smell, it would be a 10.

Our original booking was double booked which was disappointing but the staff helped rectify it and even upgraded us which was most appreciated.

- Jess (10/5): Cannot recommend this apartment enough! - Absolutely perfect! The apartment was in the perfect location just a 2 min walk from the main square and easy to get to all main attractions, it was wonderfully clean, lovely decor, comfy bed, amazing shower, had every amenity you could want, nice and warm and I would recommend anyone staying here and would stay again if I ever go back. The check in instructions were also very clear, the apartment easy to find and we had one minor blip and they were very quick to answer the phone. Really brilliant service for a stunning apartment. There was genuinely nothing we didn’t like.

La cucina fornita non solo dí macchina di caffè, ma anche filtri e caffè, te, tisane, perfino il sale e lo zucchero. Oltre che tutti gli elettrodomestici, tostapane, bollitore, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie (tutto nuovo e pulito) e cucina fornita per ogni occorrenza. Anche il bagno bellissimo e molto funzionale con una bella doccia walk-in. L’intero appartamento era molto ampio, ben diviso, camera riservata anche ai ragazzi con letti comodi (che solitamente vengono sistemati sul divano letto). Staff molto cordiale, anche se non ci siamo visti personalmente, erano pronti ad assisterci immediatamente per ogni nostra richiesta. Non ho niente da segnalare.
