The staff is very polite, they greet you every time they see you and they’re trying their best to help you with anything. The hotel used to be amazing and now it seems to be poorly maintained which is common in South Korea. - The bed has a plastic mattress protection which is unbearable during the night

• Theo (10/5): Exceptional - I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has a low rating. It fully delivers what it promises and more. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed: shampoo, soap, clean towels, a hairdryer, phone chargers, and even bottled water, juices, tea, coffee, and cookies — all complimentary! The location is great, close to Sinchon Station and with easy access to many parts of Seoul. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. After a rough experience at a previous hostel, this hotel saved my trip. I could finally rest, reset, and enjoy Seoul again. Highly recommend this place, especially if you value comfort, cleanliness, and kindness. I would definitely stay here again.
• Youngbin (1/5): I highly suggest y'all to book somewhere else if you are reading this. - Nothing about this place was good. The pictures must have been taken decades ago, and I had to switch rooms because the first one was literally filthy, as if the place had been abandoned and the new room was almost just as bad. The service was terrible. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed it looked nothing like the pictures. The older man at the front desk got annoyed and gave me attitude just because I asked for a new room. The one I was given was disgusting — there were stains on the table, the toilet wasn't clean, the shower was moldy, and the room itself just felt depressing. It’s obvious that this place is extremely outdated, and the owners clearly don’t care about cleanliness or hygiene. This "hotel" is actually a "motel" where typical young Korean couple and friends with benefits go for quick sex (also for people who do one night stands).
• Andrew (8/5): Nice simple accommodation. - Location was excellent. It's very close to sinchon station and you can walk to hongdae red road very easily via the linear park. Staff were very courteous. Generous checkout time. Good free coffee tea and biscuits supplies in the lobby. We were fine with it being in the love hotel block but that may bother some people.

• Endo (7/5): Overall I wasn’t impressed, felt I paid too much for the place. - The staff was nice and they provided the unlimited water bottle, coffee, and tea. The room was pretty dark. The bathroom sink was so low it was uncomfortable to use it.

• Pochpon (7/5): Fair enough - The room size is spacious. Great location, close to trains and many shops. There’s a counter with free drinking water, coffee, and soft drinks. A heater is provided. The bathtub is large. There’s plenty of space to put your belongings. The room isn't very clean. The air conditioner is noisy and doesn't cool very well. There's also the sound of water flowing through the pipes. There are no clothes hangers in room. (The sound of the air conditioner helps to reduce the sound of water.)

• Jiri (10/5): Great place in a great region - Very large room, which includied a bath/hot tub. It was located very well to go around Hongdae region. The staff was very friendly.
• Osnat (2/5): Think Twice - The staff was really really nice The free drinks The rooms are not clean and smell of smoking. They don't make the beds. And dont clean the rooms regularly. The maintenance is poor. Some rooms have a window that faces a wall. We didn't get the room we booked and had to upgrade and pay more for the room we actually already booked. The rooms' design is weird bordering on disturbing. They are more shabby than the glossy pictures. Some rooms have small windows. There are no closets. This place is located in a dodgy alley together with similar hotels. It's obvious it was not originally meant for tourists...

Kind staff, tried to be helpful and changed the hotel room to a bigger one with a bathtub Very dirty, walls and the overall cleanliness was bad. Towels came with someone’s hair every single time. Handsoap is a big one that apparently everyone shares. Apparently all room are “deluxe” but not all rooms have a bathtubs, some are bigger and some smaller as well. The walls had paint cracking and mold at some places, floors were creaking and seemed very old. Pictures don’t really show reality.

A lot of shops and food, great prices as a student area and very lively! Easy 24hr access with complimentary toiletries and drinks - staff very helpful and welcoming ! Room size was fantastic and we had a shower and a large bathtub! Would say the facilities are a little dated and run down in some areas but our room was clean and comfortable! Great for the price ! This is a Korean motel ) love hotel so a lot of cleaning traffic but didn't encounter or hear a lot of people so was comfortable. Nothing

• William (10/5): - Great place to stay at plenty of stores, places to eat, and easy access to subway, and surrounding areas. Place is small but enough for 1 or 2 people. Staff is super friendly and quick to react when you need your room cleaned or need towels. Overall, one of the better places to stay at, and I’ve been at several hotels in Seoul.

• David (5/5): Decent, welcoming and close to urban center. - I enjoyed the washroom, it looked very modern. The room was pretty spacious as well, so no problems there. The staff were friendly and I had no problem checking in despite the language barrier. It was decent for being an emergency overnight stay until my next reservation was able to accommodate me. Please be aware that this is also a love hotel, for anyone uncomfortable. But it’s a good short-term option for solo-travellers and couples. It could use a little bit more thorough cleaning. I did find a condom wrapped on the side of the bed. Additionally, the air conditioner or refrigerator weren’t working very well. I couldn’t find a remote to turn the AC on, so I just slept with the window open.

• HSIN-LAN (10/5): - 飯店週邊有很多吃的&買的店家，算在鬧區中的飯店，櫃檯服務很~~~親切，24小時都可以check in，離地鐵站也很近，附近也有6002到機場的大巴，只是行經飯店會遇到斜坡，飯店沒那麼新，但很乾淨。

But other than this, the room is dusty, cleaning service is not done at all, furniture is broken and old, bed sheet is not clean, and the worst condition is the smoke smell is full of the room while it’s emphasized it should be a smoke free room. The smoke might come from outside or other rooms due to the poor window condition. The second hand smoke was outrageous and so bothering!! Have been reported to the staffs, but they couldn’t do anything helpful. Will never go again!!! I’m still suffering from the smoke as I traveled back to home!!

• chun man (2/5): 衛生很差十分污穢的酒店不會再入住 - 在這入住了四日三夜，一開始叫酒店給有浴缸的房間一進去很失望有陣臭味牆很舊有腳印，後嚟要求轉房比了高層一點的房間，酒店房間空間算可以，廁所燈光很暗擺放電視和電腦的櫃十分污糟超級多塵，第二天外出回去時見到床邊地板上有幾個很大的腳印幾天都沒清理，還有淋浴間牆上有很多黑色的東西污穢物，升降機裡還可以有一餅濕濕的頭髮，應該是清潔淋浴間時留下的，一袋袋的垃圾可以沒員工在升降機裡隨處放內，不會再入住的酒店。

• Ekasit (6/5): More like Motel - The room condition and location is good. However, this is more like motel than hotel. No closet. Bath tub has no curtain so bathroom will get soaked for sure. Bad job on soundproof so you will hear your neighbor talking or having "activity" in the night.
