• Maria Julia (9/5): Soggiorno fantastico! Struttura consigliatissima - Il posto è in una posizione eccellente e l'ambiente è super tranquillo. La stanza era grande, comoda e non mancava nulla di ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Inoltre, l'host è stato super premuroso e gentile. Consigliatissimo al 100%! Unico punto a sfavore: il letto grande era unito da due materassi singoli, quindi si sentiva il dislivello al centro.

• Ruiz Mena (10/5): - Me gustó la terraza que tenía para disfrutar del sol y era bastante relajante. La ropa de la cama olía muy bien al igual que las toallas. El personal fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Para mí todo estuvo muy bien.

• Simone (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Catania - Edificio un po’ datato, ma comunque camere pulite con spazi molto ampi e un terrazzino in comune. La posizione è ottima per ogni spostamento senza macchina. Disponibilità del proprietario per ogni esigenza. Forse si potrebbe aggiungere quale prodotto in più per la colazione e una macchinetta del caffè a cialde.

• Christian (8/5): empfehlenswert - Grosses Zimmer, ebenso das Bad, sehr schön, sehr nette Vermieter, eine kleines Problem, TV, wurde sofort behoben. 5 min. zur Via Aetnea, Einkaufsstrasse, gleich ums Eck Haltestelle von Alibus, zum und vom Flughafen. direkt an der Piazza Vinzenco Bellini, am Platz und rundherum viele Lokale. Fur diesen Preis ist alles bestens
• Aliki (9/5): - Το κτήριο βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, είναι νεοκλασικό κι άνετο. Νιώσαμε μέρος της αστικής ζωής του προηγούμενου αιώνα. Ευρύχωρη κρεββατοκαμαρα, άνετο κρεβάτι, ψηλοτάβανο κι ήσυχο δωμάτιο. Όμορφα, ζωηρά χρώματα στους τοίχους. Το πρωινό ήταν στοιχειώδες. Λείπει η μηχανή εσπρέσο ή η mocca. Στη Σικελία που ο καφές είναι θαυμάσιος, μου έκανε εντύπωση η έλλειψη αυτή.

O alojamento situa-se muito perto da Piazza del Duomo, permitindo chegar facilmente às principais atrações a pé. Apesar de estar no centro, a zona é relativamente calma, ideal para descansar depois de um dia a explorar a cidade. O quarto era limpo, confortável e bem cuidado, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. O pequeno-almoço é simples mas aceitável, suficiente para começar bem o dia. No geral, é uma excelente opção para quem procura um alojamento central, acolhedor e com bom custo-benefício em Catânia. O pequeno almoço é básico.

• Villa Lord (5/5): Može se iskoristiti za dvije noći zbog pozicije na kojoj se nalazi, ali nemojte očekivati previše. - Lokacija je odlična sve je blizu, ne morate koristiti nikakav prijevoz već do svega možete doći pješke. Soba je bila prosječna, vidi se da je očišćena, ali sve je toliko staro da se više ni ne može očistiti kako treba. Posteljina je bila čista i mirisna.

Soba je bila u italijanskom stilu sa visokim plafonom i sa šarmom Sicilije. Domacini, divni i pazljivi. Sve preporuke za ovaj smestaj. Hvala puno!! Sto napustam Siciliju i Kataniju 🫠

Мы жили в просторной комнате с чистой ванной комнатой вне номера. Хозяин заранее узнал о времени нашего прибытия и ждал нас. Для завтрака были приготовлены фрукты, кофе, чай, джем, йогурт, сухарики, хлопья и молоко. Ночью было тихо. В номере есть небольшой балкон, где можно сушить купальники. Недалеко находится супермаркет Лидл. До автостанции Борселино, откуда мы ездили на пляж на автобусе D, можно дойти за 5-7 минут. Возможно будет сложным подъем на 3 этаж для неподготовленных туристов или имеющих тяжелые чемоданы.

The communication was very smooth and the staff was so welcoming, even helping us with bags to external storage. You have also the option to grab a quick breakfast and fruits in the morning.

• BRIGITTE (10/5): Agréable séjour bel emplacement - L accueil très sympa, jolie terrasse au calme. L emplacement super , belle place sur le theatre Bellini, 5 a 7mn des bus pour aller a la plage ou aéroport idem pour la gare des trains. Le confort des lits c est moyen.

• Ionut (8/5): A great place to stay right in the heart of Catania! - Awesome location, right in the Piazza Vincenzo Bellini. Great accomodation overall, with comfy beds, friendly staff and well-equipped rooms. The property is at the second floor and although I like a bit of exercise, maybe they could give access to the elevators.

• Armelle (8/5): - En plein centre historique mais au calme sur cette très jolie place Bellini, face au théâtre du même nom, le logement se situe au 2ème étage. La chambre est spacieuse, elle donne sur une cour. La terrasse à partager est un plus appréciable. Très bon accueil, en français ! Plein de fruits pour le petit déjeuner. Il manque une cafetière et du pain frais pour le petit déjeuner mais on peut aussi prendre le petit déjeuner dans un café sur la place.

• Guest (9/5): A comfortable and well-located stay with great hospitality that made our trip smooth and enjoyable. - We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — right in the center, which made it really easy to get around and explore the area. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and the breakfast provided was decent and convenient to have. One of the highlights was how respectful and helpful the owner was. He made us feel welcome and even allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment after check-out, which was a big help. The furniture was a bit dated and the toilet made some noise from time to time, but honestly, these were minor things and didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience — we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a well-located and friendly place to stay!

• Guest (4/5): Dezamagitor - Cazarea a fost fin in centru, aproape de atractiile turistice Am fost taxati cu 15€ in plus pentru ca am ajuns mai tarziu de ora 21:00, locatia e la etajul 2, etajele sunt mari cu multe scari, fara lift, a fost greu cu bagajele in aceste conditii… micul dejun foarte saracacios, consta intr un croissant ambalat adus in camera, iar restul e intr o bucatarie la comun in care gasesti doar unt si gem, fructe, paine prajita, iaurt, fulgi de porumb, lapte, ceai si cafea instant… nu aveai vreun espresor sa poti bea o cafea naturala dimineata… eu avand intoleranta la lactoza, nu am putut manca decat fructe… in prima seara au existat multi tantari in camera si nu ne am putut odihni deloc, ulterior am folosit un aparat pentru tantari si nu a mai existat acest deranj… camera necesita renovare, mobilier vechi, tavanul e crapat, in baie aerisirea trebuie schimbata, e un miros foarte urat care intra si in camere… cabina de dus si chiuveta aveau pete de apa uscate, ceea ce ma face sa cred ca nu a fost curatat/igienizat cum trebuie…
