- Sheila (10/5): A home from home. - Everything you could need was provided. It was a home from home. The bed was very comfortable. I would happily return. Highly recommended. There was nothing to dislike. All ground floor and easy access.
- David (10/5): - Great location lovely big room comfortable beds
- Stephen (10/5): Lovely house, in a quiet location..with a good night's sleep. Close to all Bridlington has to offer. - An old Victorian house finishes to high standard. With all the original features still in place. Nice quiet area that's close enough to the seaside and main shopping areas. But not too close. I had a good night's sleep in a nice comfortable bed. Although no breakfast provided, there's plenty of little independent cafes, within a five minute walk. The train station is walkable within 10 minutes. Errrrrrr there's nothing not to like really. I mean, some people would maybe say breakfast would be nice if provided. But I wasn't expecting breakfast. So wasn't disappointed.

- Andy (10/5): Top marks - From getting a call the day before to sort out the parking everything was excellent. On arrival the heating had been switched on for us. Sue was very welcoming and told us if we needed anything don't hesitate to get in touch (not that we needed to) The room was spacious with everything you needed including a massive size bed. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the near future ourselves. Only negative for me was the the checking in time maybe check in a hour earlier!

A slightly unusual eco-friendly shower but once explained by the owner it was fine.

We stayed in Room One, which was spacious, very comfortable, and decorated to a high standard. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained.
The guest house is within easy walking distance of all of Bridlington’s amenities. We had no issues with on-street parking — our hosts arranged the necessary permit before our arrival, allowing us to park up and enjoy the day in Bridlington before checking in.
Lovely hosts — we would definitely book again.
