Com please be careful as the red headboard is jacuzzi I’ve stayed before the palmed us off with a battle ship grey room No jacuzzi wernt happy never offered refund or anything it’s defo not what it was as I’ve stayed there lots in past but will defo not return was expensive as well £200 could have stayed in lakes and saved fuel from Lake District we never even stayed the night felt totally lied to and let down

- Ivers (10/5): A great place for our group of friends to stay when visiting our friends in poulton le fylde - We had to contact the property by phone to get key pad code due to not recieving the email on time. Twin beds would be nice especialy in the larger appartments because some people travel with family members and friends.

Large, well equipped kitchen and a very comfy bed. Perfect, central location for Poulton Shower knobs were a bit broken and hard to turn on and off but the rainfall shower itself was great once we managed to get the water on!

The kitchen was well stocked -I cooked Christmas dinner. We would have liked coat hangers in the wardrobe and hooks for coats/ dressing gowns. Also, no washing up liquid- one capsule for dishwasher provided. These were only small niggles and did not spoil the enjoyment of our visit.

- James (4/5): Not worth the money - Good location, nice building I'll start by saying I've read through a few reviews, the person who replies to reviews seem to dismiss customers, so here's my take on the place and I look forward to the reply. So the building itself is in a good location, the buildings nice, but.... once you walk in you start to notice faults. Me and my Mrs live in clevelys and booked here for a night away from the kids and some adult activities, so we did not leave the room for the length of our stay. We stopped in Lockwood suite apartment 4. When we arrived we let our selves in, the first thing you notice is the peeling floor, we turned on the lights which are on dimmer switches that all flicker constantly. There's a spa bath with a self standing wobbly tap, then behind the curved wall what i was expecting to be a shower turned out to be a toilet, directly next to the bed, any smell you make is going straight into the bedroom because the extraction didn't work and everything is open plan. My Mrs started to empty all her makeup and skincare stuff out into the bathroom, there was only a small wall rack above the bath for shampoo, no other storage of shelves for anything else to go. She put toothbrushes in the pot on the sink and everything else had to go on the floor, Some of the lights above the toilet were not working and there was a mishmash of warm white and bright white for the ones that were working. We had a bath, the water was very hot, which I like, the spa bath worked but we didn't use because we didn't get in it until late. I could hear high heels on the floor from the room above earlier on in the day so thought who ever is under me might hear the bath when it was on and as you enter the room there is a big rule sign on the wall saying noise complaints cost you £200 or something like that. So I didn't risk the bath.
- Niall (8/5): Very good - Good location - Very convenient for transport and local shops Some of the lights didn't work, and there were dinner switches with non-dimmable bulbs (so they flickered). The freezer was completely frozen solid, and the extractor fan was filthy!
- Lindsay (2/5): Pretty awful in apartment 7 - Central location, comfy bed No manual to show how to turn the heating down so roasted at 31 degrees all evening and night. External door and outside is rotting and falling apart. Shower was too hot to even stand in
- Geebee (8/5): Very good - Spacious and well equipped accommodation that was comfortable. Cleaning was overall good but the bathroom sink plug and shower door apron were grimy. A 15 minute deep clean then 5 minutes once a week would make the place feel higher standard. The heating was fiddly to switch on and needs better to be easier. Also couldn't work out if the panel outside the bathroom was a heating control. Bathroom was cold. Toilet seat was cracked at the hinge, looked like it might have been glued but broke again. Worked OK but needs attending to.
- Danielle (8/5): Lovely stay - The appartment was lovely, nice and warm with under floor heating. jacuzzi bath was a bonus. Sofa was lovely and comfy. Can see it's been done to a high spec, just some little maintenance jobs need doing. Noticed a few things like the window handle was broken in the bathroom, so could not be closed, which made it quite cold when showering. Only have main lights throughout and the spot lights in the living room, one was flickering non stop so couldn't have it on. Same in the bedroom, could maybe do with some little lamps or lights. Could maybe do with a tea towel in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again though. Just little maintenance jobs really, which for the price could be kept up with. Lovely stay overall though.

Nothing of note, ok some of the wallpaper was scuffed in the hallways where appears people may have struggled with luggage on the stairs. We (part of 3)stayed in apartment 12, better value than a traditional decent hotel.

Couldn't get heating to work. All blinds damaged. Stains on carpet in lounge. 1 egg cup, 3 drinking glasses??

- Paula (8/5): Great location in a spacious and comfy apartment - Location to train station is ideal. Nice, roomy 1 bed apartment. Access via key pad was ideal as we were arriving late. Car parking on first come first served as there is not enough space for all apartments. We did find parking opposite in the railway carpark but this is only small with limited spaces. Shower floods bathroom but can be sorted by unblocking the drain to the shower.

It was quiet the night we stayed with no noise from neighbours or nearby bars. It was quite hot but there is a fan available. The decor is quite niche but I knew that when I booked and the location far outweighed it.

- Stephen (8/5): Comfortable if expensive - The flat was well appointed and central for all amenities, although a lot of the fittings etc were unecessary and just added to the cost, after all I only needed a bed for the night and places like Premier Inn offer similar services for half the cost. I couldn't sign in at the normal time so arranged to arrive between 1;00pm and 2;00 pm. Booking .com originally thought I wanted to book in between 1:00 and 2:00 am which was totally bizarre and then charged me an extra £25 for the change of time.....which didn't involve them doing anything as I gained access to the property by access code. They also didn't provide the access code by email when they were supposed to and I had to ask them for it. Also the bathroom, whilst clean smelt like an open sewer, and the toilet seat was broken. All in all a pretty below standard service considering the high cost of the stay.The property was also directly oposite the rail station, good for access, not so good for the noise of trains running up and down the line to Blackpool North station. Not something the owners of the property could do much about but there was also a lot of noise from gulls calling from around 4a..m.

- Fiona (10/5): We felt very much at home and didn’t want our visit to end. - It was well laid out with a comfy sitting area and TV, a well equipped modern kitchen and a cosy bedroom area. The bathroom was spacious with lovely soft towels. The whole place was tastefully decorated. The location was fabulous- opposite the station and a minute’s walk from restaurants, bars and shops. It was useful having a parking area at the back of the property. There was some tea, coffee and milk available which was helpful before I bought our own provisions. Perhaps some more drawers for clothes would be useful.

- Royofkent (9/5): Great Apartment - Great Location - Lovely apartment with all facilities needed. Bed very comfy. Location perfect for walking into main town centre and train station. Only 10 min drive to Blackpool if that is somewhere where people plan to visit. Only issue was very limited parking so had to find a parking space close by. Luckily found one on a main road that wasn't a limited parking time so was able to leave the car there for all of our stay.

- Katy (5/5): Decent place to stay but overpriced - Very clean. Seemed well equipped although we didn’t spend much time there as only stayed 1 night to attend a family party in the town centre. Like nice touches such as toiletries and slippers. Uncomfortably hot. We had to sleep with windows open and fan on all night and it was still far too hot. Not enough parking - we had to do several circuits if the area before finding a spot several streets away. There was a bit of a drainy smell, particularly in the bathroom and the toilet paper was awful! It fell apart everywhere!

- Michelle (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay. Attended an event one minute walk away so worked well and train on doorstop - Key code provided for building and room access which worked great. Apt 9 on ground floor. Not too much of a busy road so wasn’t too noisy. Conveniently located near train station and a good range of bars/shops. Overall cleanliness was ok but towels had seen better days. All stained. As this was all open plan no window in bedroom so natural lighting wasn’t great. Could do with a full length mirror too. I was too small for bathroom mirror, it is quite high so couldn’t see in that. Was very warm in room, no air con, fans provided but they can be quite noisy.

Check-in suiper smooth The only thing I missed from previous visits were the little special touches like dressing gowns and the coffee machine. But I appreciate many hotels have had to cut down on luxuries due to Lockdown....
